Miami Rescue Towing was fantastic to deal with. They were prompt and professional and even sent me a video of my car being delivered. And for me as a non Spanish speaker it was nice to be able to clearly communicate with the person who answered the phone and the driver. Hopefully I won't need a tow truck anytime soon but if I do, I will be calling them!

I couldn't have had a more pleasant and efficient experience. Bruce went above and beyond in his service. He was professional, knowledgeable about how to manually release my blocked transmission, and arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. On top of that, he took it upon himself to speak to the dealership where he was leaving my car to make sure the car was left in the correct spot. The price is also extremely fair for the service provided.

My car overheated. Gave them a call. They were there within minutes. Charge me when I considered to be a fair amount or the tow in the distance. Required to get it to my home. Driver was super nice and polite. A good experience. Isn’t always what you get when dealing with tow trucks. Thank you guys.

These guys were great! My exhaust system was falling off and dragging on the ground. These guys came and picked up the keys from my house, got my car from across town, and then helped me out by suggesting a repair shop. They kept my car secured at their garage overnight and then brought it the shop the very next morning and gave them all my contact information. Absolutely wonderful service.

I called Miami Rescue Towing to schedule a tow for the following morning at 10 am to drop my car at a dealership for repairs. I spoke with Jorge, who was nice and gave me a discount of $30. That was appreciated. My issue is with the driver that was sent. The driver arrived at my place an hour and 15 minutes earlier asking if he can just take my car to the dealership. I let him know that I didn't feel comfortable with that and I was waiting on my sister because I was riding with her. Jorge then messaged me, explaining that the driver Bruce was coming from Orlando and wanted to get all of his appointments done. But he did apologize for the inconvenience. I'm not sure how that related to me since again, I booked this tow for 10 am to plan accordingly. When we finally arrive at the dealership, Bruce drove my car up to the service area, jumped out my car and handed my keys to the 1st person he saw. My sis drove behind him and she put her window down for me. I yelled "thank you" as Bruce past her window but he didn't acknowledge. Unfortunately, due to this driver's rude behavior I will never use this company again. People who use a tow company are already agitated at the fact that they have to pay for a tow and then repairs. This could've been resolved by either sending a different driver to honor the time I reserved or asking me the day before if it could be earlier than 10 to plan accordingly.
