Myself, my wife and our two kids (one only 5 months old) were in our truck when it died out of nowhere on the busy turnpike after dark. These guys were there within 30 minutes. The gentleman that helped us was a very genuine and considerate man and really looked out for the safety of all of us even while we transported the kids into another vehicle. He showed kindness, and patience. Words really can’t explain how thankful we are for these guys, and how thankful I am personally for the one that showed up to help tonight.. especially on the night before thanksgiving. Called and had Bill come over and put my car in my garage with the tow truck . Got it in there without any problems . Excellent service very professional.

Thanks to a person who helped me with my overheated car on Monday evening while I was waited for the first tow truck response over 2 hours and no one came on a busy highway McKnight. Have to call insurance again and submit another request. One of your worker response right away and came within an early time. With his help on car knowledge, I was able to get my car moving to a safe spot and fix the issue. He’s is kind and considered about my desperation for help. I got a flat in a parking garage and my insurance sent out Ray Platts Auto Center. Tom who helped me with my tire was amazing. He arrived quickly and immediately got to work. He fixed our tire in no time which he was only supposed to switch it to the spare. He saved us so much time and money. He even ended up paying for my parking!!!!!! He truly made the experience 10/10. I would recommend Tom to anyone in need of road side assistance!

Tom really came through for us fixing a last minute insurance bungle and got our car safely to the correct location! I started using Ray Platt’s for vehicle inspections at the beginning of 2024. So far I’ve had 4 vehicles inspected. 3 of which needed brakes. These have been the best experiences I’ve ever had with anyone doing brake jobs. Price seemed fair and 6 months in m, I have no brake pulse and great stopping power. I attribute it to their experience and the quality parts they use

Tommy Platt always takes great care of my classic car when I need a tow! Bill Sheppard is the best mechanic in the North Hills! He does my truck inspection, oil changes and everything I need! He also installed my new windshield wiper switch, wires and motor to get my windshield wipers going on my classic car! 10/10 highly recommend them for all of your towing and mechanic needs!!!
