Awful service. They left my car with the right doors not working and left me with a flat tire same day I picked my car up. I just had to get two new tires after only 6 months. Now another mechanic is telling me I need to get something else fixed that auto sport did not fix. Awful experience.

They did my 2015 toyota rav4 . They explain to me that structure damage is something that take time .on top of that dealer system was down for two week but they called me two or three times a week and keep me inform . I do thank you all for the effort but better more for the wonderful job . I see my car like nothing happen . My insurance was not the best they hardly answer me but they told me no worry we will manage and they did . Thank you as per I feel like this accident never happy I got my car back and looks clean and no more damage. Thank you.
I went to this body shop because it was the recommended one from GEICO. It is honestly been a horrible experience. If I don’t call them they won’t follow up with me. They been abusing my rental policy taking their sweet time with my car. The car has been in the shop since June 6. On June 27 they said they were waiting for parts to get on July 3rd. July 2nd I called because I had no follow up. They tell me they received the part but it’s a “big job” so they extended to July 10. Mind you if i didn’t call I wouldn’t have been aware of this change or delay. I call July 9th, they tell me they had to order another part (which idk why they didn’t order it all at once from the beginning) that should get here by the 10th and hopefully be repaired. The 10th I called an hour before closing and they said they just got the part today right when I called(coincidence?) that they SHOULD be done with it the 11th. I called today and an hour after opening (9AM) they tell me they have no definitive ETA and that they just opened so nothing is being worked on currently. I’ve been too 3 different body shops in my life time, and understand sometimes parts being delivered delaying process. But to say you received the part, order a new one after 30 days from waiting from the first one and still postponing every eta and have ran up my whole rental policy?? It makes me feel they’re using their time leisurely as they won’t inform of updates if I don’t follow up with them. And because of my persistence, they have changed tone and attitude with me. Idk how they got insured with GEICO, but I’ll tell you, I wouldn’t come here again even if they paid me. This place deserves the 1 star.
I will follow up with this review, and see if they hold their end of their word for repairs to be done sometime today(fingers crossed)

For my most recent repair, they helped initiate my insurance claim, completed my repair quickly, and returned my car cleaner than they received it.
Last year for more complicated damage, there was a long wait for parts to arrive, but they provided weekly updates to keep me in the loop. The repair included replacing backup sensors and more, can't even tell anything happened - seamless.

This body shop was recommended by Infiniti of Coral Gables. I went for a passenger door replacement/side panel repair, and as a first time customer I would not recommend or use Auto Sport International again.
Regarding the lady at the front desk, she may be a nice person (can’t tell), but her customer service, tone, and delivery needs a lot of work. I think there is an opportunity for training with her on how to communicate with customers in a way that is pleasant and amicable. Feedback matters as it paints a picture and gives you an opportunity to reflect and pivot.
Also, my vehicle was in the shop for one month, and I received every excuse under the sun as to why. Even GEICO, my insurer, was perplexed and frequently calling the shop to learn more. I understand that there might be supply issues and other issues beyond the shop’s control; however, it is imperative to have timely communication instead of leaving the customer in the dark. Additionally, I had a very transparent conversation with one of the managers there today, March 23, 2022, at 9:45am, named Juan, to discuss the other damage that was done to my vehicle (pictured) while in the shop’s hands. I reviewed my concerns and gave the shop every opportunity in real-time to explain themselves privately before I shared my experience publicly. Again, excuses. I believe that Auto Sport International has an opportunity to pivot, listen to feedback and not be defensive, in order to improve the customer experience.
I was referred to Auto Sport by Mandy a friend of mine who has been in the auto industry all his life. They fixed a crash on the side and I asked them to paint the entire car, it was a BMW 318is. The car looked beautiful. I was so pleased, this was 20 years ago.
I haven't have any accidents since however, two weeks ago, I took my son's Mercedes C280 that had been crashed in the rear passenger side and also in college someone kicked the rear right side and made a huge dent. I spoke with the owner Valentin, he was amazing and very professional. Auto Sport did an awesome job, high quality, they went beyond their call of duty. It was done in two weeks exactly as promised and left the car like new. See for yourself the car is a 2006 now is June 2020 and look at the pictures. Thanks Valentin, so happy with the result.
