Rude workers, the store manager is a jerk to me and a few other people asking questions about parts, I don’t understand how this dude is the one in charge. Someone always had a attitude ( Richard was a cool dude) but the others that works the front counter would grab a attitude and be sarcastic when asking for help.
Had the worst experience with rudest sales manager I've ever met at this store on Wednesday April 9th 2025 at 3pm. There were two people there a really nice rep (African American guy called Elijah I think) and a straight up rude, mean, combative and aggressive manager. I don't know his name which is why I'm describing their look. He is a white male, on the chubby side (not a jab, I'm chubby too. I dont want the wrong person queried about this incident). He was the black guys manager so no matter how bad he (Black guy) wanted to help resolve my issues this guy shut him down. I bought 2 batteries last year from OReilly and I simply forgot under which account it was. The nice guy can clearly see it was bought from O'Reilly and was trying with me to figure out why it's not showing up (I was looking it up under the company that installed the battery for me thinking I bought it from them). I was nearly in tears because I know I purchased the 2 batteries from them. The black guy ask him (the aggressive guy) for help because he knows it's just a matter of finishing finding the right account..... This guys straight up started going off! He said "We can't help you. We are not seeing it. You have to take it and just buy new ones. I don't know what to tell you. I can't help you find out. He was going on and on and I finally called the store almost in tears to tell them we can't find the account and I'll have to pay extra $420 AGAIN to get the batteries. The lady asked to speak to him and he proceeded with his rudeness even with the lady who's company by the way has a great deal with O'Reilly and she sends all her customers there (NOT ANYMORE!). She asked him to check their account and he aggressively said well we can't find it either. I just gave up and started to load the batteries back in and the black guy (who wanted to help me so bad but dude was his superior) apologized and said maybe its under your name. BOOM! He tried and there it was. The nasty guy did not offer a single word of apology, or "oh wow thank goodness we found it" he just stood there and quipped "Make sure you test them before swapping them out! Anyway I will never go to this store again and neither will that company send their customers there again.
The person working tonight was awesome. Helped me figure out what I needed for my car, was so sweet, and even gave my son a toy car they had made. Will be back forsure!
My son bought parts for my car here, so I'd say it was a great place to go , he's a semi driver like I was I just can't work on my cars anymore at all , so it's been handed down several generations now 🙃
AVOID SHOPPING HERE. ❌❌❌❌
If you come to this place make sure you’re taking of the tap of your product. It turns out they’re selling products that are open and if that product is not what you need and try to return it just like it’s from the store , they will not even try to check . I went to prove that all of the bottles were open and the guy acted like, “yeah , that’s open but yours is a return “ . Of course is a return from their store because I got it from there .
I suggest to anyone do not come to this store . I’d not mind buying the other product and keeping that one but the person working here is absolutely rude and it shouldn’t be working with customers . I’m not writing this for the money , out of anger I left the useless open products that they are selling which can cause my car wherever they think I did to that bottle, instead I am doing it to show people what they can loose if they come to this store.
This is my favorite store. The staff is so helpful and they actually have personality. I actually have an auto parts store in my town and I pass 2 more to get to this store but it's worth it.
The heater motor blower part I bought is supposed to be new and in new condition. But it turned out to be rigged.
First, the UPS driver would not place the order outside my apartment no matter how hard I tries, so I had to go to the UPS center to pick it up myself. What’s the point of ordering the part online if I am going to pick it up myself?!
The blower motor that I ordered was defected. It makes a high pitch sound when I turn the AC on. Not to mention how the O’riley website said that it totally matched my car and it, of course, doesn’t. I had to cut the wires and use the old fuse to plug it into my car. And now I can’t return it to the store.
WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANY PART FROM O’riley AGAIN. $130 plus just went to waste.
The Employee's here are very helpful. They came out to my car to check what kind of brakes I needed. They gave me the best deal possible. The prices are very fair and better than Autozone from my comparison. & They also do free diagnostics checks on your vehicle.
Sherri helped on the phone and in the store she went above and beyond to help us she knows how to do her job very well if ever your this store ask for Sherri she is awesome
The store employees were very friendly and had the tools I needed. Unfortunately, they have discontinued, or never had, rental or loaning of basic hand tools. Otherwise, the store was clean, well stocked, and I would recommend it to anyone.
