I have been using steel city hauling for almost a year now. I own a local roofing company we have gotten upwards of 15 boxes a week and have daily drop offs and pick ups. Their customer service and process is better than any comparable company in the area. I can recommend with out hesitation to anyone that need their services you won’t go wrong!!

Wouldn’t dream of using any other company. The staff is extremely helpful and prompt- I needed multiple dumpsters for a house clean out and the switch out was same day if not the crack of dawn the following day. Drop off a pick up was seamless, while working through an already hard time I’m so glad they made hauling easy.

I had to find a dumpster to clean out my Nanna’s basement. I wasn’t sure what I needed and I see these all over town when I ride the bus so I figured I would call them. I did and the man who answered the phone was such a sweet heart. He told me exactly what we would need and he was right! Perfect size and worth the extra $25 it cost us to get the larger one. They also helped me move some things so they could park it right in the drive way for us. That driver couldn’t have been nicer. If I wasn’t married to Donny for 45 years I would have kept him! Anyways they were super great to work with and deserve this 5 * review!

I am not sure where I should start with this review... Maybe the picture would help explain the mess of a situation I was in??? Sure I wouldn't recommended returning your dumpster in this same condition as I did, but let me say Steel City Hauling was the only positive of this whole experience. As you could probably guess I was already out side of my comfort zone getting a dumpster in the first place. But their phone staff was super knowledgeable and helped me order exactly what I would need for the job! They came and delivered in the time frame that we had scheduled and they even came back and removed it for us as soon as they were alerted! Talk about blazing fast service! I am not sure when I will need another dumpster again, but this is who I will be calling. They are a company that works with the pro's and rookies like myself! Don't be intimidated, if you need a dumpster call Steel City they will help you out!

I’ve called multiple times about this dumpster that was mistakenly dropped in my driveway and they will not come move it It’s for the neighbors house I guess, this is the driveway I use to get in and out of my warehouse The dumpster will now be tagged and towed and be at the city impound! Probably a $2000 tow bill because they won’t come move it!
