They took my car and my money out of my center console! I have them on voice recording saying they took the money! Admitting to it! Out of all the things in my car you take my money and take the money out my wallet!!! This company is poorly ran and the customer service is horrible! A man kept calling me hollering and hanging up! Then had my bank on the phone and they heard everything!! They claimed they took my money in case someone steals it! When they gave me the envelope it was short $1,847! But when they took me to my car they didn’t even need to press unlock to get into it ,because they left it unlocked all night!!! In CHESTER,PA at that!!! If you dial the 610 area code number to the company poor excuse for a supervisor he’s very lazy,rude,and his workers are just like him. I called the police and made a report right then and there! The man who brought me the money wasn’t even the man who was on the phone told me that the guy handed it to him! Whole company is trash and thieves! I have two phone recordings of him admitting that he has it and “he’ll be there when he gets there! Maybe if you wouldn’t have out yourself in this predicament I wouldn’t have your money!” Trash!!!
No way to communicate with customer service. They don't answer phones. My vehicle is paid for and I can't find out how to go about picking it up. The only option is an online scheduler that won't allow me to pick a time to retrieve my vehicle. If I've paid, I should have immediate access to my vehicle. I left messages to no avail. I will contact law enforcement since my car was released and they aren't providing me a way to retrieve it. The police should know where they are located...
Worst place ever ! They moved my car and didn’t even contact my lender or have the go ahead. They NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! And when I finally got a ride to them they “ throw my stuff out because I was two days past a month. Mind you the car was full of work stuff they kept. Down to my cars air fresheners. Oh and they took my battery and gave me a dead one . Over all this place cost me an extra 1200 dollars. Because they took my car. Sucks !
These guys repossesed my car. Not their fault. It was mine. They are just doing a job. Made an appointment to get it back. Staff were friendly and made small talk. Right before Christmas too. As long as you remain calm and respectful people don't have to much of a problem.
By far the worst and most unprofessional company my friend had do deal with. They truly take advantage of people when they are at one of the lowest points in their life.
This company is very shady and they lie about they hours Of business my car was taken due to Miscommunication and I asked the gentleman to wait so I can call to see why my car was being taken. The gentleman told me he could wait but it wont do anything he also threaten that he needed my keys are or he will damage the car. after that he gave me a business card with a with a scratched off phone number and no hours of business I literally had to guess the number on the card just for him to tell me that he’s in the shower and that he don’t have my car. The paper work was sent over before they closed but unfortunately they started forward all they calls around 3 and at 5 it started to go straight to voice mail. I made reservations to pick my car up at 9 am do to me having to be to work at 2pm unfortunately when I finally got a hold of someone they told me I had to wait an hour for a call back. After speaking with someone I was told I can pick my car up at 12pm I’m currently at the location and it’s 12:08 and the gentleman who’s coming to Release my car told me he had to take shower first and coming from Allentown. Your personal life has nothing to do with your work life I literally had to get the cops involved. After getting my car I now have a cracked bumper.
