I needed an obscure part for a propane connection that was damaged during a tire blowout. I called several shops, including my RV dealership back home in Oregon, and no one was able to figure out the part (even with pictures). This shop figured it out and was able to order it. And it only ended up being a $20 part!

I totally recommend this company. They tell it like it is. They walked me through the operation of the topper I have for my truck bed. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. They didn’t try to upsell me, and the store was clean and organized. It’s definitely a class operation.

2026 Catalina Coachman - WDH - Trailer Braking System.
Had a hitch installed on my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a big job because the bumper had to be removed and the exhaust lowered. They did an amazing job. Doesn’t look like they even touched the SUV. I highly recommend them!
Needed a propane regulator for my rv and called and spoke with Betty who was very helpful. She called me back advising they had the regulator in stock and when I went to pick it up she had it in holding for me. She was very helpful and I was in and out fast!
Just added another Roll-n-Lock cover on my Chevy, and previously had them setup my RAM Rebel with another Roll-n-Lock cover some N-Fab side steps. Pricing and installation were very reasonable and the knowledge of all the guys in trying to come up with the right parts for me was awesome. Thanks for all the help!

I’ve been going to Alex trailer repair for over 10 years. I needed a new tunnel cover on my 2020 F150 short bed. They have one in stock and it was installed in one day. The staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go there for all the truck and trailer needs.

Robert is a great guy and he's very knowledgeable he knows basically everything which I like every question I threw at him he had an answer for it.
At the end of the day I could have bought what I bought from them online but just knowing that I got well taken care of and the part got there the day he told me was going to be there to me it's a plus.

I brought my RV to Alec’s because I had just installed a new rooftop Coleman AC from RV Sales, online, but the AC stopped working.
I then called Coleman about their warranty and they stated to bring it to an authorized Coleman Service Center. They said Alec’s was authorized. The Service Manager (SM) went ahead and placed a thermostat without calling or texting me and then charged me $599. I disputed that over a call and the SM stated they would remove the thermostat he used to test my RV’s AC. He did not even install a new thermostat.
Then, they charged me $489, where before they charged $599 for a thermostat that was used and that they did not ask me if I wanted installed.
Later, I went twice to pu my RV and they would NOT bargain with me on the price. I walked out but returned two days later because the SM stated I would be charged a Storage Fee if I did not pick it up on Saturday at 9AM. I arrived at 9 and the SM did not arrive until an hour later. The SM then asked me if I brought the RV in for a repair. I stated no. I brought in to check the Coleman AC Warranty. I again told him that I never authorized the Thermostat installation and that Alec’s should negotiate the price downward because it was installed without my knowing so. In reply to this they said that they sent me an email. I replied that nobody answers emails quickly and that they should have called or at least texted. And they are NOT email savvy!! When I saw the email, 2 hours later, I immediately called and stated NO do NOT install the thermostat (especially a used one) but the service woman stated it was already installed and that the SM used the one he tested the AC with and it was done. I then replied to the email asking if they could (I was still thinking it was under warranty) repair my Back-Up Camera. They never even replied to that, claiming later that they never saw the BU Camera repair request.
I needed to pay, to get my RV out.
I stated to all at the Service Desk that I would never return to Alec’s. I had purchased items there many times but do NOT recommend now.
Don’t waste your time. Go to another RV, Truck and Trailer Store!!!
This is the second time we've had a vehicle there. They do great work and the installs were done in the time they had quoted. The staff were great, professional, and pleasant. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing any work or accessories installed.
Rob was fantastic to do business with. He clearly knows these products like the back of his hand and was able to walk me through everything when I purchased my truck topper.
As for the truck topper itself (ARE CX Revo)....it's flawless. Perfect fit and paint match. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service.
Chandi and Betty are amazing!!! We had an emergency while leaving to NC, they were able to fix our RV super fast and prices are best in the business. We had to wait inside and they allowed us to bring in our dog, and were so polite and entertaining while we sat there. I loved talking to Betty. She has so much much knowledge, is super friendly, and was super sweet to our elderly dog. Only place we will go to fix our RV. They did a great job and we were able to get to our destination on time and safe.
