hardly ever answers the phone if they do put you on hold and doesn’t get back on. I called seven times in one day and never got an answer and went there and not a single customer was in the store
My battery died because of the cold weather. After getting the car jumped I went to AutoZone on 65 where Matthew helped test the battery and installed a new one. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did he complain about the cold weather. I really appreciate the help he gave me.
Everytime I come here this specific guy always says "he can't do something" it's the 4th time I've asked him can he do something such as putting a mirror on or giving my car a scan. It's so annoying I don't even wanna come back

Charlie the store manager is amazing saved me so much my cars battery light was on and he went out of his way to help me find the reason. It was my belt and I was stranded so he sold me a belt nd jumped right in to help me install it after he was off work. I will always come back to this location because of him...
My headlight burned out and the manager jumped in quickly to asses the type of bulb needed along with taking the extra time to replace both in my vehicle. He was friendly and very helpful in the processes! Highly recommend!
I was in a tight spot and Frank not only saved me 400 dollars but also helped me diagnose the issue. I was on the road again in two hours. Wouldn’t go to any other AutoZone if you’re in the area. Get Frank!
The manager Frank Durso is super nice ! He just helped me get oil into my car in the cl because I am bad with this and he was so sweet to everyone around him. Very happy going guy! He’s the type of humans the world needs and a great manager
My windshield wiper broke on the drivers side on my Benz stopped here to get a replacement had the OE version a bit pricey at 25.00 for 1wiper but had to buy it. Friendly salesman I self installed it. I would buy something here again.

Our battery died in the parking lot next to AutoZone and Micheal, the store manager, went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He made several trips back and forth between the store and over to our car, trying different options before offering to drive his own car over to jump us, just so our battery could be tested. Then he was able to determine that we needed a new battery and he installed it and was as helpful as could be. A great guy who provided us great service.
Super friendly, informative, and non-condescending to those of us who know nothing about cars. The manager went out of his way to help us, and the attendant was incredibly nice.
Awesome customer service!!! I needed to replace my burned out brake lightbulb and Michael Reed helped me. He was super nice and he even replaced the bulb for me. The best part was that he showed me how to do it myself for any future burnouts. All of that on an early Monday morning. That's definitely going above and beyond. Thank you Auto Zone and Michael for always providing top notch customer service!!!!

Anytime I shop here I receive some of best service. Today it just my head lights but even so GM Michael is a gentleman and a true professional. Part of the big reason I continue to shop at this location.
I was very appreciated of the store manager and an employee going above and beyond to help me get my headlight fixed. After trying quite a few places, they were able to fix it quickly.
Went to this store today. Bought something for my truck wasnt sure if it was correct. Once out in the parking lot realized it was wrong. Worker was trying to refuse my return. Even though I never even left the parking lot. Employee lady was extremely rude and had major attitude for absolutely no reason. Absolutely the worst experience im an auto parts store ever. Management needs to have a chat about how their employees conduct themselves.
Went to get freon for my girlfriend's car. The counter person was very helpful. He took me to the kiosk that had what I needed. He also pointed out the pricing differences between various brands. I ended up buying the Autozone brand of freon which was about 50+% less than the next product. I highly recommend this store
Great customer service by JoEl. He listened to my problem and set about finding the hardware I needed (which the competitor chain first didn’t even provide, then gave me the wrong item); JoEl never treated my questions as minor or acted like I was interrupting his day and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. I will be a return customer to this AutoZone store all because of his good service.
My name is James Guardino and I am the owner of James Deans Autoworks on Jacks Run Road. I called, ordered a part and was told they had it. I had to keep calling over and over again to see where my part was, and they kept promising it was on the way. 4 hours went by and still nothing. So I called to talk to the manager, who is Kris. She refused to talk to me and sent one of her other employees to talk to me. I unfortunately never caught his name, but he was rude and blunt as ever telling me they didnt feel like looking for the part they kept promising me was on the way. Why lie about it? The sad part of it is, it was a simple wire connector. I ordered from them religiously EVERY SINGLE DAY. Yet I was still treated as if I was nothing. They have no idea how to treat their business customers. If you order parts from them to have delivered, good luck.
Needed to get some parts and random items for a repair and Sadie was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel rushed or like I was interrupting her from doing something more important. She got me sorted out and on my way quicker than I had anticipated.
Very helpful employees who always assist me in putting burnt out fuses in my vehicle. Even asked if I wanted to return a product I'd just bought but now didn't need. Another employee dealt patiently with someone screaming obscenities over the phone at her.
