If you want to buy a car that's being sold x300% of what it's actually worth and still want to invest thousands of dollars into the car afterwards then this is the right place. Got a 2013 V6 challenger here for $17k wasn't even worth 17k. Had to replace the entire suspension system front and back. Had to replace the entire exhaust system as well. He told it it had no problems but it had a major exhaust leak and multiple misfires. AC didn't work. And to top it all off I found a HEROIN NEEDLE in the car. This place is so irresponsible they don't even take the time to clean out the cars they have. Just imagine all the problems all their vehicles have and I bet they don't even know. This is a poor managed place. Don't buy a car here.

I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. Not even 48 hours off the lot and something is wrong! Don’t do business with these guys! They could care less leaving a single Mom with 4 kids stranded! Won’t even try to fix or help! Buyer beware!!! Do not buy from this lot!!!

So I drive off the lot and I stopped because an interior alarm was going off then I tried to open the trunk but it wouldn't open. I drive back to the lot and Adam says it's your car now. I will NEVER buy a car from him again. I have a friend that says Adam is his neighbor and says the guy is very shady. But I did figure out the issue. Poor customer service.

Most unprofessional place ever. I applied online and was told I was approved for a certain amount I was told to come in so I headed there from 50 minutes away I get there and they start making up lies and raising the down payment by 1000 dollars. Both of the men were very rude, one of them started yelling at me and saying a bunch of BS trying to get me to believe the lies they are telling. They just ramble a bunch of car buying words and hope you fall for the BS. DONT even think about bargaining because they will not budge then they will get mad and raise the price even more. They wanted me to buy a car that was the same price as the car I originally went in for. Didn't even give me the chance to test drive any vehicles. I wouldn’t go to this place even if it was my very last and only option.

Highly recommend. This is my second car I have bought from them. They always make me feel comfortable, any questions or concerns are easily solved & answered. They let you test drive the cars with no problem. They have great prices & good mileage for the years of the cars that they carry. You don’t have to take out huge loans, they let you put money down and pay what you can without the outrageous interest rates. They are just a great overall place to shop for a car. I’m always satisfied when I buy a car from Mr. Auto & the cars always last. Anybody looking for a car I definitely recommend Mr. Auto.

The cars are extremely dirty and overpriced for what they are in person. I was looking at a Mazda 5, and the seats were gross, the front bumper was messed up, and the price wasn't listed on the car.

The only reliable place to buy a car! After having a steak of bad luck on my own end losing 3 cars from 16 to now (flood, wreck, theft) we've returned yet again to Adam for my 4th car! My first car as a mom! He picked out the best car for me to travel with my family and special needs son! Adam over the last 12 years has consistently provided me with exactly what weve meeded. Always highly recommend!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Didn't even have the car for 2 months before it broke down. Replaced battery and alternator and still having issues. The whole business is extremely sketchy, and the staff are rude. Should have checked the reviews for this place before I WASTED MONEY. SCAM ARTISTS are all you're going to encounter here. Would give zero stars if I could

I can’t speak for others, but I have had nothing but great experiences with our purchases from Mr. Auto! Have bought several cars from them over the years, and have referred many friends without any worries that my referral would end badly. Honestly from start to finish, they care, they are a business at the end of the day, but I’ve always found the prices to be cheaper than comparable dealers. When something is wrong, they work before the sale to fix the problem. The used car business is crazy right now, and I’m very happy to know I can come to Mr. Auto, and feel like I’m being taken care of.

Went to get a car last Saturday I bought one with 2 missing hub caps & and oil change needed. They said they’ll put new hub caps and get me an oil change so 2 days later they gave me the car… a few hub caps were ZIP tied on for starters . I didn’t even get Chevy hub caps they went the easy, cheap, lazy route. As soon as I left the lot and got a few miles in my car started shaking at the gas station and the engine shut off. I called the dealership and they said they would recommend someone to me to get it fixed. I’ve put over $200 into the car already and it’s still doing the same thing and they refuse to give another car. They sold me the car the full valuable price as if it was perfectly fine, and I’ve had the car for a week and haven’t even driven it . DO NOT COME HERE .

My experience with Mr. Auto and their staff begins with my parents finding a truck that they wished to purchase on the website - they had requested that I go to test drive the car as I lived in Ohio at the time. I went ahead to test drive the car while another woman was purchasing the car - the woman was having her own issues in securing the finances and with her own vehicle. I had discussed with the owner of Mr. Auto (who by the way had spoken with my parents on the phone about the plan) of test-driving the car, purchasing, and then having my parents come the following Monday (I had come in on a Saturday) to pick up the car. This woman who was initially going to purchase the car was naturally upset that someone was coming in to purchase the car, even though her offer was never entirely solidified. She decided to yell at the owner of Mr. Auto about this. What did he do after she decided to yell at him? Yell at me after I was trying to confirm the plan. He yelled at me, a customer, about how I was reneging our deal (I wasn't, I was just confirming that I would test drive and put some money down and my parents would come the following business day to pay for the rest of the car and pick up, he had also confirmed this plan with my parents). He yelled at me about how this other woman had yelled at him and then started going on about how other people had wanted to purchase the car. To which I wanted to question, if me backing out was such a big deal, why does it matter? You are explicitly saying that there are other who will purchase this car even if I don't. He claimed that someone was planning on coming later that evening. This is where the people that the owner of Mr. Auto come in. If I could do this review all over again, I would have one star given only for the other staff at Mr. Auto. His employee was very kind to me after the owner had yelled at me, he helped the owner understand that I was not backing out of our deal but confirming what was going to happen. All is well. I went on to test drive the car. The car test drove amazing, someone had clearly taken care of the car, but I don't know much about cars. But the owner of Mr. Auto, he's slick, he yelled at me and made sure that I had put money down and signed that I could not return the car for a reason. He made a big deal of other people coming to purchase the car for a reason and he was trying to make this car look like it was the most sought out car in Ohio. Do you want to know why? Because it was a truck, a truck that ran well with a pristine interior, and it was a gas truck, which was initially why my parents were interested. He did all of this drama because he wanted to sweep over the fact that this truck, with the purpose of carrying stuff, had a rusted bed. All the crossbeams of this truck were shot and he wanted to make sure that by making it seem like a hot commodity and give you the "no return policy" that you wouldn't notice. I was a perfectly nice customer and he berated me, wasted my time, and then screwed my parents over. So the end of this immensely long review is that Mr. Auto is not a good car dealership, if you have to deal with their owner/manager/whoever he is, you will regret it, and lastly, they do not care about their customers whatsoever. Don't bother even glancing at this place.

I went to test drive a car and asked if the car had any problems, and was told it did not. When I took the car up to my mechanic he told me that I shouldn’t even be driving the car it was so unsafe. The rear brake caliper was missing an entire bolt and my mechanic had to put one in to make it safe, so you’re welcome for that Mr. Auto. I would definitely stay away from this dealership, they do not even check their cars to make sure they’re safe for you to drive, it’s sad.

This is my second car I bought from him because I like doing business with them they helpful, communicate and respond quickly for any issues, I recommend them to everyone.👌

Agreed on price for car. Signed a bill of sale. Started a wire transfer and setting up shipping. Once wire was in place Mr. Auto emails back and says "Car no longer available"... when we had a signed bill of sale and funds being transferred. No explanation and car still seems like it is up for sale. Should have listened to the other bad reviews and avoided. Was hoping they would be an honest seller and just had some run ins with shady buyers, but I'm left with a bad experience and feeling like I was almost scammed out of $8500

Con artists, bought a car that seemed really nice at first but when I brought it into a shop they showed it had extensive rust damage. This was not reported in the Carfax and they failed to mention it. They would not take the car back and would not give any refunds. Beware

Arrived to check on a Ford Escape today. Was first shown the vehicle that I did not request. Once I told him the battery was dead and asked how long the vehicle had been sitting due to appearance is when he said it was the wrong vehicle. When I was shown the correct vehicle it’s condition was far worse than what was shown on the websites. First issue I noticed was the rust that was not shown. A second issue that I noticed upon opening the door was the stench of old burnt marijuana. The inside of the vehicle was stained and filthy like it had never been cleaned. Then I lifted up the back seat to find maggots crawling around! I walked around the car to find several other damaged areas and a passenger door full of water. Guy still had the nerve to tell me he would give the car to me at list price out the door! Needles to say I will not be purchasing a vehicle from here !

Do not buy a car from these thieves!! I mistakenly purchased a car from these crooks less than two months ago. A week or two after purchase I had the oil changed during which the tech indicated the crankcase had been filled very heavy weight oil as well as some type thick "no smoke" additive. Well, sure enough, after leaving the service facility with the proper weight and type of oil, the auto started smoking like hell. After three different opinions from three different service providers, it appears to be a valve issue with a cost to cure around $5000. I immediately took the car back as it was still under Mr Auto's six month warranty. They refused a refund, refused an even trade with a different car from their lot, and they refused to waive any remaining payments. Oh, Andy did offer, after I paid the car off, trade in value towards something else on his lot. His trade in value was less than half of what I paid for the car two months prior!! Are you freaking kidding me?! This place is joke. Buyer BEWARE!! Do not buy anything from this place! They are completely dishonest, they hide/misrepresent significant mechanical issues, they don't stand behind their sales or cars, and their so called "warranty " is complete garbage. Avoid this dealership at all costs!! If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Needed a car for my son quickly, Mr auto was open on Sunday which is very beneficial to me. After showing me several cars in the price range I was looking for that did not work out. He show me a older accord with 200,000 miles on it that was in good shape. Give me a fair deal on the car and I am satisfied. Just waiting on the title to come in the mail and I will be good.

Just purchased a nice Kia Sorento from Mr. Auto today! After totaling my Sorento a couple weeks ago, I was devastated and really wanted another one. We looked around at other lots and found nothing but junk in our price range, so I was so relieved to find what I was looking for here! We were very happy with our experience from start to finish. Adam was friendly and helpful, and made us a great deal. The man who works in the office (can't remember his name) was also very friendly and made the whole paperwork process enjoyable, and actually, everyone we came in contact with was very nice. Most of the cars on the lot appeared to be older models but all were in good condition, no junk sitting around like we saw at other lots in the area. We live about 2 hours away and it was so worth the drive. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had and I love my car!

Mr. Auto Sold me a great car at a great price!!!! I had other car dealers that in my 4-5k price range I was not going to get a "healthy car" However Mr. Auto sold me an 03 Elantra for less than what I was looking to spend! The car is super clean low miles and runs amazingly! Ive had it for about a month now and haven't had any issues. I highly recommend them!!!!! Great Cars for a great deal.

This is the second car I have bought from Mr Auto and I am more than thrilled! The first time I litterally had just a few hours after totalling my car during the week of my wedding & had a rental car that I had to return and they got me in a car within my budget with insurance check and home asap. This time I actually traded in that same car that I bought & got financed for the first time in my life, and had the most wonderful experience, again! They are so nice & take care of your needs & I just purchased the most wonderful car ever! Thank you Adam! You are the best!
