I love the idea of buying a rebuilt title vehicle, as the value is terrific for low mile cars that have little to no mechanical issues. Their prices are reasonable, they are dependable, and they strive to serve their customers. This family business has done my family right over the years, and I will continue to buy from them. Sold me car that broke down within a year. They lied about the cara info. And took advantage of a woman. Don't go here!! I've tried calling and asking for help. Everyone is disrespectful. You sold me a hunk of metal that broke down withing a year! Ford focus. Blue. Remember me? Try to help?! You guys even blocked my number. Said that I've already paid off the car it's my problem. Highly recommended, very professional and trustworthy set of people, I dealt with Luis and Felix I also briefly met the owner come to think of it I met one of the mechanic along with a few other staff.. They all were so very pleasant, I felt valued as a simple issue arose regarding the vehicle I purchased no one fault just the fluids and filter got old and needed to be replaced. They handled it with full transparency which I respect and I was even given a loaner for the 2 days they were troubleshooting the issue and getting it resolved and additionally even extended my warranty. I have been driving the vehicle for the past 3 weeks no issues at all I am in love my van. Now I can utilize this cargo van to effectively do my business, Thank you for all that you do in the universe Auto World of America!

Customer service was the best! Sales person new exactly what I wanted and delivered my expectations 100%. While not needed, they offered credit and guarantee. The transaction was fast and delivery was super smooth. Will buy from them again next time.

I would give them one million stars if I could. Not only the process took less than two hours but our sales rep. “ Cesar “ was always on point answering all the questions that we had. This family business has been there for decades and specializes on rebuilt vehicles. Their experience allows them to select the best vehicles in the market that for bad work are branded salvage. The vehicles they buy are ready to drive and no issues at all other than the wrongfully branded titles. They also offer limited warranty like no other used car dealers do, because they know the quality of their vehicles. At least during my purchase, even the owners got involved to assure I received the best possible deal and service. I’m definitely going back to them for life from now on.

Coming into Autoworld of America was such a positive experience. From the moment I got there Felix, Cesar & Luis were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They knew exactly which vehicles to show me. No pressure. They also made recommendations based on my everyday life. All the vehicles here are beautiful & in great condition. There is much value to be found here. I have low credit & limited financial resources. However, the approval process was very quick & convenient. They even helped me with the insurance process. Back in January 2022 and after shopping around for a great deal on a used Honda Accord, I finally went back to Autoworld of America dealership and purchased my third car from them, a 2021 Honda Accord with 3100 miles and as always, Luis was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Being retired, I have traveled throughout Florida many times and even drove to Chicago without any problem at all. Great place. Looking for a car these days can be hard. Called Autoworld told them my budget and they gave me a few options. Sales person Luis took the time to explain everything and walked me through the steps.

In April 2018, I purchased a 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat with the 6.7L diesel engine in order to pull my 2019 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel. I was hesitant about buying a truck with a Branded/Salvage title, but after having it completely inspected professionally, I went ahead with the purchase. During the past 2 1/2 years, this truck has been excellent with no issues at all. I decided to get a newer truck, so we went back to AutoWorld and purchased a 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty (Dually) Crew Cab Platinum with the same 6.7L diesel engine. Luis at AutoWorld was super helpful thru the entire deal, so buying a second time from them was a pleasant transaction. As soon as it is time for a newer truck, I will be back to Autoworld. Auto world of America... where do I begin? These guys were absolutely amazing from the moment I stepped foot on the lot. I was looking for a particular truck that I had seen on their website. I had checked the carfax prior to my arrival so I knew what the extent of the damage was on the rebuilt title. Within about 2 minutes I was greeted by yosadany. He was extremely professional and very honest. He told me everything that I had read previously, prior to coming in. From that moment, I knew this guy was a straight shooter and not itching to “make a good deal.” After my test drive and he paper work process there were some things we had discussed about the vehicle that they were going to replace at no cost. Unfortunately, there was an accident I had about a week after my purchase, my tire blew out on me and totally destroyed my fender. Obviously, I was upset so I emailed yosadany right after the incident. He immediately called me when they opened for business the following day to see what they could do to help even offering to pay for a tow truck to drive all the way down to homestead to pick up my truck. They took care of all the damages and after all was said and done, they repaired everything and I came out of pocket $0. That is where these guys established a great relationship with me. They went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy even after I had signed the contract. I highly recommend these guys and I would definitely purchase multiple vehicles from them again and again!

I've bought 2 pickup trucks from autoworld and have had a seemless experience throught both purchases. Both trucks have lasted through some heavy abuse (I work in construction). The staff is great and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Best communication ever...over 150 different correspondence throughout deal with Luis Hernandez and Yosdany Diaz including a detailed video of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Car shipped, received in perfect condition. Extremely happy. Recommend to anyone. I had a great experience with Autoworld of America and Luis Hernandez. It is a family ran business that added a more personal, yet professional aspect to my car buying experience than you get at the typical dealership. I was hesitant as I had never purchased or considered purchasing a vehicle with a rebuilt title before. I never felt pressured and Luis answered every questions I asked, provided videos, reports, and honest and sincere personal responses, which alleviated most of my hesitancy. I live multiple states away and purchased this vehicle without physically seeing it and would feel comfortable doing so again. I was originally going to hire an independent inspection for the vehicle, but after researching, they essentially didn't really do anything that Luis had not already provided to me (video of test drive, pictures, reports, etc.). I purchased a lightly fresh water damaged vehicle so electronic issues were my main concern as opposed to quality of repair work or paint matching on a wrecked vehicle. I have no doubt Luis would have taken any additional pictures if needed or asked. I was able to purchase a vehicle for a little over 60% of the EXTRA clean (or 65% of the clean) black book retail value, which I feel is a great value. I know the rebuilt title impacts the resale value significantly, but since I plan to keep this vehicle that isn't as important to me.....I just wanted to show the value if purchasing a rebuilt titled vehicle from a reputable dealer vs what the same vehicle with a different piece of paper would cost. Once financing was complete, Luis coordinated for delivery of the vehicle. Due to the holidays, it was delayed a little, but wasn't a big deal. Autoworld was closing for 2 weeks for the holidays and he was able to coordinate to get the vehicle picked up before Christmas, so that it could be delivered shortly after Christmas instead of having to wait 2 weeks when they re-opened. The only somewhat negative things I can say about my experience with Luis and Autoworld, is I wished the vehicle came with two key fobs. Luis mentioned that the key fobs were stolen from the auction and I didn't ask whether one or two were included and I just assumed it would include 2. A 2nd key fob isn't that expensive (~$200-300), but it would've been nice if two were included so I wouldn't have to setup an appointment to have a 2nd one programmed right away. Also, I was comparing two vehicles that were very similar except 1 year, 10,000 miles and $5K difference. Luis noted that they essentially had the same features with one exception, but after receiving our vehicle and researching further, there were a handful of differences (both had auto-folding 2nd row seats, 2017 had new Sync 3 feature vs. Sync 2, and 2016 had Adaptive Cruise Control which 2017 does not). I blame myself for not realizing or at least asking for clarification as I am sure Luis would have clarified if I had. I don't know that it would have changed my mind on which vehicle, and I am very happy with the vehicle purchased.....and at this point it doesn't matter anyway. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I found it difficult to find much information about rebuilt vehicles and/or Autoworld. In the end, do your research, know your risks (insurance coverage/claims, more difficult to get a loan on rebuilt vehicles, long term reliability concerns, etc.) and purchase from a reputable dealer such as Autoworld that specializes in rebuilt vehicles. I am very satisfied with my experience at Autoworld of America and would recommend them to anyone considering a rebuilt or export titled vehicle. I will definitely consider them again later this year when in the market for another vehicle.

I highly recommend Autoworld. Great selection of cars at great prices. We bought a 2017 Honda Odyssey for $7,000 less than it's market value. The customer service was second to none. My wife is a bit picky and indecisive but the salesman, Luis Hernandez, was patient and understanding. I most definitely will by my next car from Autoworld.

I purchased my truck from them over 2 years ago. The truck had been damaged and the title was rebuilt. Autoworld had repaired the damage and had shown me pictures of what the damage was. Purchasing a car from here was literally the best buying experience I've ever had. It was quick, the gave me the price I wanted to pay and didn't pressure me into amything. Luis was great to work with. I would buy another vehicle from this place in a heartbeat.
