i have been using them for about a year and a half now. jr is alway helpful and knowledgable about parts. bob is very good for technical questions on cub low boys
We ordered a part for our tractor. The part was broken. HamiltonBobs did send another part. The part was broken that was sent again. When we spoke with them they said to send back both parts. We sent both back. The package got damaged in the mail, and now we are stuck with no parts. HamiltonBobs said they won't do anything about it, and that it's not possible the parts were both broken. They are cheap made in China parts that probabaly came to HamiltonBobs broken. We are very disappointed with their unwillingness to help out with the situation and poor quality parts. We will not be using them again.
If Hamilton Bob's sells the parts you need, you should buy from them! You won't regret it. I have purchased dozens of parts from Hamilton Bob's over the years and they never disappoint. If there was ever any issue with a part I ordered, they made it right with no fuss and they did it right away. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Any time I have had a question they are patient, helpful and provide knowledgeable and useful answers. Highly recommend them!

I first purchased for a 185 we had almost 10yrs ago in Tn. over the phone sale .I later had stopped in when passing thru met Bob and junior great family owned bus. To purchase all your parts from..We currently have a cadet 149 and 2 154 Cubs just added 2 154 last Thursday out of ohio and my wife suggested we stop by and get some much needed parts for our addition elected to go home for good once over and order off computer my phone showed pending on mon. So I called went to V.M. so I just hung up thought I'd give it couple days to process much to my surprise junior called advised they had said they had tech issues earlier just wanted to follow up on the missed callI advised just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed a key stroke on my order he advised my order had shipped.All the parts had arrivedTues. And I was able to mow on wed before it rained.. So if you've read all this I can honestly say you have good knowledgeable friends at HamiltonBobs waiting to answer your questions andassist you with getting you up and running so give them a call or start stroking the keyboard and rest assure you'll be in good hands. Found their parts online and happen to notice they were down in Liberty Twp about 1hr from me - i called and they had what i needed in-stock (1957 Ford 801 Powermaster proofmeter and cable). Friendly service, unbeatable prices, and guys who know their tractors. Will always check with them first in the future. Thanks gents!
Picked up a seat and governor control arm for my husband’s cub lo boy tractor, they had it ready for me to checkout with no issues. They were even nice enough to offer a bottle of water to me and my daughter
