I'm from the South hills of Pittsburgh and have an old 93 Silverado. ARS was not only willing to work on the truck, they did a great job at a reasonable price. It is sometimes hard to find people with knowledge on old vehicles. And it's harder to find people willing to find problems rather than just replace parts and collect money. I highly recommend this company, my truck is running great, thank you all very much.

ARS repaired my 2012 Cadillac suv. They were awesome, start to finish. A deer hit my front fender, also scratching the front fender. They did a great job on the repairs, matched the color, and cleaned it! Very smooth transaction. Very professional. Thanks team. 😊
Once again ARS knocked it outta the park. The car looks brand new after hitting a deer at 60mph. I was well informed during the repair process and they deal directly with the insurance company. When I picked my (15 year old) vehicle up, it was clean, inside and out. Felt like they went the extra mile. Made me fall back in love with her. Pic attached, exactly as picked up.
Great communication - regular text updates and quick to answer the phone to address the few questions I have had. Interactions with receptionist, managers of both departments, and even the techs moving through, you can feel that it's a team that is upbeat, works well together, and are on the same page.
I've been in a different part of the business for years, and know how rare it is to find a group hitting on all cylinders. Hope they keep it going because I will definitely return.
A turkey vulture dove into my windshield at highway speeds at 8am on a college visit day. We were 20 minutes into a 4 hour drive. Screaming teenagers, broken glass - the day was ruined. The impact was directly into the lane watch camera and rear view mirror. ARS did a great job turning a bad situation around for me. Melissa is great to work with and should be commended. The owners of the shop are awesome. ARS referenced the Honda/Acura repair & calibration requirements to make sure all the needed procedures were followed. The inside of the car looks like brand new. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the broken glass shards. Thank you so much!

ARS was recommended for a quote on a repair for a small fender bender. From the initial call to meeting for the first evaluation/quote, it was a smooth process. Was impressed from the first phone call to arrange the quote as the person answered immediately and was super friendly. Then the day of the evaluation, Melissa was super nice and it took no time at all! Was in and out with a reasonable quote. Explained the process thoroughly and made it simple to work with the insurance.
Outstanding automotive repair. Had just above $1000 worth of side swipe front and bumper damage to my new Ford ranger. They restored it to its new looking condition. Was done a day ahead of schedule. Easy to work with great for getting rental cars and arranging pick ups. Works seamlessly with my insurance company as well. After ARS took great care of my parents vehicles, I brought my fiancés vehicle in for repairs from an accident. ARS was extremely easy to work with and did a fantastic job on replacing the door of the vehicle.
These guys did a great job on my yellow jeep. I had someone smash my mirror and they came to the rescue and helped me mange my insurance company and get my mirror fixed. I added before and after pictures what a great job the paint was a perfect match I would recommend my friends and family to get there car repaired at ARS automotive thanksgiving again bill was a big help also
I brought my 2017 Impreza here after a minor fender bender. Everyone in the shop was pleasant and easy to talk to. It only took a few days to fix. Now it looks as good as new and was freshly cleaned when I picked it up.
