I purchased a car from him against my better judgement. First red flag, he told me I had 15 mins to test drive the car. When I came back I told him I wasn’t interested in purchasing the car because it was loud and drove rough. He then made me test drive it with him in the car. He dismissed all my complaints about the car in the test drive. Used bullying and intimidation tactics to purchase the car. The car broke down the VERY next day. It needed engine and transmission repairs. 45 days later, I still have not received my title and cannot get a response back. I had to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s office and FTC. He draws you in with this big spill on craigslist about he didn’t sell cars that are junk. Only to sell you a car that’s junk. He gets the cars from auctions, doesn’t have them checked out and sells them to you for triple the price he purchased them for. He’s disgusting and I wish him and his business nothing but the worst.

I was getting ready to go to Cincinnati to purchase a different vehicle, when I saw a post on marketplace for a 2012 Ford explorer XLT Sport. My son had just totalled out my 2011 Ford expedition, it was paid off by insurance and I didn't want another car loan. So, I called the number, went to the dealership test drove it, and paid cash for it. Now people can say what they want, but it's getting close to the experation date of my temp tags, I called title office, they said no title had been applied for in my name. I gave the dealership a call told him It's getting to be that time but title office says nothing filed in my name yet. He said no worries Ms. Angela I've got you. You will have your title before your experation date on your temporary tags. You have a 45 day tag I'll file the application and you'll get your title. At no point, from the initial call asking about my vehicle to the phone call I made today, was he ever rude or speak out if turn in such away to me that would cause me pause to purchase the vehicle from him. Believe me had that been the case I would not have bought a vehicle from him. He was polite, kind, and professional. I have some mobility issues and he went so far as to open the car door for me and hold the office door while I went in. I would go back to him if I was in need of another vehicle. I would recommend him also, as a female, he was again professional. I don't deal with people much anymore, it's a preference for me, but I felt comfortable at his place of business. As for him getting the title done whenever he feels like it he has 45 days. He does have 45 days, he's a small car dealership, he doesn't have the titles he needs to register like a mike castrucci or a bigger dealership. He has some time to sell a few more cars during that grace period to file a title application and take them in all at once. I know I wouldn't want to go to the title office every time I sold a car, that would get old. Once a month would suit me just fine. Where as a larger dealer would go in maybe weekly. So, take other factors into consideration sometimes even your own attitude when dealing with situations like this. Thank you

Dude definitely got two sides to him If I could give this zero stars like the other people was talking about him I would for real set up another appointment for the second time. I called him to let him know that things keep coming up but mind you I told him I was coming to him earlier on the day of the appointment when I was on the phone with him to let him know I was running a little late he cut me off and said he don't have time for games and said he was gonna block me and hung up the phone on me. Keep in mind I was already on my way to him he was talking about he drove a hour from his home now I see why he lives a hour away seems sheisty to me rs. Don't swing his way he full of crap with a slick talk to real you in.✌🏾

If I could give this establishment a 0 I absolutely would. After speaking with Nick for a few days he let me knows he has a Jeep Liberty for me and told me to come in for an appointment tomorrow (12/19/24) to purchase the Jeep. I stopped in the lot anyway today to check it out and looked at the other options. I started taking photos of the cars he had mentioned to me so I could compare them to others. He came out of the building yelling at me wanting to know why I was taking photos of “dings” on his vehicles. I explained I was comparing to the other vehicles but I did like the Jeep and would be back next day to purchase it. He then tells me rudely he has someone coming in 30 mins to buy it…after setting an appointment with me to do so. When I asked why he would do that he said “First come first serve” so apparently his world and his appointments meant nothing. He seems like a nice man..he is not!! I’ll post the photos of the damage and wreckage done on the vehicles he was upset that I was taking photos of.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. This guy seems so nice then he won’t send the title until the last second. If you call him he will say “I’ll do it when I feel like it” he says he has 45 days and will do it on the 45th day. Called me slow and hung up on me. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE: Nobody “bought me a car” a family friend who is a mechanic came in to look at and test drive the car I purchased for me. The plan was for him to just drop it off in my driveway since I don’t have a car hence why I was buying one. You said I needed to be there since it’s going in my name. That was fine. Whatever story you construed from that is fine, but your attempt at a subtle diss just makes you look like even more of an ass. I learned a long time ago you don’t get what you want by being nasty to people so why would I be rude to you when all I did was ask a question. All I asked was if you had mailed my title already to which you replied “I’ll do it when I feel like it. It could be today it could be tomorrow. I’ve got 45 days and I’ll do it when I do it.” And so again I asked “my question was if you have mailed it yet I assume no then?” You literally called me slow and said I’ll repeat it slower since you’re slow then hung up on me. Never did my review say you won’t mail the title I literally repeated the words you said “I’ll do it when I feel like it” so again I’ll say THIS GUY SEEMS SO NICE AT FIRST , but he’s literally just a car salesman. There is a reason he lives hours away from his car lot. Also Ohio state law is 40 days not 45 like you keep saying.

I was interested in a vehicle out front for a family member. There was a sign that he had stepped out of the office. I decided to glance it over and call him if it looked good. I work at a very large used dealership so I know what to look for. Body was rusting apart, and instead of using filler, they painted right over the rust. The tires were 6 years old and had flat spots and dry rot. It had been hit on the driver side and nothing had been fixed except the side mirror (which was put on inches lower than the other mirror so they were uneven). The windshield was cracked. I crawled underneath and saw more rust. Rear springs, front struts, bushings all completely shot. It was leaking tons of oil, rear dif was wet. The only thing that wasn't rusted or covered in sludge was a new starter. I'm guessing it was abandoned in a backyard or a wholesale auction because it wouldnt start. The deformed and rotting tires plus leaking engine seals/gaskets tell me it hasnt run in a long time. They probably bought it, replaced the starter and maybe bolted on a new mirror and marked it up 500%. I was going to brush it off until I saw the ad. It's listed for $2300, and says in the ad they don't "knowingly" sell cars that leak!! Did anyone look underneath it? I don't want to see anyone driving this junk around Hamilton. If you aren't convinced to stay away, think about how he only does business by appointment, while my used dealership is open 8am-8pm 7 days a week.

Called when I was on the way to make sure car was available and owner was there because I live 40 minutes away. He told me “you don’t need to call my phone like that when I say I’m going to do something imma do it”. When I arrived it had just sold. Complete scumbag, do not do business at this establishment.

Don't go there. DON'T, DON'T.I never wrote a review but this time I have to tell others no to do business with Nick. He's a bad dealer with 2 faces, he will rip you off with sweet talks and once you get the bad car bc you believe everything he's saying, he will show you the other face, aggressive, unprofessional, nasty. You will leave there with full of regrets. That's why he's doing only for appointment bc he doesn't have business and if you read him on craigslist he's saying absolutely the same thing for all the cars.I did not receive my title yet and my 45 days tags expired 2 days ago on top of a bad car I never drove. Please save your money, time and health. Stay away from this Guy

Nick is a great guy, no games he was upfront about everything. Nick had no problem with letting a mechanic inspect the vehicle before I bought it. And any issues my mechanic found was a small fix and Nick told me about it before i had the vehicle inspected . I believe the people who had bad reviews just have no common sense, and maybe a bit entitled and probably didn't understand what Nick was telling them, every used car is going to come with some problems , and as far as my experience he was honest about it. And if you are looking for a car know nick is okay with you having a professional check it out .Thanks Nick for the newish car for me and my family.

Nick is very unprofessional I had a car for sale on Craigslist. He called me wanting the car and showed up in a beat-up pickup truck and as you can see when I didn't give him what he wanted and pretty much give the car to him this is the message I got from him I was selling a car not even buying it. I feel very sorry for this man. Very unprofessional which explains all the negative reviews.

100% straight shooter, bought my trailblazer about 6 months ago have some minor issues but what can you expect with a 2k dollar car. Will def go back to nick when looking for another work vehicle. People need to understand you CAN NOT pay 2500 and expect a $10,000 you would pay 10k for it. Let’s use some common sense.

I recently purchased two vehicles from here. The vehicles are used and they are not perfect but they run and were exactly as advertised... no games no gimmicks. The customer service was superb! Nick is a stand up guy who takes pride in his business and helping others. I will definitely recommend him to others!

I've bought two cars from Nick and they're great. He's nice, polite and friendly. My grandpa and I trust him.

This is the worst place to purchase a car. He sold us a car and the title said rebuilt salvage. I was going to go up there and speak with him because he pretended to be friendly, but I called instead and I’m happy I did because he called me a liar and hung up on me. We didn’t receive the title to the car until the day before it expired. I just wanted him to go 1/2 on the problem that needed to be fixed which were the gaskets and he was very rude about it. Do no go there!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A THING HERE. I purchased a car from this dealership. Two weeks later the transmission completely went out. They didn’t give me a temp tag so I was riding around with no tag. I tried calling and texting the business owner several times to get the title. No answer. Poor business practice. Save yourself the headache.

We went to go look at a car and we went to go check on the engine and the voltage to ensure it was running properly and nick seemed infuriated and was clearly not okay with us checking the engines at all. Very shady character sad part is I liked the car that I test drove. Just can't do business with people like this. Good luck nick.

haven't brought an car from this place but from the looks of the reviews and how the owner is responding to the reviews. I would even consider lol
May 12, 2020 -
I dont know you nick, but I can tell you have a lot of inexperienced "buyers" who dont even take their vehicles that they're interested in to a shop to get a 19 point inspection. Or probably even bring a (certified) mechanic to look at it in the first place . They buy your cars then want to blame you for the cars problems. Knowing they didnt do their part. And I suppose your a melanated man so that's another reason why you have these folks degrading you and your business. Service the cars as best as you can , THEN put them on the lot . As for titles, people always going to feel like they need that little piece of ownership clarity to make them feel good about their purchase lol. Even tho its a piece of paper that's just going to sit in they glove compartment .All I'm saying is give a damn about your vehicles then maybe things will get better. Maybe choose better at those auctions man Peace and love , take care. P.S always use professionalism and have respect and courtesy even if you have rachet customers who need to have someone get in line with them . That is not your place! Respect has to be GIVETH and that goes both ways . People leaving unnecessary reviews about something so small bc they dont have the patience to wait for a title or some type of petty. Your good work will reflect but you need to man up and stay professional!

I bought a vehicle from Nick the 12th of February. Didn't get my title until the 23rd of March. Called him on the sixth of March inquiring as to why I hadn't got my title in 3 and 1/2 Weeks he said that it hadn't even been 30 days and I had a 45-day tag.I said I understood that but why haven't I got my title yet and he hung up on me.Thus far the vehicle seems to be doing all right but he could use some lessons in personalism and professionalism.

No matter how desperate you are do NOT approach this “business”. I bought a vehicle from Nicks “Quality” used auto about 2 months ago. I found it through craigslist , his listings claimed his cars were flawless the best used cars around and I will admit they did look good in pictures and I believed it. I asked about one car and test drove it and noticed a bunch of things wrong with it(the one I wanted initially) he claimed people are real particular about all the little things (there wasn’t supposed to be anything wrong with the car)That was the first lie. There were a bunch of things wrong with it. Next I checked out another car that had low miles and looked good so I bought it, upon purchasing I realized I had been sold a Lemon. He lied to my face when I asked him if the title was clean he said “all my cars titles are clean”. Lie number 2. And when I finally Got the title a whole 2 MONTHS later In the mail it said “SALVAGE” The same day of purchase I locked myself out of the vehicle because the keys didn’t match the passenger door! I had to spend $100 to get a locksmith to my vehicle. I called nick to tell him what happened and he told me “don’t panic” as if he’s been through this situation with people who’ve bought junk cars from him before. I would give this place 0 stars and nick is a crook. He tries to lure you in with a god fearing act but the smile and laugh you get while signing your money away to him for a bucket of bolts is the signifier of a true snake I should of trusted my instincts. Don’t follow my path turn back. 0 stars he’s selling cars that are peiced together and jerry rigged. CLOSE HIM DOWN

Don’t go here. They’re looking for people who are desperate and short on money or credit. Your car will last you a month maybe two.
