Great Transportation company, Carlos MeffeTransport Coordinator got me best transporter and best price. My bucket truck was transported from Cabot, Arkansas to South New Jersey in less than 48 hours (it's about 1300 miles and 19 hour drive) highly recommend it. Will use it again!

After leaving them a 1 star review yesterday a miracle occurred and they remembered to communicate and follow up with me. They were somehow able to assign carrier that was able to pick my vehicle up last night, it only cost me an extra $215 on top of our already increased agreed upon price. I cannot stress enough to take your business elsewhere. They lied about the pick up date, they refused to openly communicate, and only responded after receiving a bad review. My original quote was $675, and the real cost was $945.

Autostar made it easy to set up transport of my vehicle from NC to NY. Max helped me set things up over the phone, and our driver was super with communication and pictures. Everyone made it an easy experience.

Wow. Excellent customer service truly goes a long way. I won’t lie , I was concerned at first. It took a few days to find a driver, and because I was on a very strict timeline, the price increased by $150, which was frustrating during an already overwhelming time. I was in the middle of moving my mom from Tucson, AZ to Indianapolis after she suffered a stroke, and I was honestly at my breaking point. Then Xavier showed up. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, calm, and incredibly professional. There was a strict weight limit policy, and I knew my mom’s car ,filled with her clothes and personal belongings , was over the limit. Xavier looked at me, looked at the car, and simply said, “Don’t worry about it. It’s okay.” That compassion meant more to me than he will ever know. He picked the car up Thursday around 4pm and estimated delivery by Sunday. I was nervous, as most of my mom’s life was in that car and I had no other option. Then, Saturday morning at 9am , there was Xavier, with my mom’s car delivered early and in perfect condition. In a moment when I felt completely overwhelmed, Xavier showed empathy, reliability, and genuine humanity. I will never forget that. Highly recommend.

I chose AutoStar because of their pricing and because they allowed me to load the back of my car. They had good follow up and delivered my car as promised. The transport driver was very professional as were the people at AutoStar with whom I dealt from start to finish. I would use them again and recommend them for moving your vehicle. .

I reached out to at least four highly rated transporters for estimates, AutoStar was the most reasonable. I needed to transport my vehicle from Florida to New York in December, a time most transporters are heading north empty. AutoStar’s estimate reflected that reality and so very competitive. Their communication from the start of the process to final delivery was fantastic. Even the driver communicated in advance regarding his ETA to pick up the vehicle and his earlier than anticipated drop off in New York. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Best price I could find and the whole experience was as smooth as can be. The delivery guy was so polite and professional. He even waited cause they arrived so early I wasn’t even off my plane yet. The lady on the phone was so nice, even let me remove my motorcycle last minute at no extra cost.

I used this company to transport a golf cart from Florida to North Carolina. They were ahead of schedule, communicated wonderfully, and let me know where they were every step of the way. People on both ends were delightful to work with and worked around a couple of strange things like a gated community and an elderly person on one end of the transport. I contacted AutoStar Transport Express after finding them through Google. I received a fast quote to have a pickup truck transported from Florida to Wisconsin. They communicated well and were fairly priced. The driver came when he was supposed to and the vehicle arrived at the destination in 36 hours. Daniel Troconis and the Puerto Rico team were great. Super communicative during the process. I wasn’t sure about the pick up date in Florida, and they managed to assist me as needed. Cars arrived to Puerto Rico as expected and in one piece, and the staff that assisted us at pickup were super friendly. Customer service is one of the most important things to me, and they did excellent!

I had a really great experience with the gentleman who picked up my Kia Optima. I believe his name was Gary,. He was very cordial and polite took very great care. Of my vehicle shipping from California to Washington. He even got there earlier than expected. My daughter also mention that he was very polite. Recently I bought a brand new car out of state. At first, I read a lot of bad reviews about the brokers and auto transportation that made me feel so worried about finding a reliable company to ship my car from a Lexus dealer in New York to my house in Texas. Finally, I found AutoStar Transport who can do enclosed shipping for 2 days with a very reasonable price. George was the broker but he found me a very good driver. The driver picked up my car at the dealer and transport it to Texas. The car came to my door on time with no damage. The driver was very nice and did a great job! I am really satisfied with the service and will use them again if possible.
