Had to get a part for my car and had no clue what it was called. Explained my problem to the staff and within 10 minutes I was walking out the door with what I needed. No one laughed at my ignorance and both staff were friendly and respectful. I will definitely keep coming here as I judge a place by their customer service.

What,did they go out of business? Supposed to open at 7:30 a.m. it's 9:30 and there's nobody here both stores Hamilton Ohio go figure

UPS DROP-OFF quick and easy dropoff but I couldn't just drop it into a bin, I had to have an employee assist me by scanning it in. He was very polite and helpful, no delays. Thank you Advance Auto!

FIRE CHRIS i don’t know what that guys problem is but he just doesn’t even want to help you and if you don’t know what part I’m talking about that’s okay I get that but don’t just keep saying we can’t help you or go somewhere else because they don’t know like the guy wouldn’t even look up my car in the system

Employees were jerks! Little to no product knowledge and literally was told if I had issues to not come back.. as if it’s the employees decision because he doesn’t want extra work.. unbelievable. Go literally anywhere else.

I went to get spark plugs for my Honda Rebel. I was pretty sure that I needed 2 but the worker said I only needed 1. Needless to say I had to go back to get another one. He was very nice.

They have friendly service here! And if you need help they are definitely there to help! The working came out in the rain and cold and changed my windshield wipers for me!

They had the parts I needed I always use advance because of better prices than the other auto parts store.

Great staff and very polite. They normally have what ever you need for your car. I needed a tail light. And they ordered it for me and even called when it came in. Thats great device.

Usually people greet you when you walk inside Advance Auto Parts, this time nobody greeted me nobody even acknowledge that was there until I was up at the cashier. All they did was take my money give me my change back and didn't even ask me if I found everything I was looking for. Just asked me if this was what I wanted and that was it. It was definitely one of the weirdest experiences I've had at Advance Auto Parts. This store I will not be going back to.

We drove into the parking lot and Josh was immediately at our car to assist us and was very professional attentive and knowledgeable we feel like he went above and beyond to assist us and will be steering all of our future business to that location

I went here because I got 20% off for buying online and picking up in the store. These guys who work here know absolutely nothing about cars or car parts. Ask a question and if it's not something they can key into the computer to search, they don't have a clue. This place is good for buying parts when you know exactly what you need and are getting it cheaper. If you have any questions, I recommend going elsewhere.
