This place has changed locations. Pictures on Google maps are from the old location. It's a wide open parking lot and you just walk up to the big doors until construction is done. I believe. Everybody's very helpful. They have tons of batteries. The prices are okay. But interstate batteries are reputable.
They moved the new location is a filthy mess They are not very helpful anymore . Hard to even locate because there isn't no Sign out front trash throwed everywhere in the lot
Took my back up UPS batteries to Interstate for recycling. They met all of my needs which were unique in ways. Very helpful when I called before hand and when I got there. The whole process was fast and efficient. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

There was a very nice man who came to the truck and carried in the heavy battery that I brought back for a core return. We expect the battery we purchase from here to last for a long time compared to batteries from other stores.
The staff is amazing and very helpful with any and all questions. If you need a battery, I would encourage anyone to skip the middle person and go straight to the distributor. I have been getting batteries from them for several years now.
Well in the past I have always bought Interstate batteries. I bought my most recent one let's say in 12/2016 590 CCA for a Ford F150 4X4. I thought the one I was replacing was 650 CCA at any rate that battery I got in 2016 went bad last week. Go figure, a 5 YEAR battery going bad in 25 months. Their website states they are open on Saturdays from 8AM untill noon. Then another part of their website states they are closed on Saturdays. The facts are they ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS. The only good part of this review that I am please to write is that they were offering to replace for free the 590 CCA battery that was bad. I just added a 12,000 lb. winch to my truck though so I needed to upgrade my battery. I thought I was getting a 650 CCA for an extra $120 out the door but it was actually an 850 CCA battery. So o er all I am a VERY HAPPY guy on the deal & the willingness of the Interstate guys working with me to not only upgrade my battery for my needs but giving me the brand new 850 for half price. I thought that was fair. I give them 3 stars due to thy he lack of update on their website making it appear they are open on Saturdays & the crappiness of a 5 year battery going bad in only 25 months, way less than half the time. Oh hope I have better luck with this one.
More of a industrial feel than a retail store, great service and helpful staff, was in and out quickly with the exact battery I needed. They seem to have about every battery you could need in stock. Was very happy with the service.
I have a warranty on my battery I had to get a jump in order to get there . I told the service guy that the battery was dead this morning. I was able to get a jump by a towing service. The car ran for 20 minutes before I got to interstate battery West Chester He checks the battery and tell me it's find. What he did made no common sense. Now I have to take the battery out the car bring it back to interstate in order to get another one. He was not friendly. I hope someone from interstate battery read this an reply . Poor Custer service.
I just drove 25 miles for them to tell me the battery isnt any good after I called and they said they had a battery for me. So always ask is the battery any good before you take a unnecessary drive.
We've a shop here in Cincinnati and used their batteries for the first year of business. We ended up loosing the account for reasons outside of Interstates control. The service from day one was outstanding, even when it came time to move on from one another, there were absolutely no hard feelings and they remained extremely professional. I would recommend Interstate to any shop based on their quality of their product and excellent customer service.
