Large selection of jewelry at fair prices. The store is very well managed and organized clean and not overcrowded with junk like other pawn shops. Management is top-notch and extremely knowledgeable. The manager demonstrates excellent leadership skills, guiding employees patiently and effectively. For example, when a CSR had a question, the manager calmly walked him through the process instead of showing frustration. Highly recommend this store!
They wouldn't allow me to pawn my smart TV, they said it was because it is a 2014.. it is a smart TV regardless of the year, your new Management is just not good at the pawn industry..
First time doing business at a pawn shop, and it won't be my last. Josh and Jaylan took great care of me and went above and beyond. I came in to buy a second-hand beginner acoustic guitar. $80 with a case included and even threw in a couple of picks. Go check them out!

Probably the worst place to bring your stuff to sell, everytime I’ve been in there the people act like they don’t care at all. The dude with the boil behind his ear is always weird and silent. Bro was checking through his music playlist while I was waiting on him to check my item. Never coming here again
I needed quick money so I sold a few random items around my house. They knew I was desperate and took advantage of me. I had just checked on Ebay the records I sold to them were worth $20 each. I had to talk dude up to $5 each. ?♂️ That’s just one of many different items I sold. They were rude, impatient and childish with the music. I won’t be coming back.
Love this store great prices very friendly and helpful staff. If you are pawning or selling they never low ball you.i was in there a few weeks ago and and elderly couple was selling some unused items they told what they wanted for it. Josh came back and said I'm sorry I can't give you what u r asking if would be unfair if me and the walked out with about 800 or more than what they were asking for !! That's honesty at it's most.
Love doing business with this place. Josh the Manager is a great guy to deal with. He's fair with you and very clear. The other associates in the store are very pleasant to have wait on you. They are quick and very helpful. I am a top customer of this store and I believe that this is the best Cashland location to do business with. Either selling or buying or getting a loan, it's all great here in Hamilton.
I had never been to this shop, checked reviews on Google (very good)so I wasn't disappointed! Took his time explaining things to me, showed me how to distinguish between gold, silver, overlay, etc..I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will highly recommend him to all!
Josh is an amazing manager. I left there with my TV and when I got home the screen was broken. I did not cause the damage and he handled it in the most professional way. He let me pick any TV in the store that I wanted. I could of left with a TV that was the same value as my $700 TV. But I chose a $300 TV because it wasn't the price I was worried about. I just wanted a TV that worked. He even told me I could pawn the TV he gave me for the same amount as the TV that was broken. Love this place. Always treated fairly. Thanks again. The thing is you build credit with pawn shops, if you're in their system and you've pawned a bunch of stuff without getting it out your credit will be low therefor you will get less for your items. This is what I've been told anyhow. Cashland gives me the best prices probably cause I buy pawn sell and don't let my pawns get turned over. Very nice people, they are blunt though, they have to be or they'd get taken advantage of. Word of advise, stick to one pawn shop, don't let items you pawned get turned over, sell the item instead. Always a good experience here!
I have changed my star review to 5 stars because this Cashland location found an Apple pen (not sure if the same) and gave it to us. Thank you for making it right, which makes for a better review, too!
OLD REVIEW FOR TRANSPARENCY:
Had an Apple iPad with an Apple Pencil in layaway. However, when we went back to pay it off and get it out, they couldn’t find the pen. The pen was clearly included in the layaway contract, but Ebby said it was “forfeited,” even though the payments had been made per the contract. Further, Ebby was completely unwilling to make it right in any way. Is Ebby now the bad element?
Went to get my pc out of pawn which was only 17.80 from what I was told and they even wrote it down. But when I got their they charged me a extra payment for the following month. Just a FYI if you pay extra on a pawn and come back 2 weeks later to get it out even though your payment is not due for another month. These dummies will still charge you for a extra month? They say it’s automatically put in the system, I’m from the south and this has got to be the worst pawn shop I have ever been to I WILL NEVER SHOP OR PAWN WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
I didn't have any complaints about this place until I wasn't able to reborrow on my payday loan because their printer was down...for 5 days straight. I understand every workplace has it's occasional glitches and such, but you're telling me you've basically had to shut your place of business down because you're too lazy to drive to Staples and get a new printer? FFS...
The company all went down hill when they merged. I use to be the shop manager there and treated everybody fairly. They wanted to give everybody too much money for there pawns and then in return try to sell everything at above market value. Last time I went in there was no merchandise on the self. The merchandise that was on the shelf they were asking to much for. It is sad to see what has become of my cashland. I go to Gil's now.
