Came for a quick oil change that I bought off Groupon! Got an amazing deal and added on a transmission fluid flush with 20% off! They were efficient and professional. Great job gentlemen! Jordan was the manager helping me. He and his team were great!
Went to the location off Brookwood avenue on the westside of Hamilton Ohio on Sunday February 29th 20:26 at 1:30 p.m. I just had lunch Golden dragon buffet and went to go get a full synthetic oil change and possibly new wipers I pulled into the bay garage doors there were two cars inside I waited patiently outside for 20 minutes and the tech inside look at me and seem like he shook his head no, nobody even opened the garage doors as I sat there waiting for service. Never got any service and ended up going to their competitors in Fairfield Ohio
Very polite workers who worked hard and got the job done fast. It’s a very comfortable experience being in your car and takes far less time then you’d think.
They were very friendly this was my first time here I did go to one in west Chester but not these guys are closer to me and well worth the time over in west side of Hamilton
I could not believe how fast it was! I love that we have a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Hamilton now! The mechanics were amazing and so friendly! We definitely will be coming back! I have already recommended the Hamilton West location to friends and family!

I have been going to Valvoline in Bridgewater because of Jordan's(manager) customer service. Since the new location opened, on the Westside of Hamilton. Went to the new Hamilton location and had a great experience. The manager Jordan was very friendly and informative. All of the crew was very polite and worked quickly to get my car finished and send me on my way.
Great work Valvoline! Changed oil, topped off all fluids. Checked air filter. Guys explained everything. Through. ( felt like I was at the car doctor). They also will rotate tires, general maintenance.
Stopped by for an oil change and I received excellent service from Jordan, Corbin, and Mick. Jordan was very thorough when explaining what my car needed and all 3 of them provided speedy and professional service. Would recommend this shop to anybody!
