Warm and welcoming atmosphere and staff. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. The quality of work was top notch as well. After they had taken such wonderful care of our family’s two other vehicles, when it came time to service our brand new Ford F-150 we declined a free oil Change at the dealership. We knew that we could trust Christian Brothers with our brand new baby. Top notch service as always. I will definitely be recommending Christian Brothers Automotive to all of my friends and family. Mike the technician is excellent he has worked on all my vehicles been working w him for a couple years now we definitely trust his work and keeps us updated and recommendations on our cars definitely coming back thanks guys. Car was brought in for stalling when slowing down to a stop. Ran it through the computer. Found many things wrong. It has 170k miles on it. Nailed it down to a misfire on cylinder 5. Needs new fuel injectors. I agreed to it. 2500 later🤮. Picked up vehicle, drive home died multiple times after. Took it back. They stated it never died on them. They finally got it to stall out. Conclusion transmission. Highly expensive place with no true mechanics.

Christian Brothers did an excellent job on the tune up and oil change on my Ford F-150 ! I had a miss when the the truck was running, they found the problem and fixed it . I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism !!!

Good experience with getting my vehicle repaired at Christian Brothers. From the time that I dropped it off until I picked it up the communication was great. Extremely friendly and honest about what repairs needed done. I will be using them in the future for repairs.

Christian Brothers has always made me feel secure that they were giving us an honest quote on service issues. I've never felt pressured and appreciate them willing to answer any questions I may have regarding the suggested work. It seems that so many businesses no longer conduct business with integrity, but this has never been my concern with them. My daughters' engine went out and instead of trying to talk me into thousands of dollars worth of work they said it would not be worth fixing. Then they did not stress us to have it removed off of their property. They are definitely top notch. Job well done. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This was the type of service I have been looking for. I knew exactly what was needed to be done, how much it was going to cost me, and any other needed maintenance. I was given a printout, a link in a text to go to the video inspection, and it was up to me to except or deny any work. Perfect!

Best automotive experience to date. The atmosphere is congenial and professional, desk staff are prompt and efficient, and the service staff are thorough and honest. The alignment made our vehicle drive better than new. Definitely will have service here in the future and highly recommend.

They called my shop because they put a radiator in a ladies van and it only made it an hour before she had a coolant leak. I tried to help them out and got her van fixed. Didn't take long so I didn't even charge any labor. Just wanted to be reimbursed for my parts. A whopping $17.39, and they wouldn't pay me.

I had my first experience at a Christian Brother's and was very impressed. They were friendly, efficient, and most importantly they were honest. I took my new (to me) car in for an oil change as I was not sure when the last one had been done. They told me they would check the vehicle out for me and let me know if it needed a tire rotation, filters, or anything else. They texted me a link to the report and they did not recommend anything other than the wiper blades, which I had told myself to see what they thought about their condition, but had forgotten. They did a thorough check and the only thing they recommended was the thing I knew it needed, and didn't even have to remember to tell them, because they found it. It is a dealership service with more experienced technicians than your chain automotive service, but with honesty. You can't beat it, I highly recommend!!

My friend Peggy (she’s 70 and can’t use the internet but wanted to be sure we reviewed) had an amazing and genuine experience here. She had an electrical issue on an older Mercedes - Christian brothers were recommended, so she went here. They went above and beyond to help her, it was also nice to know an independent auto shop does do electrical problems which most independents do not even touch. Josh and his master mechanic were both involved in fixing her issue - he even stayed late though it was close to closing. Very kind, very courteous, and helpful - thank you Christian brother automotive - we will be recommending you to anyone we know!

After searching for a second opinion, I am so happy I found this place! Honest and quality work. They even let me use a loaner vehicle which was a life saver since my day was jammed packed with other things to do!

Went in for an alignment as my normal garage does not do them. They stated they could not do the alignment and still charge me over $100.00. They gave me a report of what was needed on my vehicle and quoted me over 4k to do the work. I went to my normal shop and asked them to do the work. They went over my van thoroughly and said I do not need any of the repairs listed. Do not trust this shop!

Staff is kind and courteous, they take the time to explain any questions I may have. Facility is top notch along with more than fair pricing. They’ve worked on both my vehicles and have been more competitive than other repair shops pricing. I would not hesitate to send them again when needed!

I chose them because of the obvious. Wanted to trust them. However, recently ran over a piece of metal and took my car to a tire place to get it patched- only to discover that all 4 of my tires went from 7/32 - 8/32 to 2/32 in just 3 months. I get my tires rotated every oil change as recommended. They were over inflated which caused baldness in the middle that was absolutely dangerous. I had to spend $1100 on tires several months before typical based on quality. My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere and making sure that we tell folks about our experience. I contacted the location and was just told that “they fill to manufacturer guidelines”. Well, this was clearly not the case for me and I never heard anything more. They should have made it right. Beware that Christian is just a name.

I had no appointment. They were extremely nice, the place was spotless, they checked my battery immediately and replaced it in 15 minutes at most. I would definitely use them again

Honest, professional and polite auto repair shop. Very thorough and a bit expensive but the work has been impeccable. They diagnosed the problem, provided a quote with photos and possible unseen concerns with options and explained the repair. Repair was done quickly and as quoted. There were no unforeseen issues. I am very satisfied.

They did a very thorough exam of our car and provided us with a great detailed report on all of our issues. They were by far the best at communicating with us on what was needed and fixed the car in a timely manner. The only con I noticed was one of the items we needed were spark plugs and my husband said we could buy those cheaper somewhere else and just do our selves to make the bill a little cheaper. But everything else they did seemed very fair and reasonably priced and the car runs much better now thanks to them. We will bring our vehicles here in the future. I do trust and liked the work they provided.

I'm grateful a reputable automotive service company set up shop in Fairfield Township. I've been to all of the other ones over the last two decades and had some pretty negative experiences. This place is different, and you can tell right away. The staff seem to enjoy it there and the facility is very clean. This place is absolutely the best. They are extremely nice and easy to talk to. I visit Ohio quite often and will continue to use them. I wish they were in Florida. Also they are Christian based and I love talking with them. I was leaving the next morning to return home and they got my car in right away.

This was my first time to use Christian Brothers and I highly recommend this location. I had a very pleasant experience when I took my car in for a brake job. Josh and Daniel were very accommodating and friendly and also the gentleman that drove me home so I could leave my car. My car was ready in a very timely manner and I am very happy with the results. The customer service is top notch! I will definitely use them again in the future.

This was my first visit to Christion Brothers automotive. First impression with the online appointment for oil change went very well. I was greeted on entering the waiting area and told the service would be less than an hour. The waiting area is fresh and comfortable. My Ford was immediately moved to the service bay. The service technician (Dylan) proceeded with the service and inspections sending the results to my phone. About 45 minutes from time entering the service and inspections were completed and I was on my way home. I’m very happy with the professional attention to detail of the inspections and service. The service cost was about half of the dealer cost and I could not drive to my Ford dealer within 45 min.

Great experience for my first time using Christian Brothers! They were quick to follow up with me letting me know what issues were prevalent and what needed urgent attention. The price was fair and work was done quickly! I will say the staff are over friendly which is not a bad thing but when you are not used to that it’s a bit much at first.

Professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service. I have a Jeep Wrangler with a 3.5 inch lift. Before the oil change and tire balance and rotation there was some vibration (if you have a Jeep you understand what I mean). After, the Jeep runs extremely smooth. These guys are good! 👍🏻
