All the “new parts” they sell you aren’t really new, they just sent it to their warehouse, make it look brand new, and tell you it’s new so you think it’s a exactly a new part . That’s how I found out by Erick Miranda
I recently shopped at Johnny’s Auto Parts, and I would give the store an honest 3-star review. There are definitely some positives, but also a few drawbacks that future customers should know about.
On the plus side, the prices here are very affordable compared to bigger auto part chains. If you’re on a budget and looking for basic car parts, Johnny’s is definitely appealing. I was able to find what I needed quickly, and the staff at the counter was polite and helpful when it came to locating the right items. They seem to know their inventory well, which made the process smooth.
That being said, the quality of the parts is where the store falls short. While the prices are low, the parts themselves don’t feel durable or long-lasting. After installing a replacement part from Johnny’s, I noticed it started giving me trouble much sooner than expected. This made me question whether the savings were worth the hassle of having to replace the part again so quickly.
I think Johnny’s works well for quick fixes or if you just need a temporary solution at a low cost. However, for important components where quality and reliability matter most, I’d personally recommend spending a little more at a different retailer.
Overall, Johnny’s Auto Parts delivers on affordability, but the lower quality keeps me from giving a higher rating. It’s a decent option in a pinch, but not the best choice for long-term reliability.
Doesn't answer their phones on a daily basis. You have to drive across town.To figure out if they have the part or not. I'd rather go to autozone, advance, auto or even first choice auto before wasting my time for on unsurety
Bought an alternator had to pick up at warehouse down the street that took an hour to find my part. next time i will buy on amazon. Not worth the aggravation and waste of time. And to make it worse there were no customers ahead of me. Just a waiting game.
It's like 30 of they big back selves sitting down and still act like they don't hear their business phone ringing. Them employees need a hearing aid or something
Great service, half price from your regular retailer stores. Only thing some parts have to be pick up in different location, not far from there though.
No 1 answers the phone ever, at all waste of time, go to O'Reilly these people are lazy these people have no interest in helping customers they get paid hourly soo they care less what you think
I was rudely and verbally assaulted by parts person name Erick Miranda and no one said anything about it. All the other employees heard it and turned their heads.
Poor customer service but great prices ! They never pick up the phone but when they do they leave you on hold to hear all the background noises and ignore you.
They have great prices and great customer service the place is usually always packed so it's going to be a little while for you to get served but I highly recommend it
I have no problem with Johnny's Auto Parts store. When I Supplied for a tune-up. The guy told me to get the radiator blue top. I found out that it was wrong! Green One only. I'll do the net. That's the only problem that I have.
Horrible service only thing good is the price totally unprofessional like you are in a third world country I wouldn't recommend anybody I know gave my parts to another customer
I usually come here and they have the best service I can't lie. Yesterday I came because I needed a crankshaft for my 2004 Dodge Ram for some odd reason the piece didn't fit right so I had to go get the part at AutoZone I come back today to see if I can get credit or you know some type of money back or maybe even exchange it for another part and they're going to tell me "No" that I can't do it that its mine now...
They had what I needed when I needed it. (Nobody else did) A very reasonable wait. And better prices than the big box automotive stores. The only problem is how long it took to get to the location... But it was worth it.
I recently visited Johnny's Auto Parts and had an excellent experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the sales representatives, especially Miranda, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. While the product quality was fair, the outstanding service more than made up for it. I will definitely be returning for any future parts needs
Prices are good but at the warehouse, service is very slow. Their warehouse drivers pickup several orders at a time, so if another customer has a large order, be prepared to wait anywhere from 20 minutes or more!
I can say they prob have the best prices in town but customer service is absolute trash. You can’t reach the business if you need to discuss anything. Literally left my phone ringing for 45 mins only to pick up and hang it up. If you are not local you will have to drive there to possibly get what you need. No functional website and timing of deliveries have been missed. If you are a local it’s best to stop in and handle your business. Outside of that. Good luck to you because its damn near impossible
If I could input less than one star I would. The absolute worst customer service ever. I just called because I want to know if they have one item in stock. Have been holding for 45 min after Johnny answered because he stated his name and still on hold. I decided to write a review since I will be hanging up. A simple question answered only takes 3 minutes guys. Awesome doing business here. Never calling again.
Great place to get the parts you need great help for anyone who speaks spanish and Creole. The prices are priced great and you get good deal on the parts for your car sometimes they have the parts other times they dont but still great place to pick up your car needs.
