Sonya was amazing at her job! Really helpful. Saved me a trip from going to the competition by doing a price comparison. Online comparison at that! I’m so excited to get what I needed today than to have to wait days to receive my part. She also made sure I received my lifetime warranty so all my worries were put to rest. The reason I’m glad I stopped at AutoZone and no where else!
Extremely disappointed with this AutoZone location. The brake pads I purchased lasted only 4 months, which is far below acceptable quality. After returning to the store for assistance, they refused to replace the defective part and offered no real help. This is poor customer service and unacceptable product quality. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting reliable parts, not something that fails in just a few months. I strongly recommend management address both the quality of parts and the way customers are treated.
Dawn was absolutely amazing. This was my first time coming here and I have never received this level of customer service at an Auto store ever. She took extra steps to check what was going on with my car. She double checked I would be able to get home safe. She even printed everything out and wrote notes about what was precisely going on with my car and the cost of the new part. I will continue to be a customer at this location thanks to Dawn.
Michael juliano this guy was so helpful and he helped me a lot and I definitely recommend this guy in this AutoZone and he’s so polite. I will help you in anyway he can and definitely come in this AutoZone and ask for this guy.
The staff is great there and very helpful they helped me with a bad battery issue. Manager Quinn went above and beyond to help me in the freezing cold and snow. Tonya was so friendly and made me feel very important. Highly recommend the Crafton Ingram Store.
The team at this location was super helpful in quickly testing and replacing my car’s battery. They were kind enough to let me bring my dog in on his leash so they could talk me through the different battery replacement options. They even had dogs treats for him!
The manager also let me know my car’s model year had a software update that helped to resolve some known battery issues and gave me info on how to get it upgraded. This is my third visit to this store and it is still as clean as it was the day it opened.
I am so glad that Auto Zone is close to me and they always seem to have every part I need David S. helped me find all the right parts I needed to get my brakes fixed he even gave me advice for future reference
Came to the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center AutoZone store to purchase a dash camera.
While it wasn't in stock, the staff were truly diligent in finding the item in another local AutoZone store and requesting that it be sent to the Crafton store. I'm very grateful for the courtesy, effort and service of Sonya P. and the Crafton AutoZone staff in this brand new location. Thank you.
