I called them to confirm they had an alternator for a minivan I'm currently working on. they in fact confirmed they had the part. that was all good. I asked them how late they were open because their website says open until 8pm. the guy I talked to in fact confirmed that was the correct time. I told them I would be there. it's 7:10 and as I am less than an 1/8th mile away coming over the rail road tracks two guys were pulling away in a pick up truck. when I got there I walked inside because front door was unlocked to be met by 3 German shepherds to be greeted by no one. after standing there about 3 minutes an old man walks in and tells me no one is here that they just left. and it's 715. I drove all the way there to make sure I was there well before 8pm. just to have to turn around and go back empty handed. no alternator and gas and time just wasted... very disappointed and I doubt I'll be returning there. unless they want to come down on the price of the alternator.?? I always need auto parts for people's cars I work on... it's a shame this was my first impression... first impression is a lasting impression.

My drive Auto parts was the only auto parts shop that had the parts to my '94 Camaro. The part was discontinued and my car was going to have to sit at the mechanic for God knows how long. They advertised having the same exact Camaro and I was able to get the part to the mechanic same day. Thank you, thank you Gus And a huge thanks to Gino. I could not have done it without you Gino. He got my part while in a foot and a half of snow!!! I appreciate you guys so much!!
