I had a deeply frustrating experience with this towing company that I feel compelled to share. During the towing process, I overheard Jose speaking with the officer, and to my dismay, he suddenly tacked on an extra $75.00 charge for wait time. It felt like a blatant attempt to upsell services I didn't need. Jose's demeanor was far from professional; he came across as nothing more than someone eager to exploit those in vulnerable situations. I urge anyone reading this to steer clear of this company and avoid the same pitfall I fell into. Don't let yourself become a victim like I did.
Highly recommended!. These guys are very professional and polite. Jay with BC Towing was on the phone the day before we scheduled a pickup to drop our 2016 Shelby GT350 to our shop 6 miles from home.. He was on time, did his job very quick, we get notified as soon as he got to the shop. Thank you!

Needed to return a car in ft lauderdale. They picked me and the car up from my home in Kendall and took us to the dealer. On time, same day I made the call is the same day we had it towed
I called to get my keys out of my locked car and they gave me a 20 minute ETA but it didnt even take that long!

Carlos is a true professional. I had 3 tow trucks come out and I turned them all away because they treated my classic Porsche poorly. Then BC Towing showed up and saved the day! They care about your car and know how it get it out of any situation. Highly recommend
Waited on side of the road 2 hours (after being told the would take no longer than 45 minutes), called back multiple times and never received an answer or information on someone coming. Don't rely on this company if you're stranded.
Carlos should wear a cape! Quick response and good price. Our car got stuck over a cable box and wasn’t moving at all, Carlos arrived within 20 mins and had it moved within 5 minutes.
I've never used this company to tow a car, but I just witnessed one of their trucks driving incredibly wrecklessly. For a bunch of blocks this guy was running red lights and honking at everyone in his way. Honestly, I wouldn't trust someone that drives this way with my car. When we called the number on the truck to complain, the driver himself picked up and said that if we were police officers to go ahead and pull him over. Super unprofessional. Keep in mind that these tow trucks are big and can cause major damage... it's just irresponsible and dangerous.
