They got oil all over my engine and it started smoking on my way home. I’m probably gonna have to replace my cabin filter now because all I smell is burnt oil inside my truck. The bottom of my engine was completely covered with oil from where they spilled oil all over my engine. The manager, I’m not too sure of her name was extremely rude and was treating her workers like complete crap and was freaking out when other cars showed up to have their oil changed an hour before they closed and was freaking out about it.

The process took over an hour and I was just their second customer. Slow as snails in slush and seemed like they’d both been in the 5 minute (!) oil change biz about … well… 5 minutes. When I told them that I would get my oil changed somewhere else next time, they offered me a 50% off card to entice me to come back. I might, because some other times it hasn’t taken that long. Maybe.

Went in for oil change. Come to find out it wasn’t due yet they told me the oil I went with will last 10,000 miles. I’ll probably change it after 8,000 but they could have changed it and charged. They did change my cabin air filter while I was there was shocked how dirty it was. This place is 10/10 a little high in price but that’s everything and everywhere. Thank you for the great service and the honesty.

Went for an oil change, was never pressured to get other services done. Staff was polite and explained everything to me. Will definitely go back. Had a few minutes of wait time but only because there was 2 people ahead of me, other than that visit was A+

I got to start off by saying Ricky is what keeps me coming back he is hand down a very good Manger I had a issue I came back he fix it I went back yesterday and same issue almost happened but because he was aware of my issue in the past he doubled check his employees work and caught it before I left he is definitely the reason I will remain a customer he keeps the shop running on top top shape and a pleasure to do business with

I highly recommend going to TAKE FIVE for an oil change. They are very thorough. They check everything they fill everything they work as fast as they possibly can to get you in and out.! And everyone there s Works as a team! I will always take my car to TAKE FIVE!!!

Gary and Robert was extremely professional efficient and informative. Got to the shop at the last minute and they still got me in and out extremely fast . When yu work crazy hours and never got time to get anything done it’s the little things that restores faith . Appreciate those guys they just earned a new costumer

First off, a drive thru oil change is genius and convenient 👏🏼👏🏼 And the staff are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I take all my vehicles here and they’ve always went above and beyond. Great service!

I’ve gone here for years. Never once have I been charged $140 for a simple oil change. Do better. I won’t be returning.

It is pretty bad when you go to get an oil change, and they put down that they checked your tires, checked your washer, fluid, checked your lights, and they didn’t do a single thing! I had to ask after they were done and they gave me the paper.. to check the pressure in my tires then I get home and find out they didn’t check anything else Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never go there again.

This was my first visit that wasn't the greatest. The service was great, but the young lady seemed to be irritated that she had to work. She was slow and hateful. When another customer pulled up, she stopped cleaning my windshield, rolled her eyes and said "Do you not know which bay to use?" Very unprofessional.

This is the second time I have been to this location and the service had been outstanding. The techs are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Also, both times there have been discount coupons online that they have honored. I would recommend them.

Ricky and Gary are “THE” A TEAM! I have been taking all of my family vehicles and fleet vehicles there for years. Ricky’s customer service is TOP NOTCH and it is the standard for his employees. You are first greeted with a bottled water and a friendly attitude. From there, quick and efficient service. The even looked over my daughters first car when I was going to purchase it, that’s how much I trust Ricky. I don’t know them outside of business, so this is a totally honest business review. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED service shop. Thank you Ricky and Gary for always taking care of our vehicles. You guys are truly the best!

From our first experience when we pulled up. There was a cone in front of the garage door with no other cars in the garage. I was asked “Can I help you?” outside and wrote my mileage on the windshield. I’ll get back to that. They checked under my hood before they allowed me to drive in. It just didn’t feel very inviting. When they were finished, I went to give my credit card to pay them. They closed the hood and started to walk around. I had to ask them about my air pressure, and at that time they said, oh yes, we were just getting ready to do that. Just before I was to pull out, they cleaned the mileage off my windshield. I thought they were going to clean the whole windshield but it was just the spot of the writing. Even that white writing was smeared on the windshield and not clean. Long story, but I will not return to Take 5, at least to the West Hamilton, Ohio location.

Company’s unique techniques and tools are unlike competitors around, ex not draining underneath keeps longevity of oil pan/threads. As an everyday Dodge Journey customer this was my first experience at Take 5 and will now continue going. Want to take the time to applaud the locations GM, Ricky, very thorough. Thank you Take 5!

Ricky and Michelle were very thorough and explained everything to me, they even showed me the dirty filter and old coolant compared to the new. Gary was very good with the oil change and making sure everything was tightened up afterwards. Everybody was very kind and considerate.

I originally went back a second time because the previous manager had awesome customer service. Well clearly he don't work there anymore because the manager i felt with, definitely had me waiting 20 minutes plus on top of not honoring a coupon they both viewed, but said it takes the corporate office up to a day to send the coupon, which suddenly appeared after they ran my card. I will never go there again back to valvo for me

The service was professional and I was kept informed of everything that they did to service my vehicle. I was shocked when he removed the air filter to my vehicle which is a 2017, it looked like it hadn't been changed in 4 or 5 years it was literally black. No wonder my gas mileage was substandard. That will be on my radar from now on. It's a good place to get an oil change on the fly when time is of the essence.

Went there to get a basic oil change which always should include checking my tires filling off my fluids and checking my brake lights I literally had to ask them to do all of those things without them offering then they never checked my brake lights at all I felt rushed and I felt like they didn't care even though I told them I was taking a trip over 4 hours away and I needed to make sure my car was safe. I will never go back to this location especially because there was a $20 off coupon right on Google but when it was sent to me it was from August 31st why would you send an expired coupon and I only found out when I got there that it was expired very bad service overall

I had the best oil change experience at this place. All 3 guys were very polite and explained everything they were doing or going to do. I liked how they communicated to each other. Prices were affordable.

The best customer service is found here.Polite , friendly, knowledgeable ,I appreciated getting to wait in my car as I use a cane. They explained things to me when I asked a question and showed me what they were doing . When they finished they asked me what they could do better next time ! As I was looking at the bill I noticed that they hadn't charged me for a filter and I pointed this out and the manager was so appreciative . Definitely would recommend and I will be a repeat customer .
