This website Autoauctionmall.com should be blacklisted for fake reviews and selling/listing cars that are not theirs to list. Do not deposit any money with this company or expect to lose it.

Bought.a bmw 2011 740li. The buy now process was easy. Yani and Charles was very helpful. If I had any questions I can reach them via phone or text and email which they responded in a timely manner. Delivery of my car came in a covered trailer and title was immediately handed to me by driver.

They took my money had me thinking that I was really getting a deal with the 10 times buying power. I purchased a Hummer that would've been a great deal if it were true. 13,000 vehicle I could go to a lot for that. Not to mention I found better and cheaper deals after they took my money and asked for the 13000 plus 1600 in fees 2007 h3 really I could've did better on my own without the extra fees also. Ana O told me I would be sending 1600 shipping fees and that after I sighed the paperwork I would talk to shipping. I asked was she sure thanked her and went to do my paperwork shes now claiming she told me. 13000 plus. I asked her to play the recording of the conversation. Because If she hadn't told me about the 1600 in fees and how to get to them under the vehicle I wouldn't known. She even called me back to ask me did I know what the p stood for by the title I told her I googled it already and thanks for being concerned. I don't have over a thousand dollars to give away to anyone for MANY MANY reasons. IF THAT'S THE CASE TELL ANA O TO PLAY THE RECORDINGS ON THE PHONE CALL ..SHE SAID 1600 TOTAL..O ASKED REPEATEDLY

I found this website and thought it would help me with purchasing a decent car. After missing out on a couple of bids, I finally won a car and set everything to get it to my home. I got it registered and took it out for a right and notice that the transmission wasn't shifting properly. I took it to my mechanic and he told me that it would fail very soon. I contacted Auto Auction Mall and got NO help. They just said they copied the information from the COPART website. I went there and COPART was more descriptive of what's wrong with the cars. Now I am out of 5K and Cash4Cars and Peddle will only give me $600 for the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE OR MAKE SURE YOU LOOK OVER THE FINE PRINT!!!!!

Hi, my name is Nathaniel McKenzie, and this is my first review. I have purchased all my cars in the past through a dealer. This time I wanted to try something different and save a little money. The idea of buying from an auction did not appeal to me at first, because I feel like the middleman with the auction license is most likely going to want a big piece of the pie. I did some Google researched and found Auto Auction Mall; I was excited to buy a car directly through an auction house without a license. For months I went on Auto Auction Mall website and view cars on sale until I was ready to buy. After 7 months of watching the auctions, I decided it was time to buy me a car. I wanted a buy now car for fair market value I did not want to wait around and see if I win. I purchased a BMW 2014 435i for $14,999, the car looked beautiful and it stated the car runs. After waiting several weeks for a car that should have been shipped within a week, I was happy when my car arrived. As soon as the car arrived, I met the trucker and drove the car around the block and then park it. The next day I drove the car on the highway, and I heard an unsettling noise. I took the car to a mechanic and he told me the engine is blown. Anyway, I accepted buy as is although I was hoping for better. Auto Auction Mall is not a real company, so I call several times to find out where are the paperwork for the car, the call was transferred to the Philippines where the person you talking to knows nothing about what you are asking. You can never get a live person, only during the time they take your money. I finally reach a live person her name is Yanee who is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. I call her after a month waiting on the papers, she asked me if I received the papers, I said how am I supposed to receive title documents when you guys are supposed to be handling this. Yanee said to me oh I was in an accident and I did have the chance to do the paperwork. After two months I got the paperwork, and it was still incorrect. In addition to spending $14,999 I had to spend an additional $10,000 to purchase a new engine and labor. This company is the worst experience do not roll the dice purchasing from a company that takes no responsibility for their poor service and are only interested on front end service and drop you on the back end.

This review is a work in process. I deposited 400 USD (that gives me a buying power of 4k) recently so I'm starting to look for a cheap but in good conditions car, I will update this, the customer service has been kind, but I'm still waiting they accept my invitation in Skype, it is supposed during an Auction they can share the screen so we, the bidders, can see what is happening, this skype thing should not take too much time, I will give them another 24 hrs to solve it... I'll come back with more info of this..... It took for them around 3 days to accept my Skype invitation. The bid process is really smooth, as mentioned before, during the bid they share the screen with you and you can see how the bidding is going, unfortunately the other bidders were paying more than what I was expecting to offer for a car that you won't see until arrive to your house. So after a couple of weeks trying, I decided to ask for a refund and 3 days later I had it in my credit card. If you have a better knowledge fixing cars and a bigger budget than me 😅, I definitely recommend them.

I was needing a service truck for my work. But getting the truck hauled from the Auction Lot was not going to happen easily because of the size of the truck and the service bed on the truck. Peter stried me clear of some costly mistakes I was going to make. And in the end it cost him the sale because I did not buy the vehicle. It is crazy World finding what you want and need at an Auction. These folks do care about their customers and their business. Stay Wise, and let them help you.

I have had an amazing experience with Auto Auction Mall. Not only did a get a vehicle for a great price, they helped me arrange transportation. There was a slight issue with an extra key for vehicle being left by the driver at the auto dealer. These guys have been amazing and notified me of the issue and were able to get it forwarded on to me! I will be using them again in the future

My car was old and I needed a new one and I went to some local dealers for market survey but the prices they were giving me was to high compared to the car they were going to offer me. So I went online and stumbled on autoauctionmal and I did a Google review of the site to know it's authenticity and lo and behold, it's legit! So I bought a 2005 Ford escape from them and it's so affordable! In fact, I compared their prices with other sites like auctionexport and you won't believe it, the prices of some of their cars are $250 less ! I mean the "the buy now cars" . So I bought the car, they helped me with the shipping and through their representative in Nigeria, they even helped me with the clearing the the port in Lagos at a cheaper price so that I wouldn't be duped. I even enquire from other clearing agents and believe, they gave me a higher price than I got from autoauctionmal representative. I am enjoying the car now, very neat body and low mileage 106,000. Thanks to autoauctionmal. I will not buy cars from any where again but autoauctionmal and I have started referring friends and family members to them.

I do not regret buying my car at Auto Auction Mall. Your customer representative Nonso is a great guy. He wall calling and making good suggestions to me on how to get a good deal. I will continue to buy through him. Making payment was without difficulty, in fact the process was seamless and I did not at anytime panic because your rep was always available to answer my question and deal with my worries.. I am hopping that you reduce the auction fee charges by a certain percent. This would make me in particular to buy more cars and also introduce my friends to your site. People say your Auction charges are high. Now I have made purchase of my car, your customer rep asked me to wait for 4 weeks to get mail from the shipping company. SO I am in the dark right now at what is happening to my car. Why cant I be getting stage to stage update in this shipping process? I here that some shipping companies would be sending pictures from time to time in the process of picking up the car, trucking it to shipping company and even when loading onto a container or ship. Why cant i also be treated this way. That period of just waiting for 4 week when you have paid for a car may be disturbing to some customers especially first timers like me, So I need information. Update: I just upgraded to a 2008 Tahoe Hybrid from the 2001 I bought from them previously. The car was flawless and the experience was as seamless as I remember. I bought a 2001 Tahoe from them, the process was painless. From when I clicked buy now to having the truck delivered from the auction clearing house took less than 24 hours. I had the title shortly after. The bad reviewers don't understand that they are getting a chance to buy at the dealers auction. They should just go pay MSRP at their local stealership. If you want to buy auction cars and have access to all the auctions on one site shop with Auto Auction Mall.

I don’t know why people keep calling these guys a fraud. It’s like no one reads the description, or the manual but want to use the tool correctly. These guys offer you service that otherwise you wouldn’t have, accessing dealer only auctions. And you keep complaining about fees, try and get into one of these auctions by yourself and see how that works out for you. And I read somewhere that there isn’t much info on the cars listed. Well, their job is to help you purchase the car, and find one that fits your description. The information about cars is provided by the auction house originally listing the car, not AAM. And you can always give them a call and not make judgements before getting all the facts straight. Whoever is assigned to you will surely help you through the process and make sure you understand it and are aware of all the fees and requirements. So stop your moaning and do your part well and they’ll surely come through for you. And even after you find the right car and they help you get it before the dealer that would sell that same car for a lot more money, they make sure you find the right delivery option and have the car in your driveway fast. I had mine delivered to Argentina. I asked about the process and they explained everything. They helped with the car pick-up and later put me in touch with the broker who arranged the necessary export papers and shipped the car over. I contacted the customs here to see about import fees and taxes and that was all I had to take care of.

These guys give a lot of promises, the largest database, best customer service, great deals, but it’s not all so fancy once you look past that marketing blabber. You have to be really careful not to run your prices too high, as it can be done very easy. First, don’t fall for the list price of the car. If the bidding has just started you never know where it will end. If it is a good car and more bidders get involved it can go up high, like any other auction. And the ‘buy now option’ is helpful, but again, it is not the price you will pay for the car, there are fees attached to it. The good thing is that they answer to messages and questions and you should always ask about anything that interests you. To their credit, they did come up with the exact figures right away, their fee, paperwork, auction fee, an estimated transport figure and all that added to the price listed on the website. What interested me the most is the export procedures. They helped me arrange someone to pick up the car from the auction house and deliver it to port of Jacksonville. Then they said I need a broker so they put me in touch with one who sorted all the paperwork for the car to be delivered to Puerto Rico by ship. More fees, but they were helpful at least. You do a good job, but make it easier for people to find out what fees await them, so that they can focus on looking for cars, not making calls and sending emails to you for additional info.

I wasn’t really that excited about buying a car without seeing it and test-driving it first. But I really wanted to buy a cheap, but safe and reliable car from my son, so I decided to give it a try and at least have a look at what was on offer online. So I checked out Auto Auction Mall and was really impressed by the huge variety of cars, the low prices and by how easy the whole process was. Because I couldn’t really decide on my own, I asked for help from their customer service and they were really helpful. They suggested I buy a car at one of the insurance auctions, which are really very cheap. So the fact that it was a bit damaged didn’t really make a difference. Even factoring in the cost of having it repaired, it was a lot cheaper than a normal used car. Also, because I was not very very confident about bidding at an auction, the customer service rep also helped me with that, explaining the process step by step. After a few tries, I got the car I wanted, and now my son has the car he needs and I’m happy with the savings. If you need to buy a cheap car, I suggest you go with Auto Auction Mall!

So I recently purchased a 2006 Ford F-350 through Auto Auction Mall because it seemed to have a good website for finding vehicles and what not. So I found the truck I wanted on the site, buy it now for it was $4900 and I wanted to try and get it for cheaper so I spoke with Peter before the auction and told him what i was thinking of spending. So the auction comes around and we are bidding on the truck and I am watching him bid live on Copart's website and we end up winning it for $4500. So I was able to save some money there. The next thing I had to do was wire the money to Auto Auction Mall, which was very stressful because i read a bunch of mixed reviews of them but most seemed as though it was not a scam company. So I wired the money the next day and they received it and I was sent the invoice which is pretty much the bill of sale. Shipping the truck was the hardest part of the whole entire thing. I was panicking because no one wanted to ship it because it was so large and it did not run. Peter tried raising the price day after day with no luck... I ended up finding someone to pick it up through craigslist. So I contacted Peter and he gave me all of the info that I needed in order to get the truck picked up on my own. The process of finding someone to pick it up took 3 weeks... But I was able to get the truck here and everything got better from there on out.. I bought the truck knowing it did not run, i didn't know how many miles were on it, I didn't know if the Vins matched, and pretty much blind. I finally got the truck here, I put 2 new batteries in it and it started right up, and it ran perfect as can be. I was sent the reassignment of title in the mail and it arrived before the truck. I still have to get the truck inspected so I can get the salvage title for it, which I hope wont be difficult...But I will definitely consider buying through Auto Auction Mall again now that I know how the process of it all works. Next time I will try to get something that truckers will want to ship... I put some pictures of the truck below

Everything went well up until we asked for our deposit back. We were out bid on a vehicle and purchased what we needed elsewhere. I have emailed multiple times, called, sent multiple "live chat" requests and have not had one response. The account states it was returned 4 days ago, however my bank states otherwise....... We better get our money back. Consumer beware,........

I'm usually very skeptical about buying a used vehicle, especially online. I can't begin to tell you how amazing the service was. On top of that, the price I got was great. The cars are not always perfect, but the staff does a great job making sure you're fully informed before you make a purchase. Transparency is extremely important when purchasing a high priced item and I felt very confident completing this transaction with Auto Auction Mall.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! First after you win a car in auction they send you invoice which says to wire the amount, but what you don't know is they will not provide you the actual invoice from the auction because they paid less and they are charging more on top of the $299 fee. So they are scamming you by charging you more money. Second they provide inaccurate information. For example the I car wanted to bid was suppose to black 4 runner but in fact it was gray. I told them to only bid on two more v6 4wd but they bid on v8 and told them that I won three instead of two. I told them to cancel the last bids but they told me I have no option and I have to wire the money right away. So I did as they gave me no option even though that's not what I wanted Third, I requested my deposit back but peter called me on blocked number stating I have no deposit and it was used for my auction. I asked him to send the actual invoices and he did said he cannot do that and disconnect the phone Everyone please be aware this company is cheating and scamming. I will be officially filing complaint on the state and federal level. if anyone reading this has been scammed by them please contact me we can work together to help everyone else

Dear All, Anybody willing to buy car from Auto Auction Mall, please read this first carefully... The objective of people working at Auto Auction Mall is just to sell you cars, either by telling you lies or some other way. If you have never bought a car this way then please be ready to be cheated. The car which will be come will have more issues then described and Auto Auction Mall will never give you clear picture (from their experience) on the state of the car. I have a feeling that Auto Auction Mall gets commission from auction dealers by selling car for higher price - I got this impression as after I won the bid for the car, auto auction mall team (Peter and Marco) called me back and told me that auction dealer is asking for higher price. I declined and then they called back and said that they accepted the offer. Something was fishy for sure. So in a nutshell, I do NOT advise anybody novice to buy any car from them. You will definitely feel cheated when you will receive the car (with missing parts). Thank you. ========= I can see that Auto Auction Mall has replied back and trying to disguise their actions. However, anybody reading this post, please if you have earned your money by hard work and honestly, then please don't even think of buying a car via them. You will end up losing a lot of money. Its simply a SCAM as other reviewers have also rightly pointed out. Some other areas of cheating include but not limited to: 1. After you will win the bid, you will get invoice including hidden costs which are not mentioned on auto auction mall website as overhead costs. If you will try to understand the rationale of extra costs from them, please be ready to be INSULTED and humiliated. Person called Peter will shout at you on phone like if you are getting the car for free. Basic respect for humans and ethics of communication, including basic customer service, is something Auto Auction Mall don't understand and in fact don't care. What they care about is to sell a car to you by giving you wrong advises. 2. They might entice you by saying they want your business again so they will find you a good deal. But that is just rubbish. Don't be overwhelm by their juicy marketing terms (and content on website) and get into a trap of buying a car below its market value. 3. They will charge you for their mistake. After you will win the bid, they will arrange for the transportation. For any reason, if truck driver is not able to make it, auction dealership will charge extra money. Although, it is clearly Auto Auction Mall mistake but they will force you to pay the penalty. You dare to say a word y to them then be ready to be humiliated and insulted from them. At that point, you are already trapped. My fellow comrades, I have never posted any review in my life. This is my first review and the main objective is to save you from this ordeal. If you have earned your money from extreme hard work and honestly then it is very painful to lose your hard earned money via Auto Auction Mall. Buying a car from auto auction mall is nothing less than a scam. There are some auction houses who give you warranty and you would be able to return the car if you find out more defects than described. But Auto Auction Mall policy is to sell car "As- Is" with no warranty whats so ever. You are bound to be cheated this way because the car you will get would obviously have more defects than declared. If you will call back Auto Auction Mall explaining them of additional defects, they will shout at you and would not listen to you.

Wanted to find a deal on a used car online for my daughter. Was pretty leery about shopping for a car without actually getting to see it in person but thought I could at least browse online to get an idea of the market. I found these guys through google and got into a live chat with their salespeople. They convinced me to try purchasing an auction vehicle through them. I told them I wanted a beater car for my daughter to get to University and back. They suggested insurance auction vehicles which are slightly damaged but offer a large savings over buying a regular used car. I had no experience participating in auctions so it was really great that Peter held my hand and participated in the auctions on my behalf. We had to get into 3 auctions before we finally won a slightly damaged Honda Accord. My daughter can handle some scratches and dents and I can handle the price paid! Thanks guys! Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Auction Mall. I was a new buyer with the normal trepidation. However, the service was outstanding and I got answers to all my questions, frequently within minutes. They are very customer focused and make the buying experience a very easy process. They also went above and beyond in communicating directly with my counterpart in the Ukraine (in Russian!) to make sure everything was understood. They followed up on all the details. Peter was outstanding to work with throughout this transaction.

OH MY GOD!!! I'm writing this in hopes of preventing anybody else from falling for this scam. Nothing they tell you can make up for this, this is a true story: I just purchased a vehicle from their "Flash Auction". When I read the description for the car on the page it included a row called "Damage", and it said N/A. Other cars list some sort of damaged which leads you to believe that there is nothing wrong with this car beyond maybe some basic things which you can quickly and cheaply fix at any shop. I got the car delivered and after starting it noticed there was something wrong so I took it to the shop. A day later the shop is quoting me $6,700 in repairs. Now this is a partial list since AC doesn't work either. I paid $5,400 for the car through this website. Currently I'm getting quotes from other shops while making appointments with lawyers to see what my options are in this case. This car, according to Kelly Blue Book, is worth between 9-10k. Their advertising video will tell you buy a quality car for less, DO NOT FALL FOR IT, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
