Misleading advertising at its best, If not blatantly malicious at its worst

This company is now doing business as “Tri State Auto Liquidators” as it’s the same address and photos of the building are the same. They sent out mass fliers to 60,000 people with a pull tab our tab showed we should have won $1,000 dollars (one of 10 winners) it is complete deception as it didn’t match up with the code. To save you time, here is a photo of the prize board so you can match your code and not fill out their form to then harass you later with their marketing. This photo was taken on 12/7/2025.

Randall lied to me, and owes me $ 208.00 and will not answer my calls. Had a much longer very detailed post, it didnt save. They commiited to having a car, I confirmed with Randall. I booked travel to come get it, and the whole time it was not available, as he claims the "owner" took a deposit on it. Very un-ethical.

Sending out fake fliers saying “you’ve won a prize” I’ve gotten two within the last couple months. Owner claims “it’s not us, it’s tri state liquidators” Then why is your address on the mail? Sounds like you opened a separate llc to avoid legal repercussions. Get a life.

Purchased a Ford Focus from Premier Auto Mart for my daughter and couldn’t be happier with it. These guys were awesome to work with. Very straightforward and upfront. I will definitely be back!

My father received a pull tab from you guys and won 1000$, i come up there and talk to an Elizabeth to be sure it’s legit and she told me that yes he would receive his full reward and when he comes to collect it, all they give him is 10$? False advertisement at its fullest

You did not win their match and win lottery. This dealership uses this scummy and deceptive marketing tactic to trick people into coming into their dealership where they will try to convince you to either sell you a car or sell them yours. It makes me loose all trust (as little as it may have been) for this dealership. I would take your business elsewhere because I wonder what else they're willing to trick you with just to help their bottom line.

I had a great buying experience at Premier Auto Mart with Randall. He took the time to thoroughly check over the vehicle and address any issues. The buying process was quick and easy since Randall had all the paperwork ready to go for me. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing him for all of your pre-owned vehicle needs!

Great dealership to work with. Their manager, Randall was so very helpful from the moment I began inquiring about vehicles they had in their lot. He worked diligently through the loan process and made sure all paperwork was completed in a timely manner! So today I had the most amazing✨ and completely satisfying interaction and business deal with this salesman and manager named Randall at Premier Auto mart. First let me start by saying I selected a car online without even seeing it. ( I caution against doing that; I recommend always check out the car first )! But he arranged for a car person to pick me up once I got into town. And when I tell you he worked every angle, listened to all of my concerns, answered all my questions and provided me with a remarkable outcome and I went back to Columbus Oh very happy and feeling; actually knowing that there are still good people, salesmen and car dealerships that care for it's customers. If you are in the market for a newer car. Find your way to Premier Auto Mart in Hamilton Oh and ask for ** Randall **. He will make your buying experience easy and affordable. Ron Foster

Premier Auto is a great place if you are in search of a new vehicle. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra with not a single light in the dash, which shows they care for their cars. The general manager Randall personally helped me get financing and everything set for my car, he truly made it a great experience buying my first car. Randall stuck his neck out and did everything in his power to make sure i wasn't leaving Premier Auto empty handed, so i cannot thank him enough for all of his patience and compassion. This place WILL be worth your while.

Gregory and his team went way above and beyond to help us get in the car we were interested in and when we went in to sign for it offered an extra car protection plan if you wanted some extra protection for 2 year we had gone to several other dealers would not even try to work with our budget this was the only dealership that really worked with us to make our car a reality!!! I really do appreciate the help and time the spent with us. Thanks again DAN

Honest review Just closed on a GMC Terrain, on friday the 13th 2024!!! Michael, i really appreciate you and give you props that you understood and can read people vibes an got me in a car when i look at it, it lights my day back up. Stayed at the store past closing time to find the right one. Also with the help of Pat looking thru all the options i qualified for and answering and reassuring me with things i would need. I’m stuck with them till i pay it off, i will be updating! cause like i said honest review.

Please avoid dealing with this group. The tow truck driver slammed into my car and begged me not to call the police and would make it right . Agreed that if they would fix my car. Fine but after just installing the bumper and letting me leave.... Refused to fix or make it right. After researching this place and the owner. Wow! He beat his wife Misty according to public records and runs a shady business. After thinking about paying fees to to to court how much would I win. Just Google him.

Purchased a vehicle from Premier. Owner and employees were all helpful! Very happy with my purchase. No issues and sound and piece of mind with my vehicle! Will be going to Premier For all my future purchases!

Found a vehicle my granddaughter liked which she drove. She being inexperienced didn't notice the service engine light was lit. Also the driver's door lock cylinder was missing, again not noticed. This vehicle was advertised as having had the price already dropped $3,000 and was still at the upper end of blue book value. We went ahead and purchased the vehicle as it was thought to be a sound vehicle. The sellers were very friendly and seemed to being working for us. However, the issues present were obviously known to them yet they didn't care to mention them. Repairs are now up to about $1,700 to make the car driveable.

PREMIER AUTO MART, INC., Hamilton, Ohio BEST used car shopping experience EVER!!! If you are in need of a good used vehicle check them out. Went in on a Monday and drove off in my 2012 Kia Soul! a few hours later. I worked with Jakki Myers, ask for her. She answered every question I had, if she didn't know the answer right then, she got it for me within a couple of minutes. All the employees are extremely helpful and friendly and will bend over backwards to help you out. Before I drove off the owner sat down with me and went over everything on the Car Fax they had printed out for me. Besides the rest of the factory warranty they gave me their 90 day on top of that. I'll be honest I don't know if every car comes with a 90 day warranty or if it's car by car. There were a couple minor things that needed to be taken care of so took her in Tues. and they fixed immediately. Discovered that Kia's don't come with a spare tire but they found one and gave it to me. Can't beat that. I highly recommend them and if you do go an purchase an automobile, again ask for Jakki and tell her “Miss Deb” Gonzalez sent you.

Greg has very good customer service and greeted me with a smile that is contagious. He was very patient and wanted to make sure that I was getting the best deal... and I did. The warranty is the best warranty I've ever had and I've had quite a few cars. As long as you make your payments on time you should be in good shape. I would definitely recommend! I didn't want to give it a star at all but I had to put something. They are crooked as hell threatened my teenage son, tried to break into my garage, parked in my ally came at me with bogus repo papers after I had payed the car note. Rude disrespectful, ruthless, they are business criminals ... I have called the police on them for trespass, attempted b and e and harassment and they took off fast. Beware of this place also heard from an ex coworker they are in the middle of a bankruptcy so where does that leave ppl who are paying on cars can somebody else come take our cars??? Be careful shady af. Not to mention they didn't repair what was in contract, flat tires broken belts, thermostat problems, check engine light wow. Check out who you buy a car from you work to hard for your money to deal with these issues, not to mention harassment, bullying smart asses, narcist crooks

Speek to dave or randy they were great! Dave even called to check and make sure I was taken care of he was unable to be there when I did my paper work to take my car home. They were very friendly and helpful. The owner on the other hand is very over bearing and loud. But the sales men are great!

Don't ever go there! I am currently being sued over 6,000$ for a 2003 Dodge Neon that I had to put over 1,200$ worth of work into after having it for a month. I had to replace all of the wheel bearings. I got a big speech about how he would put me in a safe, dependable car and how he had a daughter of his own and he would never put me in a car that could get me hurt. I eventually let them reposess the neon because I was paying almost $300 a month for a piece of crap. Now I am expected to pay back the full amount. I think that it is awful that they can take advantage of people like that. I was having a very difficult time and needed a car that day otherwise I would have done more research about this company. Biggest mistake I have ever made.
