This Firestone location always gets our cars into the shop when needed, communicates effectively and clearly, and works efficiently. They differentiate between must-do now repairs for safety vs what repairs can wait. Love their work!

The quality of service at this location has been declining for quite some time. My last several visits have made it clear that this is no longer an ideal or reliable place for me to bring my vehicle. The time management is consistently poor, and the estimated wait times are never accurate. I cannot see what is happening in the garage, but it should not take an hour just to look at my car after I had already pre-approved the replacement, only for them to then tell me they need an additional hour to replace that tire, along with trying to upsell me on a second tire. My concerns go beyond today. Over the past year, I’ve experienced multiple issues that make me question the quality of their service. During an oil change, they sent me off without completing all of the services that are supposed to be included, and I had to return to get it corrected. They have also failed to inform me of major issues that they should have seen while servicing my car and replacing tires, issues I later had fixed elsewhere, costing me thousands of dollars. My last two visits solidified my concerns. I was told the wait would be about an hour, yet no one informed me they were severely understaffed due to call-offs and an employee accident. I waited nearly two hours before I finally had to ask for an update, only to be told they couldn’t give me a time frame. If they knew this information in advance, I should have been given the courtesy to choose another day. Today was the follow-up appointment, and despite being told their schedule was clear, the process was still slow, disorganized, and lacking transparency. My car was pulled into a bay within minutes, yet nothing was done for an entire hour, even though I confirmed over the phone and again in person exactly what I needed done. I regret purchasing Firestone tires with a warranty because it forces me to keep returning, and the time I’ve wasted is simply not worth it. As soon as I am able, I plan to switch to another tire provider.

The customer service was very good. They were upfront about what would be done and asked if there was any specific reason I was requesting a realignment. They also informed me of some smaller issues with my car (e.g. corrosion on my battery terminal and a filthy air filter) bit did not pressure me to have those fixed. I was also informed that it is possible my one tire may not have had a pinhole on the sidewalk because the representative noticed my wheel was bent which may have caused the very slow leak I had been experiencing. They fixed the bend, for which I appreciate it. This Firestone has been very helpful and non-aggressive every time I have needed something looked at. They are upfront and don't try to add more on. I recommend the location on Princeton, for certain.

Seriously, five stars all the way for Firestone. I recently got a set of tires, and my car has completely changed its attitude. It used to be a little skittish in the rain and downright terrified of snow. Now? It's a mountain goat. The traction on these things is no joke. I'm pretty sure these tires are in a serious, committed relationship with the pavement. Taking corners now feels less like driving and more like my car is on a high-speed roller coaster track. That "slip-slide" feeling I used to get in a downpour? Gone. Vanished. Replaced by this incredibly solid, "I-got-you" grip. We had a surprise slushy mess last week, and while everyone else was doing the slow-motion wobble, I just... drove. Like normal. These tires didn't just handle the road; they commanded it. 10/10. If you want to feel like your car is part-superglue, part-panther, get these. My commute has never been more confident (or fun!).

Calvin was more than willing to help me get a wheel bearing out of the steering knuckle. The staff was extremely friendly and up front about everything. The price was fair too. I appreciate it more than they know. The waiting area was super clean and welcoming too. I almost fell asleep from the comfort.

Including Cal and Sara, who are the two front office managers have helped me out here so many times and I’ve been dealing with Firestone including having a CFNA account for 22 years. I’m not such a happy camper with CFNA bank, but Firestone itself has been amazing to me all these years. Highly highly recommend recommended they’re honest they’re not gonna give you on labor. They’re not gonna give you on cost. They’re gonna be honest they’re gonna honor their warranties all of the above.

We purchased a used vehicle that we’ve had this Firestone work on a few times. They have gone absolutely above and beyond to help us feel safe and confident in our vehicle. They’ve listened to every single concern and have not once treated us unkindly or unfairly. I highly recommended this shop. They’ll do everything in their power to make sure you drive away safe. The first time it was in we purchased the Firestone Destination LE3’s for our Hyundai Santa Fe, and wow, those are fantastic tires. I highly recommend them!

Three words to describe the team at this Firestone location are honest, fair, and kind. I have trusted my older car with this team on multiple occasions over the past two years, including for a battery replacement, new set of tires, oil change, and engine work. Their customer service is exemplary. They are transparent in everything they do, and they consistently go above and beyond for their customers. I cannot recommend this Firestone location enough.

I've had many experiences with this store with Calvin and his crew and have never once left without all of my questions and concerns acknowledged. I feel the people here are very professional and take their time with you and don't just try to rush you out the door. I won't take my cars to get worked on anywhere else!

We brought a car for a pre- purchase inspection. Calvin was VERY detailed/knowledgeable and gave a report of all the items that needed attention. This was imperative before buying the car & super appreciated! We took a different car to be inspected elsewhere earlier in the week and they were not nearly as informative and we left more confused on our decision. We will be coming to see Calvin from now on! Great experience.

I recently bought a new car and brought it in to get checked out just to make sure everything was in good shape. From start to finish, Billy’s customer service was absolutely top-notch. Billy and his team were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. During the inspection, they discovered that the passenger side strut was bad—something I wouldn’t have known otherwise. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Brought my vehicle in a few months ago for a tire issue and was told my oil was low and they asked if I wanted an oil change. I thought the worst since I get it changed every 5,000 miles and hadn’t reached that. When I took it to the mechanic I normally use my oil was not low. Over the weekend my tire sudden went flat while driving. My husband removed the tire and put a spare on. We looked over the tire several times and didn’t see anything wrong with the tire. No tears no nails, so we took it in again. I received a call a few hours later that there was a nail in my tire. I told him we didn’t see one and he proceeded to tell me how small it was and it was the size of a pinhole. I asked him if he could show it to me when we picked up my car and he said of course. When we arrived we were shown a tire with a huge slice in it. When I asked why I was told there was a nail the response was oh we called the wrong person. Then I told them that wasn’t there before and of course no response to that. I was forced to pay $75 and left with more questions than when I arrived. Oh and guess what… they also said my oil was low again. It’s only been 3,000 miles since my last oil change. Can’t wait to see what my mechanic says about that this time. I have lost all trust in this store and the “warranty” they sold me is the same cost of the tire they put on my car. Technically I’m just buying a new tire every time so the “warranty” they sell is bullshit. They get two stars because the lady who works the desk is extremely kind and does a great job.

We were in town for a wedding and had brake problems. We could drop off the car Friday night, got quote in the morning and fixed by the afternoon and picked up between the wedding and reception. Wonderful people to work with!

Went in today with my girlfriend and her car to get 4 new tires, Sarah was extremely nice and helpful in explaining the options and discounts. I would definitely be going back! I trust them with my car! Recommend highly!

This location always provides a reputation of good service, quality work and affordable prices. I also love the fact of being able to save with coupons that they offer.
