Showed up to pick up 2 loose tires after specifically verifying they had them. Waited 15 minutes for him to dig around and get the wrong size. Then was told to wait longer while he dig around a second garage. After 25 minutes and no ever to numerous phone calls I left. After later discussion tried to give second chance as I was assured he had them “right here”. Drug me out all night to never hear from him. Waste of time and a headache.
Had an emergency Saturday evening. Google listing shows open until 11pm. Sent a contact message through the chat feature on Google. Message was read within 3 minutes. Yes, Google shows you this information. NEVER received a reply, message, or phone call.
Hours are definitely wrong. Or they are not a Mobile tire repair as their name implies. They may be okay if you show to their door during "normal" business hours but do not depend on them in an emergency. Love all those stock photos, also. Wonder what else is fake...
I saw a couple reviews complaining about the fact that it’s a house with a garage but me personally, I prefer stuff like this. It was a very decent price and honest people. They did a good job and helped us out on a Sunday in an emergency. Life savers!
We were in need of a tire at 8 pm and needed to get it taken care of tonight. He had our tire size and took care of the replacement quickly and at a great price! He also showed my husband what the issue was with the original tire.
So this is out of some guys house, the address isn't correct as it's the garage on the left, not the house on the right. They had my tire size in and switched it out. Pretty cheap too.
I got lost looking for this "tire shop".
Extremely rude, and I needed tires. I brushed it off.
Told him my tire size. Didn't have it.
No sign. Literally just a house, overall it's a joke to call this a business.
Please do better your customers deserve it.

Brought my car here because I ran over a nail and come to find out the nail didn’t puncture my tire it was just in the tread of my tire. It took him about 10 minutes to get the nail out of my tire and I tried to offer him money and he would not take it…. such a sweet hard working gentleman I really appreciate the serve…. Very nice and welcoming….👌🏾👍🏾😁
Lazy dont want to work. I pulled up and they took one look at 3pm and wanted to go home. So they said 150. Double the last time. Went to quality tire down the road. It was 60 bucks. In and out. Ill never go anywhere else again. Sad I use to like west side tire.
Actually yes you did. This shows even more about you! You have done more than a couple tires for cars and a trailer even. Lol!
