Drove by after opening to get tail light inspected since it was out, was told by a tech to pull my car into parking spot to get serviced, staff was not busy waited in car for over 20 minutes and no one came back to me to do the inspection or even offer assistance. I decided to drive off after waiting and no service was given. The time I spent waiting for assistance, the job could have been completed and paid for. I will take my business/money somewhere else.

The workers are absolutely clueless they cant take the keys for a tow in unless the customer themselves are with the vehicle even though they have an appointment and have already paid for new tires. I've took cars to Walmart well over 50 times and this the first time I've ever heard this. They have about 6 employees in the bays and only one of them are working. The rest are walking around and smoking. I wouldn't trust this place to put air in my tire.

I never had a problem here with my Ioniq hybrid oil change and was nervous about bringing in my 2018 BMW 330e for an oil change. Made an appointment and bought the oil filter at O'Reilly Auto Parts because they don't have in store in stock and everything seems OK so far. I chose Mobil 1 esp x2 0w20. Thanks

Do not order 22 inch tires from Walmart. They'll tell you they can put them on and when you go up there they claim they never said and won't do it. Waste of time

The services technicians are young. They was playing around while changing my oil. Honking my horn. Turn my radio up loud. The front people had attitudes. Never getting my oil changing here again. Yeah NO!

Horrible experience, said it will take 30 mi. To change the battery it took them 2 hours. Whenever i was trying to ask how long more she was responding i don’t even work here i am helping them but you are getting paid and you have give me the service. Unbelievable 😡😡😡😡😡

I came in really close to close and they helped me get a new tire! I had a nail in it and they were able to help me really quickly and they were super friendly!! They deserve a raise. Strongly recommend

My husband had his oil changed here a week ago and today his oil light was flashing. He checked his oil and it was bone dry! It is not leaking so the only other explanation is that they didn’t put oil in it. What a waste of money!

Called to see if they had the right tire size for my vehicle. They were very nice on the phone and weren't busy at the time. Got in and out in less than an hour with two new tires.

Updating to 5 star. I originally planned to wait until I replaced tires on another vehicle but started driving less. Originally I posted a 1 star review this morning. Updating the review after the issues were resolved. I had an appointment to install the tires I purchased. A lot of things went wrong unrelated to the service. The important thing is the store manager and one of the store leads went above and beyond to fix the issues. I even told the manager they didn't have to do as much as they did but he responded "No, I want to make this right." To me it's more important how problems are resolved than anything else. They saved future business because at first I was never going to return. Because of how it was handled I will give them another chance. (Note: the Auto Center manager was not in today so this is based on how the store handled the issues)

They got 3 tires off and broke my locking lug then claimed it was already broken. Brought the vehicle to the dealership that charged me 200 bucks and said that they would have to cut all the lugs off all 4 tires. Cost me $200 bucks and lied to me.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had an appt at 8am. Got a confirmation text at 7:15am. Showed up to walmart at 7:35am and a sign was on the door saying they were short staffed and wouldn't be open until 9am. I sat in the parking lot until 8:55am. Still no one was there. An employee was standing outside smoking and when I tried to speak with him he went inside and the door was once again locked. Horrible customer service. Walmart Auto Center will not get my money. Don't go here!!!!!

Called and said they closed at 7, got there at 530, they said they closed at 6, cool. Sign said 7p. Needed an oil change,and wiper/s. I understood they couldn't do the oil change but barely wanted to sell me a wiper, wouldn't help assure the size. Then told me no refund After selling me a wiper and couldn't spare one minute to help with the install ...

They never have enough cashiers. But there are always at least 30 people stocking in aisle. There are never any carts in the store. They are always outside. One time I Had a cart full of groceries but they had no bags. This Walmart is terrible.

Save your time and money! Tried calling multiple times to get a flat fixed and they answered and hung up multiple times. We went and they were open but Some guy named Raff wasn’t there and the center was open. Go to the Firestone down the road we went there and it got fixed quick

The first guy I talked to was nice. And the oil change didn’t take too long but they spilt oil all over my engine and overfilled it causing it to smoke and jerk while I was driving. My husband called back and told them what was going on and the guy immediately caught an attitude.

My car was at front parking lot. It couldn’t started. It was 6:40 pm. They come out helped start up the car then help me replaced new battery. I have been here many time all the services was fast, affordable and excellent.

I usually get my oil change at the West side Walmart but decided to go to the one closer to my new house. Yesterday ( July 19th, 2019) I arrived at 3:30 pm in the auto center for a simple oil change. I was informed by a younger lady that it will be at least an hour and a half before they get to my car, which was totally fine. I told her I will be in the store shopping until my car is finished. I return to the the service desk around 5:00 pm in the auto center to find that the employees have switched shift, the employee now was an elder lady who was currently helping another customer. I decided to wait in the waiting area til she was finished with the gentleman. Unfortunately after finishing the gentleman ahead of me. she moved on to helping another customer I waited again for my turn, but as she was finishing up with the gentleman she moves on to help a lady who JUST walked in for information about tires. At this point I get this idea that she might not tend to me so I interrupted and asked, "How much longer on the Buick enclave." The employee tells me "They just pulled it in, it'll be 35-45 minutes." At this point it is 5:34 pm, So I decided to wait again in the auto waiting center. The time goes by and it is now 6:11 pm, so I decided to go buy a few things, thinking by the time I get back it should be done. I check-out my items at the self-check out lane at 6:47 pm. I start to make my way back to the auto center, I get there and I stand at the customer service desk closer to the window, and again the employee tends to a couple who was at the other desk. I waited on her, but as she finishes servicing the couple, she stands there and chats with a couple men from the auto crew. I waited a few more minutes and now I realize they see me, but continue to talk. I then asked, "Is someone going to help me here?". The older female employee who helped earlier said, " What do you want?" At this point I was very upset and I said " I need my car NOW! I have been here since 3 o'clock and it is now seven. So almost 5 hours, I asked how long and you told me 35-45 minutes, it is now 7 pm." the employee then proceeds to the computer and tells me, "You did not talk to me, you spoke to someone else because I didn't get you in the computer." I then said, "What do you mean, I spoke to you earlier , give me car and get me a manager." The "auto crew" now scurry out to tend to my car, I waited again. Then a male employee steps into the waiting area and just stares at me, I then asked "Is my car done?" he replies, "Yes, but you wanted a manager". Disgusted by the customer service I proceeded to the desk to pay for my oil change. He continues to say "We just got a new rule that we have to take breaks every 20 minutes, I just found that out today." He then asks the female employee "About what time was that told to us?" She replies "Around 4." The dept. manager now says "So yeah, that rule was just told to us at 4 pm, when you came in." I pay and leave. I notice there is no oil change sticker on my windshield, which in the past I've noticed they will place one with the service date and est. next date for oil change. Overall it was the poorest customer service I have received and I was really upset to the point where I was shaking and close to tears. Sad.

We waited 3 hours exactly for a simple oil change! It also took over an hour to look up a work order for the tires we got 3 months before! After we couldn't find it the first time, the associate just left us without saying anything! Walmart needs to teach their people good customer service.

I waited an hour and a half for an oil change just to walk up to the front desk to find out that they hadn't started because they needed my approval for another type of oil. So why didnt they page me on the intercom? Then they tell me about another half hour later that they had broken their tooling and couldn't change my oil filter and that I needed to take it back to the dealership. For all the trouble and the cost of the oil I could've had it done cheaper and efficiently at the dealership. There was a couple in front of me who were just as upset with their service. The sad thing is I read the reviews before I went with the benefit of the doubt but boy was I wrong.

I just spent 4 hrs at Wal-Mart to get a oil change and tires rotated. They forgot to put my tire rotation on the work order. I don't usually complain but come on! I wasn't happy or pleased with the service or the time it took to complete 2 very simple tasks

They was quick to take our money for 4 new tires. We also purchased roadside assistance. We needed a valve stem put in yesterday. We was driving on a leaking spare tired. The rude older lady told me $3 or $10. Later in the first day told my husband it was $29. Okay, no biggie. He showed up shortly after 4pm. She said there was no time for it to be replace. Again today, at 4pm was turned away AGAIN. I called her to remind her what had transpired the past 2 days & refresh her memory. She very loudly started saying NO, NO, NO, NO, that I was a liar! I ask to speak to her supervisor. Instead of saying he wasn't in, I heard the phone slam down on a counter or against something. I heard her mumbling something in the background. A younger person retrieved the phone. I ask was I speaking to supervisor? The reply was no, he wasn't in. I'm not sure if she was trying to pass this other person off as manager or just threw the phone. This woman lacks the smallest amount of customer service skills. She doesn't need to be on the phone nor turning customers away without some explanation at 4pm. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Beware spend the few extra dollars and get it fixed right the first time somewhere else. Car had 2 tires with nails that needed fixed dropped it off went back later to pick it up they did not say anything everything was fine. After getting home and reading paperwork they only fixed one tire paperwork said other was not leaking now it is flat and both tires are missing the valve stem caps and both of my rims on my newer car now have multiple scratches on them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I've literally called 5 times in an attempt to get a quote on service. Four times the phone rings until an automated service asked me to put in a code. And the other time someone picked up and hung up. I guess their too busy to take a simple phone call. This is by far the worst Wal-mart in this area. It amazing me that they are still open.
