Absolutely horrible service. Was told "no more than 14 days" but was almost a month before getting it back and I had to ask for the car back....
First phone call the reason for taking so long was they had to repaint the door because it didnt blend right.
Then a week later I called back again they had to replace the door because they ordered a "used" door and it was dented.
Another week later "the tech we have working on it is trying to get it together. But because of the snow, they couldn't make it into work on friday." (Wasn't even enough snow to cancel schools that day) but they said it would be done that week. Had to call back a couple days later to be told "the tech found some broken trim and we had to order it. It will be ready next week." Guess we didn’t order trim that we broke when taking it off the car…
Needless to say, I asked for the car back that day without the trim pieces. Luckily, I asked for the car back when I did, because it was almost two weeks later, before they called to let us know that the parts were in and that they wanted us to bring the car to them to have them put on. Well, that also failed, because when attempting to get the trim pieces installed. The secretary said that they tried to leave by 4:30 on Fridays and that there may not be any techs there by the time we could arrive....Even though they don't close until 5:30. This all started November 21 and on January 14 we have picked up the trim pieces to install ourselves because yet again "some of the techs left early today and we don't have anyone to install them."
Would never recommend this caliber collision to anyone but we have had much better service at other locations getting the same vehicle repaired.
My car was in accident with a deer and Caliber Collision did such an awesome job repairing my car and getting me back on the road. My insurance minus my deductible took care of the cost of repairs
Caliber Collison on Millville Rd. did an amazing job on my Jeep! I was able to keep my vehicle, as it was able to be driven, until all of the parts came in. Caliber had my vehicle for two weeks as the entire interior and some of the exterior had to be repaired.
I highly recommend working with Faith. She kept me up date throughout the entire process. There was a slight issue at the end and Faith went over and beyond to fix the problem and my Jeep was returned to me looking brand new!
Faith and Jodi were awesome! The atmosphere is friendly and efficient. Was kept in the loop every step of the way. Work done on time and looks great. They also facilitated the rental car which made it so much less stressful. Highly recommend this shop!

Car was returned to us looking great but have noticed a significant exhaust leak which they say is not their problem. My fiance took the car back to see if they could look at it and the mechanic told the receptionist that he can't explain to idiots how condensation works and that he needed to google it. It is not from condensation, it never did this in the 2 years prior that we have had the vehicle. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Do not take your car here for repairs. They also try to bribe you for good reviews that you could win a gift card.
Caliber collision did a wonderful job on my car. Super fast timing. All the employees were amazing very helpful. Everything was setup for me which made the process Super easy. Great service, exceptional communication throughout the entire repair process, I literally mean daily updates. Fair pricing. Quality work, friendly staff. 10/ 10 . Highly recommend and their quote was $500 less than 1st place o got an estimate from.
My car looks just like before the accident. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the staff were very professional. I was kept up to date on the different stages of the repair job (both email and text). It's only been three days since I got my car back but I'm not expecting any issues with the repair work done on my car.
Side note, the amount of time that my car was at the shop was due to the fact that I paid my deductible amount up front. That allowed me to keep driving my car until the repair parts came in.
Rachel and her team went above and beyond to help me with my repair. I’ve been hit a couple of times in my driving career and this was the first time a repair shop made me feel like my time and my car was important. Yes, they are a national chain and yes, some insurance companies obligate you to use them. However, the Hamilton Caliber location has a hometown attitude with staff that value people in their community. Would definitely recommend getting future work done here

Outstanding customer service. The front office had to coordinate between two insurance companies and still got the job done a few days early. Smooth coordination with rental car company, too. Shout out to Rachel - she has a deep knowledge base, kept me updated throughout the process, and answered any questions I had promptly and honestly. From driving in with a car that had been hit twice to driving out with a car that looked as good as new, it was a very positive experience.

The ladies in the office were great. Having said that I will never, ever take my car here to get fixed again. I was forced to by the insurance and now I understand why. All they worried about was pleasing the insurance company and could care less about me. It was pathetic and so was the work. I’ll bad mouth Caliber Collision to anyone I can so they don’t experience the same treatment.
They fixed my car in two weeks. As I understand it, this location only does insurance claims, and I selected them through the geico app. They sent updates fairly regularly, though most of them were of no real substance or detail. "Repairs are coming along nicely" or "We are on track" or "we are nearing completion". There was one update that had detail.
Staff was friendly, and the repair looks good.
The only visual issue I had with the repair was the plastic underbody cover brackets. If you look under the car, some of them are cockeyed and not flush. It would be immediately obvious that damage had been done to the front end.
Overall, though, they did great and I can't complain.
I was so sad when my car was smashed in by a hit and run in front of my house. I searched around and found Caliber Collision and I'm so glad I did! Rachel kept me informed and made me feel like it was in good hands. My car was back when promised even with a part being delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances. They really went above and beyond highly recommended!

The customer service in the office was very good. My car looks like it was never in a wreck, which is just how it should be.
The communication was good. I did receive communication that my parts were all in, but then the last day, I received an email saying my "bracket" arrived and it may not be done by the end of that day like I was told it would be. That was confusing since I was told all the parts were in, but my car ended up getting done by the end of that day. It worked out, but I was a little stressed about returning my rental that day.
I had a wonderful experience!! I was updated every day and my car was finished early . I would recommend 100% . They helped me set up my rental car and return I am grateful for that.
