Ernesto is an absolute lifesaver. After a flat tire put me nearly two hours behind and at risk of missing my cruise, he stepped in and made the impossible happen. He met me right at the cruise terminal, handled everything quickly and professionally, and completely saved my trip. What started as one of the most stressful days ended in relief and gratitude. I truly can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!

He told me To first send him $30 zelle and the location will be there in 40 mins. When $30 sent, his attitude changed completely, I called him and he told me he had a car hooked that had to drop off first( transparency always since it was my decision if I had the time to wait). Then 1 hour passed, I called him and he said to wait I had no other choice that he will the there in 25 mins. Then 25 mins passed and he called telling me he didn’t have my location. Imagine the margin in time of the lie. I told him he was taking long and he said blamed traffic. Terrible experience. Thank God someone else helped me 2 hrs after and when O told him not to go he just responded ok.I don’t know how to upload the screenshot of the texts. But if I could I would so people can see how unprofessional and rude he was.
Ernesto did an excellent job helping tow my two cars home. He was extremely careful with both vehicles and made sure everything was secure. I was stranded with an overheated engine in Downtown Miami on a busy Friday afternoon, nearing rush hour. Ernesto answered immediately and charged me a very fair price for a tow all the way to Doral during rush hour. He also arrived in 20 minutes, beating my insurance company’s and car manufacturer’s tow(s) by an hour or more! Ernesto was kind, quick, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which made all the difference during what was already a stressful situation. I’d easily recommend him to anyone in need of a private tow.
Came to Our Rescue, showed up and Showed Out ! Was Promote, and was there exactly when he said he would be. Loaded my Vintage Car with much Care and worked really hard to do an Excellent Job ! I would recommend Him Miami Express Towing again and Again to do Business! We called 5 other Tow Companies, and all were Extremely over priced and still didn’t even Show up , and we waited on one other Company for 3.5 hours and still never showed …… But again Miami Express Towing Company is #1 With Excellent Service . I even gave a large tip after he did such a Goood Job !!!! Again #1 !
This man helped us so much and he made sure that everything was right. We called other companies and they said they could not pick up a car and place it on our trailer with their roll back cause it was a safety issue and when I called him he was so Nice and Respectful and Kind and said he could do it and he would be there in 20 minutes and he was. We did find one other but they said they was on the way but they never did show after 3 hours of waiting and I got ahold of Ernesto and he was fast and efficiently. When the job was done he pulled out three Coca-Cola’s and we all drank them together. He did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure working with him. Thank you Ernesto!!!
