I have taken two different cars here, one is mine and the other is my sister's. They have screwed up both of them. I bought 4 tires for my car from them, at around $80-90 per tire. Not a bad deal at all. They put them on my rims, balanced them, and I also had them do an alignment for about $90. It was great, for a day. after a few days (without driving the car at all really), it was out of alignment, shaking like a scared dog, and I had a flat tire. I took it back to the shop and explained the trouble I was experiencing, and they were more than happy to try and help. They told me that due to the cold weather and ice, they weren't going to be able to balance the tires properly. This doesn't necessarily make sense to me, but I suppose it could be true. They did the best they could with it, and told me to bring it back when it warmed up a little if it wasn't quite right. They also checked the alignment and had to re-align it. I took it back that same day, as the vibrations were worse than ever. My tire had also lost more air. Mind you, I hadn't had this trouble with the tire going flat beforehand. They examined my rim, and told me that because of the material of the rim it was flaking and causing the tire to leak air at the bead. They buffed it and said it was only a temporary fix; I would have to buy new rims to actually fix the problem. They then promptly and cheerfully asked if I'd like to purchase rims with them that day. The question is, why didn't they say there was a problem with my rim when I bought the new tires? I would have reevaluated the situation had I known before. Now my sister's car. She recently purchased a used vehicle that is in great shape. It started shaking and wobbling in the past three days, so she decided to take it to the tire shop. I went with her for support. They balanced the tires, and did an alignment for around $90. The issue was only worse when we left, and then we smelled brakes burning. We turned right back around and brought it back and had them look at it. They were happy to try to help. They told us that the caliper was seized up. Mind you, there were no problems with the brakes prior to their services. They attempted to clear their name of the guilt by saying that the wheel was incredibly hot when we brought it in the first time, so it must have been broken when we brought it in that day. If this is so, why did they not mention that there was a potential issue with the wheel? We would have reevaluated the alignment if we had known. We went back and forth a little, then my dad came to pick us up. My dad is an experienced mechanic, so after hearing about what Noah, the general manager, had said he wanted to talk to him himself. He got very defensive when my dad confronted him. We had to replace my sister's brake caliper in their parking lot, in the dark, as it started to rain. It was not safe to drive it home, and a towing service was not an option. Overall, I could never recommend this place to anybody. The employees are very pleasant, but I am unsure of their level of competence. I am not accusing them of anything malicious, or that they intentionally messed up for their financial gain, but they are simply unreliable and unable to do quality work. There are multiple other tire shops near by. You'd be best to try your luck at one of those.

Cold called them on a Tuesday morning after a very snowy weekend. Explained we had a tire on our brand new vehicle that was not holding air. Asked if we needed an appointment. Noah advised either/or, they take walk-ins, but getting in sooner was better. Got the car there about an hour later. Spoke with Jadon, I believe. Jadon offered me a package to purchase, which I expected, and I declined and advised I just needed the tire diagnosed and possibly repaired. Jadon did not get pushy about the sale (which I really appreciated), was very courteous, and professional. He then gave me a timeline for the repair. Our vehicle was delivered with a repaired tire at exactly the time I was quoted. It was delivered by Caleb, who showed me the screw that had caused the issue and explained what was done and how everything was operating properly, now. I cannot offer enough praise to this business. I interacted with three different associates and was treated with courtesy and respect by each of them. Every business should be lucky enough to have any of these young men represent them. The facility is clean and comfortable and there are plenty of places to plug in phones, if need be. Thanks for the great service.

These guys went above and beyond and helped me while I was stranded in 14 degree weather. I highly recommend and their tires are reasonably priced and great service! I’ll be back again

Service was great but tire prices hss slyrocketed. Almost none are mafe in America. So much for tariffs and the cost of living.

I actually ended up at discount tire accidently when heading to another tire shop. Since then, I've had 2 additional visits to two different locations. Both have been great experiences. I appreciate the friendly service. I bought new tires with a warranty and I will buy my next set from them as well. Highly recommend.

Went in for a 5 tire rotation on my Jeep Wrangler. I also needed 2 valve stems replaced. The store did the 5 tire rotation per the tire purchase agreement and replaced the needed valve stems. No charge since the tires were purchased with the repair certificates. Always have great service from Discount Tire.

An appointment means nothing here. You will sit and wait a ridiculous amount of time regardless. I came in for a repair for my car and plans to purchase tires for my daughter’s car. No repair done and I definitely won’t be giving them my business.

Had an appointment for 11:15am for a simple tire rotation and balance. Vehicle wasn’t pulled into the bay until 11:58am, and finally rolled out of the bay at 12:21pm. Don’t bother making appointments or expecting a quick service, or you’ll be greatly disappointed. Would recommend going to any other discount tire in the area, just not this one. Hopefully they remedy this, because I’m confident I’m not the only customer that encounters this.

This review is a reflection of an employee Zach at the Hamilton location. The night before I scheduled an online appt for 10:15am. The next morning I checked my email for a confirmation, there was none. I called the location and spoke with Zach explained I scheduled an appt and wanted to confirm if this went through because I did not receive a confirmation, Zach explained that they were booked solid and they did not have any availability, again I explained I was confirming if he saw my appt, Zach asked if I was Regina I told him no. He said that Regina was and had been scheduled for time slot 10:15. While speaking with him I was online and I told him that could explain why the 10:15 slot was no longer available but they have an 11:30, Zach said he cannot see what is online but all appts are booked. I asked if I would be able to do a walk in, Zach responded with we are booked all day until 5pm. I asked what that meant he said that they have no available appts. I explained to him that I had been a very satisfied customer with their services and have only bought tires with them for the last few yrs and have always had very good service and staff had always been very nice and he sounded like he was too busy and would not welcome walk ins. (He did not apologize) I then said I would go elsewhere, he then said "that would be a good idea" To have a customer that has been going there for yrs seek out another company due to lack of customer service is unbelievable. Because my previous tires were purchased at Discount Tires made it hard for me to go elsewhere due to only needing to replace both front tires. I did not want front tires from another company when I would still have my back tires from Discount Tires. I decided to stop by Discount Tires in West Chester. Yes, I was a walk in, and yes I was very well taken care of, with the understanding of a longer wait time which I understood and expected. I will find it hard to ever go back to the Hamilton location. Highly recommend West Chester location, even on a busy Saturday they were very eager to help me. Just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Noah!!!! As manager he always goes above an beyond for his customers. He an his employees have always treated me with kindness an respect. I've been in there so often for multiple different vehicles an Noah always greets me by name an shakes my hand. As a manager Noah is Top Notch an as far as I can see they have a customer 4 Life. I can honestly say, I've never had a bad experience here. They've always met or exceeded my needs. THANK YOU NOAH AN YOUR TEAM FOR ALL THE HARD WORK!!!

This store In Hamilton is amazing!!! Scott has helped me several times, but all the workers treat all their customers with the utmost care and respect! Even on the phone they go above and beyond! The store is clean, and ran exceptionally well! I’m so thankful to have this store to bring my vehicle! I am in extremely capable hands!!! Make them your favorite as well! You won’t go anywhere else!

Upon my visit to the store, the sales person was very helpful. I was asked right away if I needed help. Once I went up to the counter, I was helped by Scott and one other person. I was briefed on the cost and was told it would be ready when they call me. About an hour and a half later I was called and returned to the store. Scott helped me to understand the alignment that was done. I recommend this location of Discount Tire.

I got 4 new tires and an alignment. Missing center cap, one lug is half way on due to from what they said almost cross threaded. I know they can fix that issue but never took it off and fixed it. Every lug was fine till I took my car there. After the alignment, the paper said it was good to go but as soon as I started to drive my steering wheel is off. I haven't had the chance to go back to get it fixed. I know this store can do better. This company I know can do better. I also have tire lube on my tires. It should have been cleaned off.

The Discount Tire in Fairfield Twp. is awesome. I have bought lots of tires in my lifetime and hands down this store is nice and professional as it gets. Great crew there and highly recommend.

Had to get 4 new tires due to 1 tire getting a nail in the side wall and being AWD. $1300 and I go to pick up the car and there is tire lube all over the rims and tires. Got in the car and the tire pressure is set 6 lbs below what it should be. I wonder if they are even balanced correctly with such sloppy work. You need to do better! Tire places used to clean the tires and rims off after installation and be able to set the correct tire pressure.

The staff here was very knowledgeable and friendly. Their team seemed to work very well together. The customer service was great! Thanks to Noah and his team! I highly recommend checking here for your tire needs.

Pulled in and needed a tire patch from a screw and was in a hurry and from out of town. Hunter got us in and out very quickly. His customer service was top notch. Thank you so much Hunter. Definitely recommend

We were on vacation and got a flat. We were recommended to go to this location and I can see why. Very nice staff and very quick turnaround from flat tire with a spare on to brand new tire.

I came here two months ago to get a new tire 263 dollars . Now two months later there is a bubble in the tire came in they said now it’s 288 for the tire . I have Them order the tire it came in I seen on my email. I called the store they told me to come right in , when I got here the guy was trying to pressure me into buying all 4 tires sorry times are hard almost 300 for one tire unfortunately I can’t afford all new tires right now . So after telling him no I only will do the one tire he goes to tell me not replacing all the tires could cause me to have transmission issues and with winter coming etc …. So once again I said just the one tire then he goes to push windshield wipers I said no . He tells me it will be two hours this is at 9:20 then says around noon I said that is more then 2 hrs … so I leave and get a call another person trying to push 4 new tires on me . Once again I just wanted the one tire fixed that I just replaced 2 months ago . I felt they were trying to be very pushy and pressure me into getting new tires all the way around even telling me my transmission will mess up and I will be stranded in the winter time . I am not so sure for my next tires I will choose this location !!!!!!

I have been to this discount tire by Menards probably three or four times. every time I need tires or get a flat tire they do a great job. one time I also needed a new steel rim and they had it in stock. the staff is always friendly and helpful. The price of tires and repairs is pretty decent. great place to get tires

This place is just utterly a waste of time. They hire sloppy workers, who rush through their work to get you in and out of there as fast as possible. Please, please explain to me WHY you would have someone work on an all wheel drive car if they do not know how to work on an all wheel drive car? And that is literally the excuse we got when we came back the next day (yesterday, 8/26/25) to have our car reserviced because it was shaking after they installed 4 new tires for $800. Verbatim- “So looks like the guys last night just did it wrong because they didn’t know how to work on an all wheel drive” then tell me- WHY are they working on it in the first place?! I thought I was being pranked or something. Maddening how you’ll pay almost a GRAND for 4 tires just to have them put on wrong? By people who don’t know what they’re doing?… and you’re actually admitting that ? What is happening?? We had to come back the next day to have a “manager” fix everything. Just to go home and realize that we had also paid for wiper blades and to have them installed, and it never happened! So had to go back for a third day in a row (today, 8/27/25) to get the wiper blades we bought. And today the excuse was “oh since they were looking at your tires they must’ve just forgot”. I wish that was a legit excuse and I could just “forget” to do my work too. But unfortunately just “forgetting” to do something you were paid to do isn’t a valid excuse, for anyone. At this point, this place really just seems like a joke. Who knew you could open a business, hire people who don’t know how to do the job they were hired for, and you don’t have to give people the product they paid for! My boyfriend originally didn’t want me to leave a bad review because it’s “not nice” but I don’t think treating your customers with this level of disregard and putting them and their families in danger by having people who don’t know what they’re doing work on your tires is very “nice” either.. if I could give 0 stars I would.

Always professional and knowledgeable! I had my tires rotated by appointment yesterday. It was quick and efficiently done. Josh (not positive his name) then suggested new wipers and actually I had noticed recently I needed new ones but didnt think to ask, he said I will put them on for free and we are cheaper than the auto parts store. So needless to say I said please add that to be service today. Great experience as always at Discount Tire

Always a great experience here! Customer service is always above and beyond. Between my family’s vehicles and friends I’ve referred here, I’d say over a dozen sets of tires sold between all of us. Same great experience every time. The most recent experience, the reason for this review, is I brought in a 32 year old vehicle that I had a lot of concern over the method of lifting the car. They listened to every concern I had and made special arrangements for my car to be lifted exactly as I asked. It was probably a huge pain in the butt for them but they actually went the extra mile to assure me it was not problem at all. So curteous to me the whole time. It was also very busy when this was happening. Also, their prices are by far the lowest in the area.

Got a new set of tires here and asked that they keep the rear passenger side tire because it was only 2 months old. I went in to get the special but a set of tires get a free oil change. Well they couldn’t do the oil change that day so I had to schedule it for a Wednesday. I left the store and realized I didn’t have my tire so I called and spoke to the man who took care of me and I told him I’d turn around and come grab it. His reply was well u will be here Wednesday anyway for your oil change you can pick it up then if you like as well. I decided I could wait till Wednesday no biggie. Go Back for my oil change ask about my tire and they tell me it was thrown away the same day they took it off the car! I had just paid $100 for that tire! The associate offered me $40 off my next service but I’d about bet anything it’s nowhere in the notes and on top of that why would I take my vehicle back to someone who isn’t trustworthy? I reached out them got a call back missed it and haven’t been able to speak to anyone about it since. I won’t boycott tire discounters in all but I won’t be returning to the Middletown store so I hope that alleged “$40” credit for my brand new $100 tire with less than 300 miles on it is in the system for all to see I’m gonna be upset if I have to return to the same store that basically in my opinion just took my tire! Not to say they kept it or anything but just threw it away with all the others accumulated over the course of that day!

Customer service with Discount Tire is great. I needed new tires. The manager was very friendly and understanding of my concerns on selecting good quality tires. My only issue is that I also got an alignment as well. I continue taking my car to the dealership for oil changes and other maintenance which was scheduled two weeks after. Shockingly to my surprise, I was told that I needed an alignment. They showed it to me and it was obvious that it was needed. But I just paid for an alignment at Discount Tire two weeks prior. I am disappointed on that. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. But paying for another alignment is not what I was expecting.

We had just had our son's car serviced at a nearby shop who recommended Discount Tire for new tires. We decided to pop in and see what their rates were and when they could get us scheduled. To our surprise, they helped us right away and price matched a comparable tire for us. They were able to get the new tires installed right away, even though it was a busy Friday afternoon. It was an added bonus that have wiper blades in stock. We had been putting that off and their price was so affordable, it made them installing it worth it. In less than an hour we were on our way with a great deal on new tires and wipers.

First time buying tires from here. Best deal in the area. Went with the Sentury Touring, their cheapest option, and they're great! $63 per tire, can't beat it. $428 total with lifetime maintenance and insurance. They gave me a fresh batch, too, according to the DOT TIN. It's a Chinese brand made in Thailand. Good reviews online about this brand and model. Bought everything online, and the install went smoothly at the shop - even finished on time. My new go-to tire shop unless someone else can beat $63 per tire.
