I can understand doing your job but to wait until 11:30 on a Friday night AFTER your office hours to tow cars from an income based apartment building because they don't have a resident sticker is pretty ridiculous! I guess people aren't allowed guests?! Discusting. Do better.

Got towed on my birthday, wasn't even parked for an hour and the sign was hidden behind a post. After hours aparently which is a thing so we take your car but you can't get it back until WE are in office but have people taking your car anytime. Luckily a nice family had the same issue and after standing outside in the cold for an hour at 9pm on my birthday AND valentines day got lucky enough someone showed up. Car was there for a total of 1 hour and 17 minutes and had to pay $176 to get my car back with vital medication needed and no way home otherwise.

Must pay in cash, does not offer any kind of change even though you can hear that he has it. If you have any type of walking disability, good luck because they will make you walk.

They are scammers and they been targeting the apartments at “Lakefront at West Chester.” A family member came to visit me, and while she was sitting inside her car, the tow truck driver pulled up behind her. When he saw she was still inside the car, he kept going. She didn’t pay attention because she was parked correctly. She got out of the car and stayed with me for about three hours. When she went back outside, the car was gone! She was not parked in a handicap spot or anything like that. They are simply looking for ways to take money from people. To make matters worse, when you go to pick up the car, the customer service is terrible — they act like they’re doing you a favor! And on top of that, they only accept CASH!

This company is shady and will tow anything they can get their hands on. They terrorize Gettysburg trailer park & I can't be convinced they aren't closely working with management to do so. Do not recommend dealing with them if you can at all avoid it.

Such an unethical company. Eagle Towing towed my car during the biggest winter storm of the decade. My car had gotten stuck in the snow on my way home from a night shift as a hospital employee. We were able to get it out of the middle of the road, but had to leave it in a neighboring parking lot until the storm passed and the roads were cleared. My car was parked out of the way of emergency vehicles and snow plows, and it wasn't blocking anyone else in the parking lot. Eagle Towing towed my car purely for financial gain and purposefully towed on a night that they knew cars would have to be abandoned due to the weather. Then they had the audacity to tell us we couldn't get our car the day after the storm because there was too much snow and they would have to dig the car out. This company is beyond predatory.

One star more like none. I Live in greens acres Trailer park 33 mins away from eagle towing. My own truck parked 3 feet from my driveway was just sticking out in the road a Little bit. No big deal it's a trailer park the Hispanic neighbors next door do it all the time. But because my trailer is from 1981 and not brand new she had it towed saying it was In the middle of the road. I even went outside ask the Tow truck driver if I could push it litterly 10 feet he said no call the office. I then pulled out my wallet ask him how much for you to tow in 10 feet and drop in my driveway. Beyond ridiculous they have contracts with cops and slum lords. My slum lord drove buy tried to sneak and see because I was supposed to be at work today. But I worked all night. If you see eagle towing it's never a good thing they will now work with ya. Not even buy a few feet litterly had cash in hand. The tow truck driver could not even make eye contact with me as soon as he hooked up he drove off

After eagle towing was told not to tow either of my dead son's vehicles, they were gaven make model and ownership of both vehicles. They towed one of his vehicles anyhow, because of them illegally towing my dead son's vehicle they lost the contract to the lot where he lives. That is how illegal this tow was!!! I talked to the manager of the property and she said that eagle towing is the one that owes me the money back for the illegal tow, and that management will back me up on this move. They refused to take any information or let me talk to a manager of eagle towing. I WILL NOT STOP THIS WAS DISRESPECT TO MY DEAD'S SON.

They towed my car twice and stole my $350 battery starter out of my car as well didn’t even bother contacting them about it after reading the reviews seems they never know nothing about people’s missing belongings when you confront them about it horrible horrible horrible .

No property manager should use this company. Do your due diligence and find a reputable company. This business will tow someone's car, which may very well be illegally parked, but then they will limit the car owners ability to get your car out of impound. A tow and the associated fee is enough punishment, so please use a company that doesn't do the following: My car was towed on a Saturday and calls went unanswered and unreturned until Monday. This means that I had to pay the Sunday daily fee of $17 AND then the Monday daily fee since I showed up at 5:15pm. A google search shows a closing time of 6:00pm. Thanks guy who answered my call at 4:30pm for NOT telling me that. When I did finally get my car on Tuesday, the attendant told me that on a Sat night I only have two hours to get my car before I HAVE TO WAIT until Monday. Is this actually legit? No recourse to get my car out? He did say that when I called that I should have pressed option 2 or 3. Options 2 and are meant for property managers and the police department. Oh ok, next time I'll skip option 1 which is for people who have impounded cars to instead impersonate the police....lol. Y'all are welcome that I took 2 minutes of my time and got google to change their hours to the those posted on their door. Eagle told me more than once that they couldn't change them. Do tow companies have to get bad reviews? Of course not! You illegally park a car so you get said car towed. Literally all of the above did NOT have to happen. Last thing.....bring exact change. They don't give change.

Amazing experience. Showed up when no one else would. He’s fast and skilled with his equipment.

Alright. I parked illegally in a residential area. Cool. The car was towed? Cool. That’s on me. My issue comes from the customer service and clearly predatory practices by the company in an attempt to make more money. Everyone knows these lots are outrageous to keep your car on. $155 for a single night is absurd. It’s even more absurd that having the owner of the vehicle fill out THEIR vehicle release form online, adding my name and license plate as a person who can retrieve the vehicle in their absence, and they still want me to have a physical copy of a notarized title or the vehicle registration in my hand when I come. They will not allow a not one except the owner, who lives four hours away, to retrieve the registration that is sitting in the glove box of the car on their lot. The man who was supposed to help me while I was there ignored myself and my boyfriend in the middle of our asking him questions in an attempt to figure out what to do. He went to help another customer and then left us sitting at the lot. When we called back after sitting for quite some time, the man was rude and hung up on us before we could even ask him the questions we needed to ask to get his car back. He’s missed three days of work now because of this. Get rid of the release form if it doesn’t do anything. Get someone in your office who wants to help people. FIX YOUR HOURS ONLINE so people showing up after 5 aren’t getting needlessly turned away due to your hours being incorrect. Before we came here, I said, “of course a place who tows cars has a low rating. No one will rate a place like this highly regardless of the customer service.” After reading the reviews and experiencing it myself, it’s the business.

Illegally towed my vehicle today off private property with no notice of any kind. Can't even get an answer from them on the phone. Been 3 hours waiting on a phone call.

I have no problem with my car being towed, they were just doing their job. The real issue was the employee in the tow truck. He stayed in the truck the whole time and treated me with open disrespect and arrogance, in a way that felt clearly discriminatory. On top of that, he overcharged me, the total was $237, I gave him $240, and he refused to give me the change. There was zero professionalism or courtesy. A serious company shouldn’t have someone like that representing them. If I could give less than one star, I would. Avoid this place at all costs, respect and honesty should never be optional

Unethical and Possibly Illegal Towing – Be Warned My vehicle was towed by Eagle Towing from a residential complex with no visible signage at the location I was parked—only one sign posted at the back of the property, which does not meet legal requirements under Ohio law. Worse, the vehicle was towed more than 25 miles away, which is excessive and appears predatory. When I contacted the company to request a copy of the tow authorization (which they are legally required to provide upon request), I was refused. They also failed to provide any photo or timestamped evidence to justify the tow. These are basic consumer rights protections under Ohio Revised Code §4513.601. I have since filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and will be pursuing additional action if needed. If this has happened to you, I recommend doing the same. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional. Consumers deserve transparency and fair treatment.

Someone peeled off my expiration sticker at my home where there is an HOA. I was not given time to resolve the issue and get into the dmv to get an updated sticker. My registration was NOT expired and they still towed my car. When I went to pick it up there was no one there and they told me 10 minutes and it took an hour for someone to come. Horrible ethics- truly feel the HOA and this company are in bed together so they can make extra money. What a scam.

I called in the morning to come get my car after it was towed away. They told me how much it would cost and to bring cash. I arrived after 9:30 and they said the price went up. He forgot to tell me, he said. He made me walk to Kroger to an atm to get more cash out. When I came back, the door was closed and I had to wait outside while he was “with someone else.” Worst customer service ever

This company has taken a contract with our mobile home management and cruises our neighborhood constantly now to immediately tow cars that may be at a home for a very short while. Picking up our vehicle was a quick but expensive interaction but they left deep tire ruts in my yard.

They stole my deceased grandfathers truck from my driveway with no notice for a flat tire and expired tags (he’s dead of course his tags are expired) and he had no will so it’ll take months to get through probate court and after 60 days they’re entitled to your vehicles title! They’re crooks and need sued! Sickening a week and a half before Christmas too?? Wish I could give no stars.

I believe that it is necessary to address certain issues at this company. According to the reviews, there appears to be an oversight of numerous negative reviews, which seem to be disregarded. The company often creates inconveniences for customers. Even in situations where a vehicle has been towed, the retrieval process is unnecessarily complicated. The cash-only policy is outdated, as most people no longer carry significant amounts of cash. Given that many individuals work traditional 9-to-5 jobs, the early closing time presents additional challenges.

This place is a total scam. The driver of the tow truck had the lot blocked where I needed to park. After waiting over 10 minutes trying to park, I parked in the next lot over. I went into the business where I was trying to park. They immediately towed my car, charged me over $150 and it was a cash only deal. Shady business and scammer. I work hard for my money. Guess I'll skip eating this week because they suck.

Would leave a 0 star review if I could. Took my car with no notice saying I was in a fire lane (if it is not marked anywhere) also this is private property. Side note when I was there getting my vehicle i saw a truck being towed in to the lot that was scraping it's hitch on the road so check for damage before you pull out.

After they took my truck to their impound yard, I found that is has been ransacked through by somebody that works there. Now I've worked for a towing company for years and this is not tolerated nobody else has access to the impound area and your vehicle and property is supposed to be secured, not gone through by employees or owner. I looked this place up under the BBB and they are not an accredited business by them so that should tell you that they are liars, because they said "they maintain an A rating at all times". Thieves is what they are.

I would give them a 0 star but thats not an option so i had to give them 1. Horrible company and their employee(s) lie. Illegally towed my car through a business they have a contract with and tried to say my registration was expired when it wasn’t. So make sure you don’t get your vehicle towed by them cause they suck and their customer service sucks.

Incredibly predatory business. Put a note on my car saying that they were going to tow it literally the next day because of the registration. I'm currently waiting on a title to be mailed to me and they think a 24-hour notice is appropriate knowing full well that they will charge you for the tow and more than likely over $100 a day for storage. These people need to get real jobs and leave hardworking people alone. There is nothing noble about a job in which you knowingly cooperate with a property management company to harass their tenants and police them constantly, then threaten them with fines and towing fees.

If it was possible to rate this company zero stars; I would. To start, I moved into a new apartment complex 2 years ago, the future resident parking spaces were already occupied, so I parked in the lot and completed the necessary documentation for my apartment. After 15 minutes my car was gone. I asked the property manager about towing hours, contacted CPD and my insurance, and I was informed by CPD that more than likely it was the Kia Boyz, and ultimately ended up purchasing a new vehicle after waiting 2 weeks for a call from CPD about my car. 5 months later, a new year by the way, my car insurance contacted me stating that this tow company actually had my car, and was asking for money! I asked why did they not contact me and was informed that the company is "not obligated" to contact anyone they tow. I personally contacted this company myself, explained my situation, and was informed that the only form of contact is them mailing a letter to your residence, and that I had no parking sticker. I explained that I had tags from another state, and that I was completing paperwork for my lease. Additionally, I asked the company what is their procedure of reporting a towed vehicle. I was told 3 different methods in the course of 3 months. However, for this first contact/month, I was informed that there is a database system used to report it, the company allegedly entered in my information in this system, but shared that the database system was not working when they towed my car, but assured me that I should be alright now. Ultimately not taking accountability. I contacted this company the next month and asked for the letter that they mailed to my residence, and after explaining my situation again, I was informed by this same employee that the company now actually called CPD. I asked for clarification and was told that he remembered my car and called it in. I contacted CPD and after receiving the run around, I was told that what the employee shared is not always the case. So ultimately, this company and now CPD are not helping. The 3rd month was my final call, and I have spoken to the same employee each time. I relayed the information and told him what he said from previous months, as well as my communication w/ CPD. The employee then informed me that the laws may have changed regarding reporting a tow and that dependent on where you live at, that determines if the tow company will enter the tow in their database or call CPD. I explained that it doesn't make sense and shared that he mentioned that he actually did both during month first and second month and asked which one actually happened. I was asked my address, provided said address, and was informed that it would have been entered in the system. I then shared that he mentioned the first month, that he their database system was not working and asked again what did the tow company do. Then I received a shocking revelation. The employee shared that he wasn't even employed when my car was towed. I honestly sat there in awe, and asked to speak with the manager. I asked the employee of their manager's name and asked to speak with them. The employee shared that I would have to call back to do so. I even asked if the manager was there and to my surprise, HE WAS! However, when I asked to speak w/ the manager, the employee did not know how to transfer the call and asked that I call back. Not once was there "let me get my manager" or "hold please", but simply, "I don't know how to transfer". This company is a shame, scam, and scandal. My vehicle was paid off, and I am NOW back in debt for a vehicle that I didn't need to begin with. Lack of communication on every side here, but this tow company lied to me 3 times, didn't input my information or contact CPD. My vehicle was stolen. Inconsistent information, employees providing false information, manager failing to hold their employees, themselves and their company accountable, and stealing a vehicle knowing that their database system was inoperable. They are thieves disguised as a business. 0 out of 5 stars!

Then the officer asked my husband if he could search the car without probable cause supposedly found drugs in the car the type of drug is a drug my husband literally in all major honesty he does NOT DO!!!!!!!! I personally feel down deep in my gut my husband was falsely accused period.

They steal cars. Only adding a star to make this review. They are unprofessional and will scream and yell at you on the phone and I’m sure in person. Between the driver and office they have conflicting stories. I was told my car was tagged 24 hours in advance but driver said they don’t tag. They only accept cash when you pick up which is more than when they quote you on the phone, which I’m sure is going straight to their pockets. They do not accept cards I’m sure due to not paying proper taxes. I will be filing a complaint with Hamilton. If you have been wronged by them you should too. They should be held accountable for being a dirty business. I asked them for a recipe and was not provided one. I asked for the picture they took of my vehicle with the tag they put on my vehicle and was told they don’t provide that, but was told on the phone that I would be shown the picture of the tag. There was no tag on my vehicle. They are sneaky and will steal what cars they want. If your apartment complex has a contract with these people I would highly suggest you and your neighbors come together and ask for them to choose another company, a reputable company. I hired another tow truck company to tow my vehicle home and I can not recommend them enough. They were polite, fast, reliable, and reasonable. FM towing llc is their name and I have used them twice now and have had a very pleasant experience both times.

CAR THIEVES!!!! Will make up any reason to tow your car. The first time they stole my car because “It didn’t have a muffler”…Pure lies!! Had to return my vehicle (after 7 days of holding it).The second time they stole my car because of the “Bad tags”...Then had the nerve to tell if I’d just pay the fee I can get my car! By the way if you have nice rims they won’t let you retrieve them. They will steal your car, and when you can’t pay to get it out, they will get a salvage title and sell your car for profit. My family literally had to stop me from committing a serious crime. They need to be shut down. PREDATORS WHO FEED OFF PEOPLES INABILITY TO PAY!!!!! P.S. I only gave them one star because I had to. Negative 100 stars!

My car was towed last night (10/22) by Eagle while I was patronizing the Hub and Billy Yanks. When I went to pick up my car this morning and pay $155 (they accept cash only), I noticed this damage. Eagle denied they had anything to do with it and blamed it on me. I ask to speak with manager and was told to call Monday. Very poor customer service. I look forward to exploring this further and will provide updates. After sending an Email requesting that Eagle notify its liability insurance carrier, I received a call from the manager advising me they would not be putting them on notice. He also advised that my car had all kinds of damage to it and this new damage was in fact my fault. He provided me with their attorneys number and ask that I contact them. Lastly, he shared Eagle is not in the restaurant business and doesn’t work off reviews.
