This shop is very professional and down to earth and fair with their pricing. Rodger is the man and helped me with my truck by providing on time feedback and fixing the problem right away . My vehicle was towed in and I was in a time-sensitive situation trying to get home, but the shop still had my car for 4 full days to complete the repair. I was told both axles were repaired and was charged nearly $1200 for the work.
After leaving, I discovered my splash guard wasn’t properly secured and ended up dragging it underneath my car for hundreds of miles. Even worse — after returning home, another shop has now informed me that my driver’s side axle seal was never repaired and is leaking transmission fluid. This is directly related to the axle work they were supposed to have completed while my car was in their care.
I trusted this shop to properly fix my vehicle, paid for the work, and still have to spend another $1000 to fix something that should have been addressed the first time. This was not just a small mistake — it was incomplete work, poor attention to detail, and ultimately a very costly situation for me as the customer.
I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
Staff amazing, service amazing, Roger and the crew did an amazing job and gave me a discount. Even gave me a ride home while I waited and picked me up once services were complete. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant.
Horrible service tried not to give me my car and then they done something to my starter on my car horrible serviced not recommend taking car there bad experience

Great mechanics who stand by their work. I lost my trusted mechanic when Kirsch's Automotive got purchased, and now I have found a trustworthy mechanic that won't try to take advantage of me and my family.
I tried to call simply just to ask how much something was, the lady was VERY rude. She then put me on hold which was fine, when she got back she still had a bad attitude. I asked her how long the wait is to get an appointment and she told me and then hung up on me. Very poor customer service . If you can't handle simple calls you should probably find another job .
Have gone here for years because it is a place that does excellent work and does not try to rip off customers...especially female customers. Several times a cheap fix is recommended and for a single mom struggling to raise a child, they are a blessing!!!
Gave me estimate ahead of work.told me everything we needed to replace while they were that deep into job. I highly recommend this garage. And even came in a little less than estimated cost. Awesome! Happy truck driving customer.
Just had the front brakes repaired on my wife's 08 Escape. I have had work done there before and thought that there cost was inflated. This time the bill was $850 and didn't even include adjusting the rear brakes there method of diagnosing is to replace everything part prices arextremely high and for rebuilt. If you have no problem with this these are your guys.

Absolutely thrilled with service, pricing. My car was ready in mere hours instead of days! Very reasonable pricing, no hidden fees at the last minute. Came in under estimate. They even wrote up estimates for repairs I still need and future services my vehicle requires. I would rate 5 stars twice if I could. Definitely try this shop out if you need a repair. I've been to four shops in Hamilton in the last nine years, this one is THE BEST! I'm changing my go-to mechanic to Tri City Auto as of today.
Update: second visit yesterday for a bad battery and I gotta say, I lucked into finding this gem of a mechanic! After years of repairs at a substandard, nightmare of a mechanic, I simply can't say enough good things about Tri-City! It is simply wonderful to ask for an estimate, have the price be honored, they've come in under estimate, twice. I get my vehicle back, fixed RIGHT, fast. They fixed my brakes that another mechanic messed up in just a few short hours the first visit. Yesterday they replaced my battery, located in the wheel well, in minutes. They even checked out the rest of the vehicle, both times, to let me know what else might need attention soon, like tires and routine maintenance, giving me fair and affordable estimates in writing. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tri-City Auto. The honesty and integrity is a refreshing change from the other mechanics I've used in the Hamilton area. Their prices are fair and their service rates excellent! I've been here twice now, and have plans to return for other routine work and an electrical problem soon. If the repair isn't worth the money, they actually say so. If it isn't broken, they don't tell me it is, the truth is so refreshing. They don't just fleece me and do a patch up job, they FIX it. I love that car repair is no longer a horror story of days, weeks and even months without my car at crazy high prices. I have zero complaints and a plethora of compliments. They LISTEN to their customers and talk about best repair options. They've also always had every part I've needed in stock. No waiting for days for parts. Go here. Absolutely.

Seriously, as the owner of a troublesome vehicle, you can take my word for it, this is THE BEST mechanic in Hamilton/Cincinnati area.
My last service was terrible compaired to all my other ones. I took my vehicle in for repairs and my alarm system worked perfectly but when I got back home nothing work. I couldn't set the alarm, I couldn't use the remotes to lock or unlock the doors, my remote start wouldn't work. I talked with Roger, who knew the alarm was working but between the time it was in serviced and I got it home nothing worked. I am being told that they did nothing but someone did and they were not responsible. I was told that I would also have to have it repaired which would be a minimum of $100.00. I feel that since it was working and Roger was aware it was working when I dropped it off then Tri City should pay to have it repaired. I would appreciate a call from Tri City to discuss this matter. THANKS
Reasonably priced very dependable been here for a significant amount of time for that I can remember. Business I hope we'll pick up for them when the underpass is open and traffic picks up I'm glad to see that they're able to manage until then.
