This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From the latest feedback, O'wards Towing in Pittsburgh, PA shows a strongly positive trend, though evidence is limited. Reviews are 5-star, highlighting professional, people-first treatment, a swift lockout rescue, and a driver who avoids overcharging—suggesting fair pricing and fast response. Strengths: courteous staff, clear communication, minimal wait times. No insight on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts, so those remain unknown. A possible name mismatch appears, so conclusions are cautious. Overall score: 95/100.

Awesome Service Today. Our roadside assistance couldn't find someone to come in a reasonable time but Howard's Towing and Recovery came to our rescue after locking the keys in the trunk at Boyce Park Ski Lodge. They were their in 20 mins and had my doors open! Thank you so much for your speedy service! Thanks Jessie!
