Absolutely disgusting.
I Placed a pick up order all to get home and see the fruit they gave me is MOLDED and, to add literally expires the same day they gave it to me.
I called the pick up line twice to inform them. They never picked up the phone.
I called the front desk after the phone rang for approximately 10 minutes. Someone finally picked up and I asked to speak to a manager I get put on hold for 20 minutes and then the phone hangs up randomly while waiting to speak to a manager. I then tried to call back again and the phone just rings.
This is not the first time nor the second time this has happened. This is now the third time.
It seems like every other time I place a pick up order something is bad Or they say they’re out of multiple items and you walk in the store and they’re literally on the shelf . And should I add you reserve a certain pick up time and you will literally wait a good 20+ minutes for your order to even come out. It’s quite literally aggravating. There’s honestly no point in doing a pick up order at this point. It’s more of an inconvenience than it is anything.
I went to the Walmart on Main Street in Hamilton and even though they refinished the floors and rearranged most of the store, it still to me, is not much difference except trying to find what I wanted. I never saw an employee to ask where an item was so I had to Google on my phone!
I do not like the self scanners at which 2 items rang up a $1 higher in price than what it was marked! I did ask the girl standing at the scanners and she replied "I don't know why it did that. Are you sure you read the right price? I replied yes, I double checked the prices and I told her I didn't appreciate her questioning me. She did not even offer to find a manager! It will be a long time before I go to Walmart!
Walmart gets a bad rap sometimes. I’ve even had my share of complaints. But I’m telling you, this Walmart was so clean, and well stocked. The associates were actually friendly and very helpful. I will drive across town to utilize this Walmart over the one closer to my home.
I went back to the electronics department to look for a usb charging cable. I walked most of the isles and couldn't find what I needed and asked the employee (Heavy set male with beard about 350-400 lbs who wears a face mask) where I could find this cable. Without raising his arm or even point in a direction just says "Over there". I asked again "I'm sorry where ?". he says "1 isle over to the right" then proceeds to walk away. I go where he said and was just printers. I turn around to ask again and I'm watching him disappearing to the back in the employee area. Thankfully a female came over ask what what I needed and she showed me where it was. By the way on the other side of the department and behind a glass window. So not only did this rude employee know he had to unlock a window for me to get the product just blatantly lies to me where it is. This is a nice reminder why I don't shop at Walmart anymore and willing to go the extra mile for Krogers instead. Also complaint to the front
Love love LOVE Janet in the bakery! She made my daughter’s cake and cupcakes for her first birthday and literally knocked it out of the park. WOW! She listened and understood exactly what I wanted and then executed perfectly. I’m so grateful! The entire experience was so easy, the price point perfect, and not to mention everything tasted amazing. Thank you so much Janet! You made our day!
Why do you even offer curbside delivery? I can go inside, go over to Meijer, and to Kroger in thos amount of time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will stick to ordering from Amazon for now on.
DO NOT DO PICK UP ORDERS HERE. I have been waiting for almost 3 hours in the parking lot (with maybe 8 other cars) and no one has brought my order. Three hours. I'd love to go in and get it but that's not allowed. I have called 15 times and not a single person has picked up. Never again. I feel like a moron for sitting out here for this long.
The cashier named TYRIA helped me today. I was 5c I did not have and she went above and beyond to find a nickel to help me buy my child’s medicine. Thank you
Well Walmart might be good on the shoping side, but ppl in the Auto care center are jokes!! Walk in expecting to wait to have tires install what we wanted to buy, said they were too busy to do them! Well looking at the bays they only had one car in the shop 2-3 ppl working back there and 1-2 of the ppl were just sitting down,!!! Wow this is how you do business!! No wonder auto care has a bad reputation it ppl like you!!!
Walmart’s Main Street Hamilton Ohio location recently completed a total reset/remodel. Love the sample room setups. Having such a major reset has one drawback: Walmart needs some post or-size boards for a store map. This store really needs a gas station to make it truly a one stop shopping experience.
If I could leave ZERO stars i would. Terrible pickup. Got there at 4:07pm, called for pickup (for 4 items) and they didn't bring out my stuff until 4:55pm. I only received 2 out of the 4 items I purchased. Called both the pickup and customer service lines SIX times and never once got anyone to pick up the phone. You all SUCK
This place is a mess. They kept calling me back because they couldn't bother to get all the information together before they talked to me so after 2 trips back and them not having the 4 tires I tried to buy, which were way over priced it's Walmart they are supposed to be cheaper, no not at all. So I end up replacing one tire, and choosing to deal with the slow leak in the other tire they couldn't fix. I asked him what is the cost for one tire. He said 56 and some change the 1st time then changed to 67 and change the Second time, when I went to pay 94 and change they don't tell you balancing and everything is extra or how much. He told me rotating tires was 5 bucks but couldn't tell me about the 15 for balancing. Completely unprofessional, don't come here for help with tire issues they will play with your emotions and your bank account. Buyers beware!!
Spent who knows how much money on the remodel, yet they have all their checkout lanes closed and a 15-20 minute line in the self checkout. Just buy from Amazon, it’ll be faster.
And if you walk around the store, you will find employees hiding in the aisles and among coat racks, playing on their phones. God forbid if you press a help button at a locked case and actually get one of them to show up.
Lots of things are locked up now. I guess this is to prevent theft but having to wait 10 minutes for an associate is crazy. I won't be shopping here any more with Meijer being next door.
Ordered a recliner on line , delivery time and date , never happened , three calls later delivery was attempted , another call to customer svc, driver brought it back to store trying to find another driver , still no recliner , third day past delivery date , two calls to customer svc , YOULL have to call the store , NO THANK YOU , I’ll stick with amazon where I get my orders when I order them , and are always delivered
I wanted to buy spray paint. However spray cans are now locked in case. Pressed the button in the isle for assistance, waited 15 mins after pressing the button several times no one came. Went to the front desk the "Team lead" paged some to help in the paint department, waited another 15 mins no one ever arrived to help. Total wait time 30 mins.
Since the renovations, this place has been a hot mess. It is hard to navigate. I asked an associate where something was because they had just moved things around and she acted like it was a burden to talk to me. I'll stick to meijer.
I just think that if you are going to have so many delivery spots open and schedule so many for a time slot you should have more people brining orders out instead of just one person. Third time in the last few weeks I sat here over 30 minutes today waiting, last week I came inside after 40 minutes and the week before thatI waited around 35 minutes for my things. I'll be switching to kroger after this pick up. This is crazy if you wait longer than 10 min at Kroger they give you money off coupons so I know they have more people are better equipped. I watched the guy load the car next to me and walked inside about 15 minutes ago hasn't been back out since.. there is 4 other cars waiting this is ridiculous
Honestly just tired of Walmart's new policy of locking things up. I can't tell you how many times I've walked away because a $5 item is locked up, then the flea meds aren't locked up but dog ones are? None of it makes much sense. I'm usually more patient than most, as I also work retail, but 10 minutes for an employee to open a case while I see several employees walk by is crazy. Edited to add: The only woman helping with locked cases ended up being very kind, but it was sad that she was being pulled from one end of the store to the other while clearly having trouble walking. What was worse were the several employees, I believe one was a manager, standing around chatting until they turned to interrogate the poor woman helping me about what she was doing, only to say "oh, you went to help the pet one." So..they knew, heard the button being pressed several times over a nearly 10 minute span, ignored it, then thought to ask questions about what the poor woman was doing when she was clearly the only one paying attention to the case notifications. I feel awful for the woman who was running around trying to keep up, and I'm genuinely concerned that the employees/manager thought this was okay to allow her to be the only person listening for the notifications.
May I just say, most of the employees are amazing, and seriously care about their job. My problem is the customers. How do think you’re so entitled you can just cut people off coming out of isles and talk to the staff like their trash? I felt so bad for the employees because so many rude old people were just being so mean to them, and nothing happened to those customers, truly it disgusts me to see how hateful people are, no matter age. And they expect the employees to just allow the customers to treat them badly? Awful. and GET APPLE PAYYYY

Today is the twentieth of september twenty twenty four friday, A few minutes ago, I was looking for a butane can at this walmart , and as usual, they were out.
I talked to the lady.
A lady With a radio, she was behind the hunting section counter. I believe she's a manager tall blond in her 50s. Or 60s, and I asked her, and she said, "I guess we're out." I said you're almost always out one out of 2 times you are out. You only have one line. She said I guess a lot of people buy it I.
Said, of course , so why You only have one line and you are always out She said, I don't know, we are just out, what an attitude.It' snaughty attitude.
She went out of her way to be rude.She looked like a smart alex.
In the last fifteen months, i've been shopping at this location every single time I come here shopping. There are out of 1 or 2 or 5 things such as my coffee. or dessert or fruits, dog food, cat food. It's always a struggle, and I always have to drive farther to go get it.
The incident took place between 06:55pm and 7 PM.
Today. In case management cares to know.
I do not recommend this walmart unless you have to.
This is my favorite Walmart. love that they have this little game area, tons of fun for my kids. They have a decent sized gluten free section. Gf pastas, breads, cookies. They also started selling Violife vegan cheese a while back which is nice, it’s my favorite vegan cheese. There’s an employee there, I wish I knew her name, who helped me decide on a gift and is always so kind. One time I was scanning and bagging my items and my kids were crying, I was overwhelmed, and two employees came over and started putting my bags in my cart for me.
My only complaint is that there have been many times where only the self checkouts and one lane are open, and the lines are very long.
