Went for a car battery since my car wouldn't start on McKnight Road. Seemed like we were bothering associate, and was told he couldn't install a battery in the rain.(very light drizzle) We went to Advance on Ohio River Blvd, which is our local place, and had a very helpful person who gave us a coupon. Quick installation and great service! Will give 5 star review to that store.

Decent chain automotive parts store. Mostly low end parts though. Most of the parts advisors are okay with some knowledge of the business.

This is my local Advance Auto Parts. I order a lot online & then check out using in-store pick up which saves me a lot of money. There are some very friendly employees & a few not so friendly at this store but at least most of the time they are helpful even if they seem like they don't want to be

Great customer service. I called and spoke with a man by the name of Brennan and he was very helpful and resourceful about my car and what products to use for it.
