Let me start by saying the fake manager is the rudest and I will never come back. I ordered a part online and she told me that it was my fault that they gave me the wrong part. I asked for a price difference and she said no that it was my fault that they give me the wrong parts
Stopped in here yesterday and the service was terrible. One girl too busy to help because she was playing in her phone. I knew it was person stuff she was working on because I vould see it. The other guy sitting there just said if they had it that it would be down one of the aisle. I walked out. He said you couldn't find it? I told him I wa going somewhere else.
Today I visited this location for a tail light and looking for information on all sorts of random car question.Clay the store manager assisted me with finding the correct bulb and installation.He was most knowledgeable on every topic I needed assistance with.Clay is courteous and patient.if this were my local store I would shop exclusively with this person!Thank you Clay for a very comfortable painless trip to the auto parts store!
I took my grandpa to get a new battery for his car and no more than 30 seconds after my grandpa began to unload the old battery from the truck bed, not 1 but 2 young men came out to assist him. We were very impressed with the customer service we received and we are very grateful for the help and kindness!

This O'Reilly has gone downhill dramatically in terms of customer service. Issues with honoring warranties that other O'Reilly in town have no issues with, then employees that think they know better than the customer.
I bought 3 different routers for the same vehicle All 3 didn't fit they said that I was doing it wrong I told them a certified mechanic was putting them on and told me they were the wrong parts and they said he was doing something wrong I suggest going to autozone and paying the extra $10 for the right parts that will fit your car
This is where I go for about everything I get for my car. The employees have always been very nice and helpful even when I have stupid questions or call something the wrong name! The store is very clean and well organized too and they're happy to help you find items and even look up what you need, definitely a good place to go if you don't really know what you're doing when it comes to cars.
Your workers at the Hamilton store could care less about helping a customer find what they need. Not only did they not even attempt to help find what your website clearly stated you had. But wouldn't even look it up to see what your own website said. They need a lesson in customer service and I am sure your competitors thank you.
2 months ago I bought brake pads, rotors, calipers for my wife's car. I had a problem with the drivers side caliper and pad. I returned them today with my receipt showing the lifetime warranty for my parts. I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with the manager "Kelley". After saying the cause of the parts failure was due to "a brake line and her 30 years in this business tells her such" that she wasn't going to honor the warranty. That being her opinion by the way because she saw neither line nor vehicle. Needless to say i buy parts from this location all the time. Never had a problem with anyone else there. The guys behind the counter are always courteous and helpful. I found her rude and after much hastle to get my warranty honored she unpackaged my new parts and took my boxes with any instructions. Advance and Auto Zone are right around the corner and I have no problem taking my business to places that honor their warranties without a hastle and respects their customers. O Reily do yourself a favor and send Kelley down the way before she costs you more business.
Good service, friendly and best prices compared to the competition in the area on windshield wipers for my 2008 vehicle. Gentleman put them on for me on site. Thanks again.
I will do the average car enthusiast a favor by saying DO NOT SHOP HERE. As a previous employee of around 2 years I can tell you this place is the most unprofessional and stressful environment. What you pay for 1 part here with their so called “lifetime warranty” you can get two better parts online with a legit warranty. The drivers are almost never on time. “Your part will be here at 5.” Nah, try 7. The upper management never wants to work and whine and complain when they actually have to do their jobs leaving the employees that make the least working the most and performing the most labor. Let’s say you pay cash for a part and didn’t end up needing it and you go to return it. Good luck getting your money back. It’s always “I don’t have enough money to return it, we haven’t made any money etc” that’s because the more they sell cash the better they look when management sees their deposits. I’d say 60% of parts out of the box are USED due to employee theft from the stores and warehouses or returns without checking the product. Nothing like tearing your car apart to only find out the part you just paid way too much money for is used? Huh. I advise you to go in here if you are looking for poor customer service, management, return policies, and prices. I will forever be taking my business elsewhere.
They sold me everything I thought I needed, (which I DID actually need) explained why each product was needed. They gave me an excellent tip on where the least expensive car battery was for my vehicle, even though it wasn't them.
Now that's dedicated customer service.
Knew answers to EVERY question I had and sold me the proper product for every problem I could easily service myself. Wipers, flush and fill products, etc.
My car ran so much better and my gas mileage even improved slightly.
Seafoam. Every single oil change. Who knew? Me , and if you've read this far, you know now too. (Seafoam cleaner increases the longevity of your engine, catalytic converter, and a few other important moving parts)

The man was so helpful. Helped me pick out he right ines for me. Apparently the wiper attachment for my car is very weird and he took the time to help me find the right attachment and got them both installed for me.
Appreciated the help with my car battery. The employee tested my old battery and it had a dead cell. He then sold and installed a new battery for me. I appreciated the extra effort he made to discuss the problem my car was having with draining the battery. The amp that was installed was draining the battery when the car was not on causing battery to drain.
Great guys very helpful my husband is a mechanic and I shop with him there all the time and even I like going in to look around and don't get bored they have a variety of auto parts, tools , safety equipment,a huge variety of auto detailing products as well as aftermarket performance parts for several make and model vehicles.
They are very nice people that help someone they couldn't find it I had two people tell me where it's at and they said nevermind ma'am will show you where it's at it's going to take me over there and got it for me I very much appreciate their help they are good people
Super knowledgeable staff make it comforting to know you got the right expensive part. Ordered it at 1pm and it was there by 2pm. That is some really excellent service imo. Wish it was that fast to install said part lol. A big thank you for making a pain job not so painful with at least getting the right part!
I needed a starter for a 2001 Subaru the day after Christmas. This location didn’t have it but said they could get it from Springdale by 5:00 PM, just 45 minutes later. I got to the Brookwood Ave store just before 5 and sure enough it arrived right at 5. They tested my old one and helped me find wipers, too. Very friendly counter guys.
