After taking my car to several shops that couldn’t diagnose or fix my air conditioning issue, the team at Pullman’s figured it out and had it working perfectly in no time. They’ve also always taken care of all my tire needs quickly and professionally. Their prices are very fair, and the level of customer service is outstanding — they truly go above and beyond for their customers. A special shoutout to Ryan Ebbing, who always makes sure everything is done right and keeps me updated along the way. If you want honest, skilled, and friendly service, I highly recommend Pullman’s Tires. They’ve definitely earned my trust and repeat business!

They did a wonderful job on the electrical, alignment, and brakes. However that wasn’t the reason I took it in. Yes I needed that stuff and got it and they did do great job on that. However I took it in because the jeep keeps shaking real bad and I’ll be doing sixty and it will start shaking and I have to come to a complete stop and real fast. It scares me and the drivers around me. I don’t feel they did enough on this issue. It was well we’ll drive it around the block and that was it, after I had to take it back in because the heat ran cold. That is why I took it in and they ended up telling me I needed the things mentioned above but did nothing for the shaking neither time it was in there. I think and hope they would’ve taken a little more time to see about that. I wouldn’t have spent the three grand if I knew this was going to happen besides what’s the point of fixing this stuff if it’s just going to brake down because of the shaking.. I hope you didn’t see this and know about it and still continued to repair the other stuff knowing the jeep wasn’t going to make it much longer. First I feel I got screwed from the dealer and now maybe the shop. Although you was very curteous you need to listen to your customers better. I don’t know if it is because I’m a woman but if u did this knowing about the shaking that is not right. That would be taking advantage of a grandma’s limited funds just to make a dollar. I know the dealer was like this yet I don’t think you are at least I hope not but as soon as I got the car home and it snowed there it started again. Again I think you did a good job on the other work but that wasn’t why I taken it in. Then I had to bring it back over the heater not working again. Again u need to listen to the customer and hear what they say. Don’t just look at the gadget you hook to it and only fix what it says needs done.

Ryan Pohlman owner made sure my 84 Eldorado had all major issues taken care of. Issues were quite extensive and they took care of those issues. I am a satisfied customer for life.

Pohlman’s twice took care of us without charge, even when other places wanted to charge up to $1000 for unnecessary work. They are honest, reliable, and explain your car’s condition so that you can make the best decision. Plus their work comes with a warranty! They are definitely my favorite local automotive center.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with Pohlman's. I was greeted with a handshake. They kept me informed of my repairs and cost. They troubled shooted my issues to find a vibration in a tire that was damaged during install at a local family-owned auto repair shop "Pfefferle Tire and Auto Service" which I would not recommend for any type of repairs. Ryan and his team treated me like family and I would recommend this shop for any and all auto repairs.

Everyone at Pohlmans was very helpful and saved me from a dealership who “broke” my car and wanted to charge me to fix what they broke. Called Doug at Pohlman’s. Took my car in -looked it over and found more paper towel in the blower motor area -removed it and car is fixed. They rescued me from a scam. Call them for a second opinion. They will be honest with you. I’ll take my car there from now on. Thank you to Doug, Ryan and crew.

I had an emergency needed to replace two tires on my car when I called to set up the appointment. They ordered my tires in advance before I got there. I drop my car off at 3 PM the next day and I was ready to go at 4:00pm. The service was excellent. The weight was minimal and they are my trusted auto service center for everything.. No one can top what they do

I am very happy with the repairs on my car. The staff was friendly and kept me informed about what repairs were needed, the cost and had my car ready in a short amount of time. I will trust Pohlman’s Auto and Tire Center to service my car in the future.

Not the greatest location in the area. Tiny Parking lot. Only a handful of guys working at a given time, so expect to be here longer for your service than other mechanics. No waiting area, so figure out your own way to be comfortable during your service or have someone pick you up and come back. The one positive to come out of this place, is they honored a coupon i brought in. Got an oil change for $60 but it took over 2 hours for service. Which is more valuable to you, time or money? In my case, its both, so I will not be returning to this location.

I absolutely love these guys! From Doug to Ryan and Ryan, they were wonderful and didn't rush me. They took time to explain everything and make my son and I feel welcomed and like family. I highly recommend you take your vehicles here. You will not be disappointed! 😁

Im very happy with the service I received. I had lots of questions and Doug answered them all. As a woman I have trust issues with mechanics lol. But the staff made me feel very comfortable so much that I brought my husband's truck in for service. I like that they not only tell you problems you may have but they have pictures of that problem. I highly recommend them

I only have good things to say about Pohlman's. The staff is very friendly. They do great work. Quick and efficient. They listen...very important. Very helpful in finding why my check engine light kept coming on. Great job Guys!!!

Excellent service and quick response time. Had an issue with the wife’s car on a Sunday. Contacted Pohlman’s and the car was towed the next morning. By Tuesday afternoon we had everything fixed and running like new again. Would highly recommend. They aren’t like the garages you find who come up with anything extra to charge you for. Here you will find a honest team and quality mechanics. Keep looking out for your customers and we will keep coming back.
