I’m really happy with my entire experience selling my truck to We Buy Any Car. It was super easy to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and evaluate and inspect the truck. When Parris arrived (right on schedule!) he was so kind and explained the whole process of the inspection. He was genuine and honest, and quoted a very fair price for the truck. We shook on it, did a little paperwork and Parris gave me the check right there. It really was a great, pressure-free experience!
Jim O’Connor was wonderful to work with. He called a few days before our appointment to make sure that we had all of our documents ready to go for selling our MN car in Pittsburgh. He helped us successfully navigate one issue with the title and got everything cleared to proceed. He gave us a fair price and great service. I would highly recommend this company!

Had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the employees. I received an offer online, they came out a few days later. Dan started out very nice and friendly, told me to wait inside while he looked over the car because it was so cold. He called me about 30 minutes later to give me an offer much lower than what I was offered I initially and explained why. I told him I needed to consider it for a few minutes and I would let him know. I called my boyfriend who is a mechanic and explained it. He told me he’d check it with an OBD reader (exactly what Dan said he used to find the issues). I told Dan I was going to pass on the offer. He became hostile and very rude after I declined the offer. Refused to send me what exact issues he found on my car “if I wasn’t going to do business with him”. He scoffed at me when I said that didn’t make any sense. He said it would cost $400 to even diagnose the issue, which doesn’t make sense. Then he said it would cost $1700 to fix the issues. But it hadn’t even been diagnosed. These numbers came from nowhere. He passed me back my keys and paperwork out of his car window without even looking at me and sped off. I just want to say how uncomfortable I felt during this experience and how incredibly unprofessional it was. My boyfriend did wind up checking my car later that day with an OBD reader and found no error codes.

I had called for them to look at my car. They came within two days. Gave me an estimate that I accepted and cut me a check right there. It was so easy I couldn’t ask for anything easier and better. If you’re thinking of selling your car, they are really great to deal with.

The complaints I have are minimal, and not worth mentioning, just how I felt personally. Also, I rarely give 5 stars for anything.
All that aside, I had a very good experience with this location, although the automated texts and emails confirming my appointment were a bit much, but I understand, people in general are terribly unreliable. I made plans, I stick to them.
I was politely greeted, and the inspection yielded less than expected, but the offer was fair all the same, Terry was exceptional, and with the unexpected clerical issue, he gave me a ride home as compensation. I had planned on walking.
I was also offered an additional $100 for the inconvenience, but I've yet to receive that, and it's been over three weeks (I'll edit this IF I receive my check).
Recently, I had left a review for a car purchase. I had given it a three-star rating because I was somewhat disappointed with the offer price and the actual price I ended up paying. We had some back-and-forth negotiations, and I ultimately accepted an offer slightly lower than my lowest acceptable price.
The next day, I received a phone call from the area manager. During our conversation, I expressed my concerns, mentioned my lowest acceptable price, and clarified that I was not upset with Jim. I explained that my primary concern was the price difference at the end of the transaction.
Before disclosing my desired price, the manager informed me that they were offering me the difference for the amount I wanted. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was extremely courteous, understanding, sincere, and realistic.
I was overnighted a check for the remaining balance, which I received the following day. This gesture greatly improved my perception of the deal. I was aware that the car was 17 years old and that I was not expecting a substantial profit.
In the end, We Buy Any Car did their best to accommodate my needs and provide excellent customer service. Despite having no expectations, they exceeded my expectations and made a positive impression on me.
Jared was very prompt and professional. He inspected my car and gave me a fair price. I really like that he came to my house to assess my vehicle. I recommend "We buy any car" to everyone selling their car.
The representative, Craig Crisanti, is a very nice man: very courteous, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and even though he is allergic to dogs, he got along great with my Angel Dawg. :-)
