The staff at this location are consistently rude. In particular, the young woman with glasses needs to improve her communication skills. Because just like her, customers may be tired or frustrated with how their day is going — but that’s no excuse for treating people poorly.

Staff was nice! Very well organized. The only thing is that it can get pretty busy, depending on the time of day that you come.

Yeah every time you try to recycle there is some jerk yelling at you. I had one drive up to me and say cardboard only. No sign stating that...said mixed recycling. He threatened me with cops and a $2,000 fine. Sure bring jerk.

I don’t understand how the people that work here have such a bad attitude all the time without any reason towards clients that pay taxes and their salaries and no one fires them or do anything to them to correct this type of behaviors. It is ridiculous the lack of education and amount of rudeness they have. I know is a trash center but you dont need to be rude to people for no reason.

Never had any issues whatsoever. (Since 1994) Quick organized servive, very attentive personnel and easy to communicate. No Mask required.
