Part stores can be a pain but Adrian is a game changer. So knowledgeable and helpful, seriously enjoyed the visit. My only "go-to" store from now on. Thank you Adrian.

Wow! I have honeslty avoided all Advance stores due to poor management in the past and a seemingly low morale, even I, as a professional mechanic (ASE Master Tech) and business owner recognize a good vibe vs an unwelcoming environment. NOT the case on my visit today! The two folks behind the counter were very friendly, willing to help and best part- they have a GREAT attitude! The vibe in the store was welcoming and friendly. I will be stopping by this store more frequently now and I look forward to our continued relationship! Thanks for fixing that! Give them a raise, spiffs and bonuses, please! Take care of good employees as they are rare in this current business environment and your employees are your greatest asset! Just as its difficult for dealers to find techs, its also difficult to find awesome parts pros, and you need to hang on to these two folks!

I will definitely be coming here more! What a breath of fresh air to not only see a woman working here, but to know she is manager and knowledgeable and super kind. Not only got what I needed, I had an awesome conversation. She said her goal is to make sure people leave happier than they came in because a lot of people come in with car problems, obviously and life‘s already hard enough. The manager helped me with purchasing it a set of windshield wiper blades last September and sold me the warranty on them also and then I came back and purchased the rear window wiper blade and the warranty on that also and she is explained how the warranty worked and I came back in 12 months later and exchange them and purchase a new warranty I cannot remember her name at this time but she is very wonderful She is still there and the day that I went into exchange my windshield wipers She just had to take a business run to a different location and was not there to exchange them but she is 100% worth every penny that you guys pay her

I have found the parts I need on more than one occasion. The service I receive here has always been great. They have successfully found the correct part I need. The prices are acceptable. They have a wide variety of products including exterior car supplies.

Despite doing what looked like reorganization, we were assisted by very friendly staff who took the time to answer a few questions. I've been in this store before (because of the ease of access due to the stop light) but this time it felt different. It's so nice to see sales staff care about how their store looks to the public. Will be back.

The man that ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS "RUDE & "UNHELPFUL", ( Not my NORMAL EXPERIENCE with Advanced AUTO PARTS ). BECAUSE HE WAS RUDE, I went ACROSS THE STREET TO "AUTOZONE". They were NICE, and "HELPFUL". ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE I have had with "ADVANCE". M.J.R. ?

Store is clean inside and outside. Employees are friendly and helpful. I ordered a part and bought windshield wipers and they were put on for me by a clerk. Service is excellent here... And I will definitely be back when I need parts or supplies for our cars

Needed to return something and I didn't keep my receipt because they take your phone number so whatever you buy will be in their system. But of course whomever waited on me did not use my phone number, but a very nice guy went through receipts in the system and gave me my refund. Thank you

Staff was knowledgeable and professional they saved me over a hundred bucks from what I had anticipated having to spend. I'm definitely going to visit here more frequently.

I was there 15min before anyone even spoke to me. Then after made me feel like they thought I was going to take something. Very uncomfortable

I lost my windshield wiper while driving today after having them replaced last week. I pulled in and didn’t even have to say what I needed. I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful! Had everything pulled up for me to just run inside and pay and put it on for me. Thank you so much!

The staff here are really friendly but from my past experience with this place I wouldn't buy any major parts through them again.

Employees look miserable and it feels less like a parts store and more like you interrupted someone on the way to the bathroom. Like hurry up and ask your question I got to go. Last 4 times I visited I got the wrong part once, had to ask and wait to get a simple bulb because there isn't a look up book out, got a 4ton jack that wont hold pressure(glad i had jackstands under car) and 4th time needed to order a $500 fuel pump and they didn't ask a key question (the vin# )that determines which pump of that year was used. Maybe not there fault as their system didn't even allow the vin input to determine the right one. Regardless I shop O' now even though advance is closer. I know the bread n butter sales of wipers and battery installs is great but some people still work on their cars.

I needed a new rear wiper blade and a couple quarts of oil added to my car. The gentleman not only helped me find them but installed the wiper blade and then added the oil. He could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Advance.

Very knowledgeable counter staff... decent in-store selection but absolutely fantastic online experience... changed my opinion towards the practice and have been using them almost exclusively for the past few years. FYI: As much as 40% discounts can be achieved with Promo Codes, easily found online, and used on their website. Very highly recommended?

Not only are the workers there skilled and trained well, but their organizational system is impeccable. I had my 2 1/2 year-old battery replaced, for free, in under 5 minutes!
