The self service register applied a sale price to only a portion of our purchase. I tried to flag down the very overworked self service teller assistance. She said I could take it to the service desk. I considered the time required and simply accepted the loss. The overcharge was only 3% of the receipts. On an annual basis however, a 3% increase in income is significant.

Came in looking for snow melt and if you don’t have it you don’t have it that’s fine. But the micro aggressions towards me being a black woman with my family was very obvious. They barely offered any assistance with what we were asking for and there were in fact several bags in the garden section but we didn’t purchase … I’ll go elsewhere but it’ll be nice when this area accepts that black peoole have money and can afford the nicer areas as well.

Store is great, but can't never get waited on at the deli, worker acts like she doesn't see you until your walking away.

Found everything I needed but when checked out a new Meier card that was activated didn't go through.

Meijer on Main Street in Hamilton Ohio is clean, well organized, and well stocked. The staffers I ran into were friendly. A particular shoutout to the female working customer service around 5:30 pm 1/10/2026. She was personable and professional - a rare combination. If you’re reading this please hit Like❤️

The toy title listing was confusing so what we thought was a pack of 4 dolls was really just 1. After getting my delivery I took it to customer service. I worked Brooke C. And she explained the difference and took care of my needs. She was extremely professional and helpful! I really appreciated that!

The store is clean, grocery aisles were stocked and faced really well. A very good shopping experience!

Good gluten free section. Meijer frozen veggies are good value. Mperks are easy to use. Generally lower prices than Kroger. The QR code for Perks is convenient, but unlike paper coupons, I can not give away coupons I don't need. 2025 Thanksgiving Turkeys $.39 per pound with mPerks. Very affordable!

Always well stocked. Clean. Great customer service.

The guy working in the deli on Sunday ( with a beard) rude and never slices my ham the way I ask. I will go to Kroger or Walmart as long as he is there. He acts like he doesn't have time for customers

The drive-up ti the pharmacy is a nightmare! They need to remove the south post so there's more room!

They don't treat people like Walmart does, which is a good thing

Despite the electricity being out, everyone was doing a fantastic job keeping the place running. We were still able to get everything we needed. Great team workers here! Thank you all!

The bakery did a wonderful job on my husband’s birthday cake. I told Olivia in the bakery department that he was a gamer and they took over! Thank you meijer for hiring such talented people. Walmart could never do this great of a job

I bought 2 gallons of milk 3 days ago on the 22 of September and it expires on the 3rd of October. They are both spoiled. Every time I go to the produce I can't buy anything because there is mold all over the produce. Meijer is just terrible and im done with yall.

Hamilton Meijer always had excellent produce. Went there to get my Labor Day produce and fruit flies and rotting fruit EVERYWHERE. Avacados were disgusting. Rotten. Old jalapeños, wilted parsley, and did I mention fruit flies everywhere. Very sad to see this.

They keep a very clean, organized store and are always stocked. Carry everything you need. The cashiers are so friendly. Makes you feel welcomed and want to return.

Just picked up my order and the back of toasdas are all broked. NOT ONE LOOKS UNBROKEN. Seriously terrible.

Went through pharmacy drive thru, it wasn't working, come back in half hour. Went back 45 minutes later, still not working, have to go inside. I had to give MY id to get someone else's Rx even though I had their id to pick up with. They NEVER take my id in drive thru, but inside, they do. I don't like that. It's not my script. I know it's their policy, but I feel like they should have entered the info of the patient, not me. Or along with me. But not JUST me. Not. My. Script.

Great store but the staff assumes everyone is stealing and follows you around the store. Since I daily shop I find this very rude and presumptuous...you'd think they would recognize me two years later.... The store itself is updated clean and stocked. Their sales are great too. Another reason not 5 is because their overhead intercom ads are so loud I can't talk to my husband next to me until they stop .. they aren't short. No reason to yell at me while I'm already in store shopping jeesh.

Some of the worst employees ever. I was accused of not scanning an item when it was the first item I scanned. Mind you, I have a coupon loaded to use of 10$ off. I ask the rude worker to redo everything so I can rescan everything....what did she do, finalized my transaction. I specifically asked her to let me rescan everything. I can't get that coupon back now. I told her, she didn't have to be so rude, she replied I should have scanned all my items, which I did. Best worker they have works at customer service. Horrible Horrible Horrible trip. Last time I was there I informed them that the Great People of Hamilton were stealing their trading cards and sports cards. They could have cared less!! Unbelievable Get a better class of employees

Haven't been here in many years... Long before the pandemic. Pleasantly surprised by the variety of departments and products. Massive board/card game section. Huge store with lots of fancy stuff and great floral/plant dept. with lots of gorgeous plants at a reasonable, even cheap, price. Gorgeous cakes. Their donuts are OUTSTANDING. I will be back, for sure.

The new remodel looks nice. Our kids love these little hard hats they have right now and they love Sandy the horse for 1¢! Meijer has adorable baby outfits and Easter dresses right now. They did away with their fish for a while, which I was happy about because their tanks looked awful. But since the new remodel the tanks look nice and the fish look a lot better! I appreciate that they have grass fed beef and pasture raised chicken. As well as Violife cheese. It’s my favorite dairy free cheese brand.

I'm leaving a review because they did not even make my grandson's birthday cake. I ordered it 3 days in advance. I even talked to them the day before and there was no mention of it being cancelled. They call the day of to say it hasn't been made and they had no cake decorator. I just want to let you know that you broke my grandson's heart he picked out his dinosaur cake and was looking forward to picking it up today. Very disrespectful🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is the Meijer in Hamilton Ohio. Here I am again yet not even 2 months ago I ordered another cake trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and was disappointed again. Went in the store yesterday to pick up my granddaughter's 8th birthday cake I specifically told them no chocolate vanilla only They do half and half They didn't even write happy birthday like I asked. I do appreciate the guy that was working in the bakery because he only charged me a dollar for the cake but once we got it home the cake wasn't even edible because it was so so stale. I have complained twice to the managing department at Meijer so hopefully they will hold the people in the bakery accountable for this. I will never order from the bakery again this is the third strike 😡😡😡

Found the absolute best product for some sore muscles while we were shopping tonight! Also found the best gummie bears! I like this Meijer location It stays open until midnight and they have a large selection of various items.. The store is easy to navigate and to locate items the employees are kind and helpful.. the store and parking lot are often clean.

It was great, We got many things from there, The only real problem that i had was that we picked up some slippers and they had no price tag so i had to get one, thats all. We got a fuzzy pink blanket, Blue memory foam slippers and two book bags.
