I would give negative 5 stars if it was possible. Thumbs down, middle finger up. I bought a 2009 Chry Sebring. Drove 2 hours and it started smoking, and dash lights came on, major electrical issues. They haven't even released the title 18 months later, saying I didnt pay sales tax. I paid what they asked me to pay, and still now holding the title as hostage. They need to figure out the numbers on their end, their mistake not mine. They are not getting one more penny from me with the piece of crap they sold me. This place is a total junk yard. DO NOT waste your time or money.

the white 2012 Toyota Sienna XLE VIN 5TDYK3DC2CS276233 was promised to be mechanically sound & with no codes. drove 4 hours down to see it, first thing, battery dead & dash was lit up light a Christmas tree. second, transmission was kicking from gears 1, 2 & 3. third, mentioned the issue to the dealership owner and he just walked away & said nothing. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND RIPOFF!!! WE TALKED TO COLLINS SERVERAL TIMES BEFORE TRAVELING FROM MS TO PURCHASE A VAN. COLLINS REASSURED US THIS WAS THE PERFECT VAN FOR WHAT WE NEEDED. WE FLEW TO OHIO FROM MS ONLY TO FIND THAT WE HAD GOTTEN PLAYED. THEY SPRAY PAINTED OVER THE RUST, THE VAN HAD SPARE TIRES ON IT,,THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE FLOOR COVERED BY A RUG, THEY SPRAY PAINTED THE MUFFLER, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WAS THE WHEELCHAIR LIFT BUT IT DIDNT WORK... DONT GO BY, DONT CALL LOOKING FOR A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE. THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATERS, AND SCAMMERS. THEY NEEX TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!
