Horrible customer service everyone glares at you treating you as some kind of criminal everyone was mean mogging me and my father horrible place, the place down in Fairfield they are the sweetest people and nice but these Hamilton people are horrible
Cant find service like this place anywhere else. Awesome team they have there. Called they had it, they held it, and I picked it up. Very friendly highly recommend.
NAPA is the best automotive store around. The location I went to in Hamilton Ohio mixed automotive paint and that was just what I was looking for. They mixed up a can of aerosol and a container of paint for touch-ups.
The staff was super friendly and super helpful! I always recommend Napa to friends and family.
I am painting my Lincoln Mark VIII for the first time, so I have spent a lot to time there. I have experienced it, and seen it while I was waiting. I am in the customer service business. Everyone there FAR exceeds superior customer satisfaction. And I think the lady who works there is awesome!
I stopped in to pick up some brakes from my car. The prices were about what you'd expect at NAPA Auto parts. They do seem to carry some premium parts that may be a step above other similar retailers. They have great customer service that is willing to answer questions that you have. No issues at all.
Great friendly staff! SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE! doesn’t matter if you need a part for a tractor, or generator they can help you find it! Amanda was the absolute best and the entire store made my day that much better. 🙂
Only part store for miles an hours but service is top notch. Sam is so knowledgeable and very helpful. Getting you the right part n always given you 3 options. Very helpful an very good service
Old site, needs replaced or some remodeling done. I thought they were permanently closed for a long time because of how the building looks from driving by. Minimal merchandise available. Why go to Napa when there's an Advance, Auto Zone, and O'Reilly's, all within approximately a mile of this store. My opinion, tear it down and put a Chick-fil-a in it's place! 🐣🐤🐥🐔
Haven't been here in years. Couldn't find a specialty part anywhere. Napa ordered them and had them the very same day. Was very friendly and very helpful. I'd forgotten how good Napa was.
Mike , the owner and rob the manager know there stuff and genuinely care about the issue you are working on. I will shop there in the future as a destination shop to get the right product, the right price and the right information. Knowledge and speciality products and service are key to getting a job done cost, time effectively and correctly. They are the best in the area and I have shopped them all unfortunately.
Okay, so I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota. I just purchased it about two weeks ago. I noticed the brakes were going to the floor. Apparently the guy I purchased it from filled it with brake fluid long enough for me to buy the truck.
Anyway, I soon found out the rear brake lines were rusted in numerous places. So it was time to replace them.
I went to Standard Auto Parts on Erie. While the manager and other employee went out of their way to help. Not so much. Bought a lot of parts I didn’t need. The rear brakes go from Standard to metric.
Not an easy part to find. Then I went to Autozone. They acted like they could care less and just there to sell parts. I read on a Dodge forum the only auto store that helped them was NAPA.
Off I went to NAPA the next day. Today actually. I took my brake line in. The guy behind the counter (did not get his name.) I started telling him my problem. He said here is what you need to do. Took all the time I needed to answer any questions and a solution THAT WORKED! First time, no issues. The guy was a rock star. If the local stores view these I know he will know who he is.
I won’t be going anywhere but NAPA from this day forward.

Hands down some of the most stand-up fellas working there they are very helpful and personable this place is very welcoming and professional every time I've come in here I've had a pleasant experience.
What kind of Auto Parts store closes at 1:00 on a Saturday. Goes to show that the company doesn’t care to serve its Kayenta Community. They know they’re the only auto parts store available and the service shows.
If you can't find a part for your vehicle at any other auto parts store, then you should have went to Napa Auto Parts 1st. Because they always have the hard to find parts in stock or they can usually have it for you within a day or 2.
I like this place if your new to painting your car and want to know about paint for your car this is the place. I was treated nice and took alot of time explaining there products. If i had to complain i wish they would carry more paint products.
Didnt let me use their precious wifi even tho my car broke down and there is no connection in this god forsaken town. Was your passwords something naughty cause for sure I wasn't going to camp out in front of your store and stay in this hole!
NAPA KNOW HOW....Just like the commercial says. They have everything I need to keep my mutherfucin Chevy Silveraydo on the road. Nothing says Freedom mutherfuker like NAPA know how, Chevy Silveraydo's and Bald Eagles.
