Best place in Pittsburgh for auto parts.

Had the parts I needed for another one of my vehicles nobody else had it it was either a day or two to get it in by other places or order it online could take up to two weeks they added the next day for me

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in to buy a headlight for a car, very simple. Couldn’t connect online so I trusted them to give me the right product. I drove two hours to find out it was the wrong bulb. Took it back to get the correct one and got attitude from the clerk. He asked me irrelevant questions about the specific bulb I needed and tried to blame me. He sold me the wrong bulb the second time. I went to advanced auto and they sold me the correct bulb with a 10 seconds search. I called Napa back to ask about my refund. A guy named George answered and as I was explained the situation he said “I didn’t sell that to you” and hung up on me.

Answered my car questions. They ordered car parts.

Really helpful with my rather odd situation

Kudos to the guys at the Napa Auto Parts store. Although it was raining my windshield wiper blades stopped working properly as it had broken. I stopped in there they put new blades on both sides in the rain I know I felt bad but I needed them on.. So I can't give them enough credit thanks

I went into NAPA on Babcock looking for a simple part, the Employee with a beard working the counter didnt even attempt to look for part & was rude. If I could give no stars i would. I'd recommend Advance Auto right down the road, was in & out with in a few minutes with part i was looking for
