Awful people, terrible people, don’t give them a dime. It was a police tow, which all of the charges were dropped, yet they treated me far worse than police or judge. Went to get the car the next day, had a flat tire. Would not even let us put on the spare, had to drive to gas station next door. No humanity at all.
This place charges outrageous prices for tow. Unfortunately police gave no other option. $400 for a tow is insane. They also tried to talk me into giving them my title saying it’s totaled and not fixable so they can sell it. Don’t trust them use another towing company. The car wasn’t totaled.
My first experience with this company was not pleasant at all. The woman who answered the phone when i called to get more information on a vehicle was very nasty with a terrible attitude. I was ready to go in face to face to deal with attitudes but everything changed! The man who greeted me at the door was very welcoming and nice with a positive attitude. ROB was amazing! He showed me to my car to retrieve my belongings from a totaled car and even assisted me by helping opening doors. Keep guys like ROB around and you’ll for sure get lots of business! Let the woman go! If she doesn’t like her job she can find a new one!
$300 for a five minute tow was given no choice by police, but to get it towed by these guys gave me no receipts for no compensation from insurance company, had to be paid in cash or my vehicle was to be impounded lmao scammer

From the guy who answered the phone to the guy who showed up and was overly patient with me trying to find how to pop the hood of my brother’s car, I am truly appreciative of such Great Service. My girlfriend was in an accident on Monday, went to Wayne's towing on tuesday.They told me I owe them $ 607 dollars for towing my car 8 miles. Some Shady people!
360 dollars to tow my van? 40 dollars a day storage. $400 DOLLARS TO TOW AFTER AN ACCIDENT! picked my van up less than 24 hours after the accident and drove it home.

I have nothing but good things to say about Wayne’s! My car was towed unfortunately for not being registered out of state, and they were nothing but accommodating and helpful to me. Honestly more so than the DMV, answering questions for me that the DMV couldn’t. They gave me all my options and made sure I was making the right choice. Thank you guys for making my bad situation feel better in some ways. ♥️ oh and they had a cute little kitty in the shop!!
Brandon was quick to respond to my jacked knife semi in a heavy wrecker. Him and his crew where very fast to get my semi unjack knifed and back on the road way, they cleaned up my fuel spill and towed my tractor and trailer back to their lot where they dealt with my insurance company and didn’t cost me anything out of pocket. 10/10
Do yourself a favor don't use Wayne’s towing I was told I could come pick up my motorcycle 24/7 by two of Wayne’s employees when I got there of course they were closed hell of a way to get two days storage I discovered today they scratched the front fender I specifically asked when I could pick up my bike I confronted them and was told that towing is 24/7 Wayne's towing is as crooked as it gets I wouldn't let Wayne’s tow my bicycle here's a picture of my frt fender you have warned use marchells or a chain and a friends truck!
Prompt. Very professional. We needed a tow from Springdale to Hamilton and couldn’t even put the car into gear to move it. They took care of everything for us! Highly recommended!
They were very helpful and friendly with getting my truck back after it had been towed. I 2ish the person I initially spoke to on the phone was more clear on what I needed to get it out, but I eventually got what I needed, and when I did the staff was very accommodating. Thank you.

My daughter's car was totaled on by-pass 4 in Fairfield Township when a semi hit her. At the scene of the accident, the police called Wayne's Garage and Towing because they were close and could get the road cleared quickly. From the moment they arrived at the scene, the staff at Wayne's went above and beyond to be sure that my daughter and our family were taken care of. In the days following the accident, they were fantastic about communicating with us, keeping the car safe and dry through multiple big storms (it had no windows...), giving us support as we navigated car insurance matters, and even welcoming us at the lot a week later when my daughter wanted to go see her car one last time. They were available, kind, and helpful - so much more than we were expecting from the folks that towed our daughter's car away. A+++++ operation. Highly recommend.

Wayne was honest with me, but Cindy or whatever her name was, was tryna scam me out of $200 and wanted the title of the car. She received neither. She's the only person at the company that tried makin it hard for me to get on with my life. All the other guys were helpful, fast, and nice. My advice, do your research on towing companies policy & law. Talk to everyone else except her.
I'll give you a star for easy to find and a star for nice staff. With COVID we forgot to renew tags so pretty sure the close to 400 dollars to get it back from Wayne's after the fine and cost of tags, is excessive and racket like. $50 tags cost us almost $ 700 with more than 1/2 to Wayne's. Towed like 2 miles. Gotta keep all those shiny new trucks nice? With gas prices and rent up 30% from my greedy landlord, looks like we go without food this month again. Thanks!

Response time was amazing! AAA told us it would be at least 94 minutes. I reached out to Wayne's and they arrived within 10 minutes. Unlocked my car and had me on my way. So thankful for Wayne's speediness!
What I FULLY appreciate about this garage, is that it's a small local business, that does great work, communication is excellent, and all for a fair price. Also, the perks of being a loyal customer is found in the little moments of car issues, ie a low tire? Well this garage team is great about sneaking in a quick plug, or just to check that the car is good to drive safely. The peace of mind this gives is a value you just can't let go of!
Wayne's has towed several of our cars between breaking down on the highway to wrecks and each time they have been extremely professional and friendly. It's so refreshing to find a small business who goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. I highly recommend their service!

It was a slippery day when I got my brand new car stuck in a ditch and I didn’t know who to call so I called Wayne at Wayne’s and boy did he save the day. Lucky enough there wasn’t any damage done to my car so I have to thank them for taking extra care and doing it right. Seriously the best ❤️

My car was towed by Wayne's for my license plates being expired. Obviously, I was angry but when all was said and done, Wayne's did work with me the best that they could. Everyone there was friendly.
