Before I went in for an oil change my car had no lights on the dash. I went in For an oil change & when I left my car started saying engine hot ac off & it wouldn’t start! Now I have to put it in the shop! Definitely over prices for the service I got! Smh costing me more money!
Service at Princeton Pike RD. Greg the assistant. Manger awesome very knowledgeable i had alot done so I had the whole crew working on it and I can say everyone was friendly they make a great team I am very happy that my 2nd.time coming here and having things done i definitely recommend this place and the prices was very reasonable I'm a happy camper
The female manager that assisted me was amazing. I wish I could recall her name. She was very polite and was very thorough and explaining things to me. Her and several of the other managers are the reason why I keep coming back to this location or if you used to go anywhere else for my oil change.
This is my favorite Valvoline. They are always, always nice friendly, knowledgeable and explaining things so you can understand especially if you don’t know a lot about cars. The staff is always pleasant. I don’t go anywhere else and I highly recommend them to everyone!
Love coming here they always take care of everything I could need and I get my oil changed so fast everyone is incredibly helpful and gets right to work the only thing I don't like is they never fix my oil light so even after an oil change I have to listen to my car ding about how I need an oil change when really I don't they just don't reset my dash

Needed a first oil change on my luxury 2025 SUV and didn’t have a chance to get to the dealer all the way across town. Did some research and decided on VIOC near Bridgewater falls. From the moment we pulled in we were truly impressed. Greg and Niran helped with everything I needed, answered my questions and did an amazing job. Will be returning. Thanks team. An hour before closing and all the service techs were still eager to service my car. I never felt rushed or pressured into upselling services. As a matter of fact, I was grateful that they changed both my engine filter and my cabin filter. Sheesh, they both needed changed. My previous service garage hadn't recommended something that simple. Will definitely return the next time my car needs serviced!
I was told I needed a transmission flush and I recommended that I had it drained and filled but was pushed into having it flushed, but the person who performed the flush spilled the old transmission fluid all over my engine bay and it began smoking and I caught a video of it, not very satisfied with that. But they did honor a discount I had and used the oil I provided to also get my oil change and that went okay. Probably will go to a different Valvoline after but oh well.
I got an oil filter replaced as well, they also identified a current problem I had with my car and fixed that too! I will be back to get a flush in my coolant as well! I was extremely satisfied this time!
I would not recommend going here.I went here for a simple oil change.I told the gentleman that my front turning signal light was out.They just replaced my oil.They did not replace my turning signal.I had to go back for a second time.For them to replace my turning signal.And after he replaced my turning signal, I went for my first drive at night and now my headlights do not work. One worker was yelling at the other worker I would not go here and I will not be returning as a customer. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Steve was welcoming and knowledgeable. Greg, the assistant manager, didn’t pressure me to buy, but he did take the time to explain Valvoline’s recommendations. I’ve been here many times and my vehicle continues to run well at 100K+ miles.
I was highly satisfied with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change because the service was fast, efficient, and professional. The staff greeted me promptly, explained what they were doing, and even checked other fluid levels and tire pressures without me asking, which I really appreciated. I felt confident in their work because they used high-quality products and double-checked everything before I left. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth, hassle-free experience that made routine maintenance easy.
Fantastic service again. Its so nice to see teamwork these days when you have work done on your vehicles. Great management at this location.

Sister in-law took her Toyota Corolla here for an oil change. They filled her car with oil before draining it, realized their mistake, drained the whole thing, and filled it back up with an appropriate amount of oil. AND THEN DAMAGED THE DRAIN PLUG LOWER ENGINE COVER (pic included). Damaged it, loosely reattached it damaged, and said nothing about it. Unfortunately I can’t order just the small cover they broke, I have to buy the whole lower engine cover. $85+shipping. This place used to be good, but it’s gone down hill rapidly. If you love your car, avoid this place.
Friday, May 31, was my first and last time in this place. A terrible experience the staff acted as if they had no experience. and when I got home I opened the hood of my car and there was oil spilled all over the body. I wouldn't recommend this place
Always like Valvoline,.. quick, decent job clean place. Make good recommendations but don't force you to do it. Always have a small coupon to make it respectable prices compared to everybody else
