I loved the quick service. Yesterday I said to myself I should sell this car because we are not using it. Today it's sold and they came to me. My concierge Brandon was a very nice guy who led the whole process and I enjoyed talking with him. The whole time was quick and painless. I would definitely do it again if circumstances are the same.
Brandon was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. Excellent experience. I don't seem cars often, but will seriously consider WhipFlip again the next time I need to do so.
Professional polite friendly. Fast service knowledgeable over all a nice experience and I'd recommend them to others. Only comment is at the end of the sale I was advised they donate a portion of their sale to a charity of my choice with a list to choose from. However there were no options for a charity involving addiction or recovery which would be a nice addition (and the charity I would have chosen) to the list of charities they support now.
The agent (Brandon) who handled the transaction was very courteous and professional. The process was simple and easy to understand and very efficient. My only complaint was that an item of damage on my vehicle that I reported through the online tool was not properly transcribed to the inspection report, so there was an additional deduction from my payment. The model does not allow for negotiation, which allows for the simplicity, but I felt that there should have been some compensation for this error. Otherwise a nice experience.
