I just went into AutoZone to try to find something that I had recently purchased at another major car retailer that no longer carries it. So I asked about it, and spoke with Rob. We looked through the flashlights and found nothing, as I expected. But then he said wait a minute... Let's look one more place. He walked me to the back of a store on an end cap in an extremely obscure place that most people would not have thought of and he found the equivalent of exactly what I was looking for. Yay for customer service. Yay for people who know what stock they have in their store and where it is. Yay for an overall badbum store experience. Thanks, Rob!!! You're the best!!
Nicholas gave me excellent service. He tested my battery and it needed replace. He gave me prompt and efficient service and definitely knows what he’s doing. I was back on the road in about 20-30 minutes. Can’t praise him enough.
Andin was professional, patient and did a thorough job helping me with my car by cleaning the battery connections and running a scan for battery and starter function. I appreciate his aid in rulling out some issues with my vehicle.
Had an issue with engine overheating. The associate helped identify that the fan was running (good) needed coolant (thankfully) problem solved with the purchase.
I went to get a windshield wiper replaced, and the staff was beyond helpful...they even helped save me a few extra dollars. I will definitely continue patronizing this establishment.
My fiance called the store (yesterday) 10/11/23 to purchase auto parts to repair our car. He placed an order and was assured that the parts would be ready for pick up today. When he stopped in to pick up the order, he was told there was no history of an order taken and no parts to pick up. We have one car that we rely on and now we have to scramble to find another business that can provide the parts within the next day or two. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism at this store. We will not be returning in the future.
Order part online got thier part where all wrong and didn't have in stock so had to get refunded but it took a day to get refund but it took a second to for it to come out of my account. But I got refunded so no loss other than time ☹
The staff was very friendly and so helpful. They were training a new staff member and showed such patience with him. He'll go far with support like that. Highly recommend!
Five stars to the location in Penn Hills and to the store manager who patiently helped with my car battery and coolant reservoir. That’s the kind of customer experience that makes more people come back to the store which I undoubtedly will do. By the way, the store is super clean and organized.
Just left this location and would give it 6 stars if I could. Had a dead battery and David tested it ( it was bad), came out with tools and battery,, changed it in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend AutoZone auto parts.
These Guys had us in and out. My son bought parts online that were defective and they had the right part and got our return and a replacement caliper within about 10 minutes no hassles at all. Thanks Auto Zone
I went there to have a diagnostic test done on my Mariner because my check engine light came on. One of the employees gave me the code reader, told me how to run test correctly. Then he printed up the results and explained that the air flow wasn't working correctly. I highly recommend going there. PS my check engine light went off.
My battery went dead the night before a doctor appointment. I am a handicapped woman in her 60s so when I called AutoZone, I had no idea how I would get my new battery at 6pm on a Friday. Jenna came to my rescue. ? She brought the battery and then installed it for me as my cane kept getting in the way. Even as my car fought us every step of the way.
Mike was super helpful with helping me find the right lights and installing them in my car. He even went out of his way to help me with a battery problem. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
Jenna D was so amazing on helping me change the bulb in my tail light. She was super nice and polite with a positive attitude and she knew exactly what she was doing. I had such a great experience just interacting with her.
Trish was very knowledgeable and a great help. She goes above and beyond to help customers in need. We previously went to a chain mechanic and paid through the nose when they were able to install my headlights lights for free. I would highly recommend this location.

Rj, one of the managers had helped me with my purchase and was extremely nice. I had my 3 year old son with me and he was so kind to him and talked with him about the toy car he was buying. When we went to checkout I was short 36 cents so I told him I had to run to my car. while I was in my car he came out with my items and said he put in the 36 cents for me. Just his personality and kindness alone was enough to bring me back there. I will also say Ive been in the automotive parts business for over 10 years and rarely ever get treated this kind, especially being a woman. Thank You!!! I will definitely be back!
I am in no way shape or form mechanically minded and I was looking for floor mats for my car.I went into the AutoZone explained what I needed the staff person was extremely helpful to the point where he picked out the mats for me took them out to my car cut them to fit my car and then was extremely polite and kind and helping me fix the dilemma I had with the previous mats. the biggest thing I appreciate about any store or venue that I visit is customer service hence the five star ratings for the AutoZone they were fantastic.
On this visit/location i got a super nice, super helpful guy. AutoZone gives a lot of free advice which is great. People online sometimes like to bash them for the advice they give two people on cars that are failing and need repair based on the advice given. But you have to consider, these are people that you're not having physically touch your car, get under it, work on it...heck, you aren't even paying them to diagnose your car. And car troubles can be glitchy to diagnose. That's why mechanics earn so much. Because it takes skill and It's tricky to diagnose failing cars. Please keep that in mind before you bash somebody. On this day, I got a middle-aged gentleman who is very knowledgeable, very polite and soft-spoken, and very helpful. I'm really glad that place is like AutoZone and they're similar competitors are available with a free service for information that they provide on the parts that they sell
I was finally about to take my driver's test and it turned out one of our brake lights was out. We went to AutoZone and they gladly got us a new light and fixed it up for a very low price. Very nice helpful people. We were in and out in 10 minutes.
I finally have an Auto Zone near me! I went to this store the other day and a customer associate named Londell was extremely helpful. While he was helping me, he made sure to speak to everone that walked in. Great customer service and knowledge base. He even patiently put my transmission fluid in my car!
